Women work here and know what they're talking about. Which is just a plus. I love seeing that in a prominently men environment, but the employees are very knowledgeable got everything I needed and some great tips on making my oil change on a Yamaha 1996 razz super easy.

Benz needed a new battery. Not the easiest to replace. Thomas happily volunteered to install the battery for me. Even though it was 100+ outside he never got frustrated and was extremely friendly.

I recently went to this Auto Zone and Isaiah is the one who helped me with what I needed. I give him a five star as he was so professional, kind and helpful. I bought some windshield wipers and he put them on for me. He changed the battery that I bought for my car key. Excellent service! Isaiah is definitely an excellent employee! I will be going back to this Auto Zone in the future as needed. Isaiah deserves recognition for his outstanding professionalism on the job. He took his time and didn't rush me out the door. Thank you, Isaiah!!!

The best Autozone store in Vegas!Knowledgeable staff; friendly; helpful.They helped me put together a cheap ram air system on my car: a little bit of tubing and a free-flow filter = good to go.Thank you guys!

I needed to replace a wiper blade. Added bonus was that I found a pair of seat covers for $5. The only bad thing was that I had set it up for curbside pickup. I never received the email saying that my purchase was ready. I went in and was told that they couldn't send it because of the clearance item I bought. I'm glad I didn't just wait around for it.

You know what. This place has it all. Just tell them your info. Year, make, model. And they ll be happy to assist you. After 20 years of shopping not at this store but with AutoZone in general. I still rely on these people for help. Car care products, mechanical products And the warranties are amazing as long as you keep your car. Brakes are lifetime. I have saved thousands over the years doing my own brakes. And no I do not drive the same car you buy them once for the car, and as long as you have the car brakes are free. Which is good because I like to have fun. And you need money for that.

Went in for windshield wipers a couple weeks ago. Service was great, young man put them on for me, taking care to show me how to do it. I was under the impression that this is part of their job.Thought he was making conversation after he installed the wipers, but then he said, "We do accept tips." The money in my wallet was for something else, but then he said, "I can give you change." It was so unprofessional and made me incredibly uncomfortable. I ended up giving him $5 (he gave me change on a $10).I will never go there again.

It's okay. No tool rentals here, that's sucks. Online orders aren't pulled efficiently. I ordered, drove there, waited in line & was told it wasn't pulled. Oh well, go get it or I will. Maybe it's a bad area, so no tool rentals, but the prices are steeper than I expected and it's a small store.

This has to be the most incompetent auto parts store in Las Vegas. First, I place an online order for pickup the ends up being se m t to the wrong store. They were not able to transfer the order to the correct location as I was in the store prepared to pick up my items as indicated on my receipt. It had to be canceled and wait three day for my payment to be refunded to my card or drive across town to pick up my items. So much for the convenie of order online and pickup at your "nearest" store. I opted to pay again for the items and wait for the refund. Now here we are two days later, I go online again to order more items for pickup. Somehow the order mysteriously comes up canceled. I call the store to explain the situation and the person on the phone says no problem, let's fix the problem. I give him the part numbers of my items along with the order number and he advised me to come in with the info and I could pick up my items. I do just that and explained the situation to the general/regional manager who instructs the manager to fix the problem and assured me that I would be leaving there with my order as he was leaving for the day. So, after he leaves the manager decides that he was told to correct only a portion of the order which is useless to me. Now you have my money tied up in your system and I'm still without parts again. Second time this week, I decided to leave without any of what was ordered due to the incompetence of management to follow simple directions. So, as it stands, I will never spend another penny at any autzone location ever. Totally unacceptable.Since posting my initial response to the horrible experience, I get a call from the district manager of this location. Rather resolve the issue at hand, he gets on the phone attempting to chastise me because of his employee's incompetence. Keep your items, get me my refund and we can go our separate ways. Now I really understand why that store can't get it together.

Saturday morning12 people in line2 associates helping customers - self checkout not working - even when I tried to work the self check out non of the associates bothered to tell me it's not working ( or put a sign up )Understaffed location.I don't need to wait 30 minutes in line to buy break fluid

This store (DI & Mojave) especially and others I visited have superb customer service, second to none. They always go the extra mile. Today they are helping me reinstall my rear view mirror that fell off.Hats off to AutoZone

Came in to this location yesterday to test my battery, and order a new one. Went back today and got it replaced. Everyone I interacted with was great and friendly. Biggest shoutout to Josh though for helping me both days, and doing the replacement- especially in this heat. Much appreciated!

The staff goes above and beyond to thelp their customers at this location. Especially Josh, the assistant manager and the Manger of this store are great at taking care of customers. My car battery died, so I went for help at this store which is very close to where I was at. The manager came to my car which was like 0.2 miles from the store and tried to jump start the car, didn't work the first time, so he went back got a bigger jump starting device to jump start and even that didn't work. So finally he suggested that I may need to replace the battery. So, I went back to the store to buy a car battery and turns out the battery I had on the car was still under warranty, so the manager replaced the battery under the warranty. Josh, the assistant Manger came with me to the car and installed the battery for me.I mean both these managers are awesome at this store and they take care of their customers really good!! I'm really thankful to these two managers at the store! They saved my day!!

This Autozone is the worst! If it wasn t for a guy named Isaiah i would have started patronizing OReilly. To start, he was the only one who greeted me when I walked in. Then he saw me looking lost and offered his assistance. When I was ready to checkout the other workers were talking amongst themselves and he opened a register just to help me. I don t know why great customer service is hard to find now a days. Someone needs to retrain every employee there to be more like Isaiah. Please use this review as a training opportunity for this store.

I went to the auto-zone on 3185 E desert inn and this guy named Joshua was really helpful he changed my battery for me and even checked my oil he told me several tips to solve issues or look for key problems with my battery ect. Very nice guy he was quick and helpful! Thank you Joshua keep up the great work and customer service !

Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, and the manager has a good knowledge of cars as he works on his own. I needed a new DuraLast battery just at the 3-year mark and a new air filter and was good to go. I appreciate that the manager took a look under the hood to help me figure out where my coolant leak was coming from since my dealership didn't have any service appts., despite my manufacturer's warranty. I thought it was the thermostat housing and he thought it was the heater hose (bypass line) connected to it. Tough call. He assured me it was a slow leak and the cold temps were helping me buy some time, which was completely true. After getting a coolant system evalvuation elsewhere, I ended up being right on the diagnosis so I wish I'd made a bet! It was a tough call just doing a visual, so he still has my trust going forward. Keep it up!

Joshua hooked me up. Battery died and he tested to confirm I needed a new one. He noticed the battery was theirs and confirmed it was still under warranty. He replaced it quickly and was very happy to help!! Super nice thanks Joshua

Today I called the store regarding some parts, and Jesus was super professional. He was very polite, very patient, gave me the rundown and all my options. Super cool dude. He didn t rush me, didn t make me feel like I was bothering him. FIVE STARS well done.

The gentleman who helped me, Jim Zinn the district manager, was wonderful. I have my parts,signed up for their rewards and I'm a very happy customer. Been a customer for years, but this experience made me realize that this really is the best auto parts store.

A little bit of a wait, but I didn't mind because I got exactly what I needed, and as I was waiting, I noticed how each associate gave individual time to each customer that needed help, which is such a good thing. They were very helpful and courteous.

They helped me get a new battery and offered courtesy installation. Didn't think it could've been done since my car has a very awkward battery carriage. The dude there did it all quick.. Impressed
