Back in the day, everyone who worked at AutoZone was the type that was so helpful and good at vehicles that you could ask them anything. Some of them used to be so helpful that they would do whatever replacement for you if you asked and just tipped this AutoZone take me back to my 90s experience days, because the gentleman who was there did exactly that. I didn t know how to replace the part that I bought on my vehicle. I have never done it on this type of SUV. He knew that and offered to do it for me. Even after he found out it was more difficult than he thought, he deduced to finish the job anyways. He even refused the extra tip because I had already tipped him inside. But I definitely insisted, and gave him extra. He is why I will be frequenting this AutoZone location without expecting any extra help. This type of service is priceless. I wish I could give 10 stars.

By far the worst auto parts store I have ever bough something from. Won t honor the deals their window is plastered with, management is useless and the cashiers incompetent. Took over 20 minutes to check out with no line. Don t go here - your store credit and rewards will be stolen and you will overpay because of the worker incompetence. Honestly this shop deserves to be closed, there are so many AutoZones in Vegas, save yourself some serious headaches and don t go here.Update: their deceptive business practices are actually bad enough to be a violation of Nevada law and should be reported to the Commissioner of Consumer Affairs.

They were so helpful!!! I had a problem and didn't know what to do or how to start. As soon as I arrived they welcomed me with a smile and immediately helped me to solve my problem.

Sandi is a lifesaver. Not only did the store have the parts I needed in stock, but Sandi delivered them to me in a parking lot so I could get my truck going again. She went above and beyond to help me.

Anthony had to deal with an extremely difficult customer that was giving him lots of trouble over something he couldn't control. He stayed incredibly poised the entire time while treating the customer with respect. I am very impressed because I would have lost my cool long before he did.. props to him for handling the situation so well at the very end of a long shift.

Just left Auto Zone and want to give Jim and Anthony very heartful thank you. They went above and beyond to help a senior out. With out making me feel incompetent. Great customer service would not take a tip. Thank you both so much. God bless.

By FAR, The Best AutoZone location in the Las Vegas Valley! The GM and staff are always helpful and knowledgeable! I drive 25 min across town to buy parts and supplies here knowing I will get excellent customer service every time!

Bryan is the man to see! His customer service was awesome. We went in because I was having issues with my car battery, and Bryan took care of us. He gave us honest, useful tips and advice. Not once did he try to upcharge us or sell us unnecessary stuff. Went straight to the point. He genuinely wanted to help us out and made sure we were good to go. He even stayed past the clock to make sure we were good. We'll be going to this location from now on just because of him.What a genuine, trustworthy, and knowledgeable mechanic.GO SEE BRYAN! We need more Bryans in this world.

Store manager sold us the wrong spark plugs on purpose. We gave exact year make model and vin. She was more worried about upselling products we didn t need than actually giving us the parts we needed.

These guys hooked me up with a multi vehicle comercial account. The AutoZone I normally go to never mentioned anything like this was avaliable. They seem to keep the same people working there so thay must be doing something right. Always smart and pleasant folks to deal with. I will drive the extra 1.8 miles to this store from now on.

I came in today to get assistance with my battery & the manager Sandi was who provided excellent customer service to me! She was sweet & a great help. Despite them being busy she managed it well with her team & delivered the help I needed in the moment! I was out fast, I ve been to other auto zones when their busy & the customer service lacks, even tho my issue was minor she still treated like it was major. Her whole team was assisting throughout the store & outside! I def recommend coming here if I m the area. You won t leave unhappy! They were all on top of it!Thank you so much Sandi, you re awesome :) appreciate the help!

BEST SERVICE EVER!! Kudos to PAT!!Our car battery died at the gas station; therefore, my kids and I had to walk to the closest Autozone to get a new battery. Patrick (Pat) was able to help us and get a new battery. Once he realized we walked, he cleared out a truck and drove us to our vehicle so we didn t have to haul the battery by hand back to our car.Once he dropped us off he went back, grabbed tools and came and replaced our battery as he said no mom and kids should be stranded at night. Amazing employee!! He went above and beyond what his job was!

Great location. Staff was amazing. Timothy is the man! I came in to get a new battery for my Lexus. If you know about Lexus suvs it s really hard to change the battery. I asked Timothy if he could help and he informed that he was about to get off in 5 minutes but don t worry, he s got me! He ended up taking care of me highly recommend this location, staff goes above and beyond.

Went to get a battery and realized it wasn't the right size so next day called them to upgrade and they were able to take it back and checked to make sure it was good.. thank you for the awesome customer service

Needed a battery checked out as my car has started a bit slow lately. Went in and Sandi , the manager I believe, promptly helped me out. She checked the battery, and it needed replacing. She recommended a couple and installed the one I chose. The entire process was seamless, and she was very friendly and efficient. Thanks again for your help!

The sales associate Anthony is an awesome and chill worker. He is very respectful and his customer service was phenomenal. More associates need to be like him, patient and what I like to say "buena onda." I'll make this my primary Autozone location.

O'Reilly's is better and cheaper This place is very expensive and some of the employees are a little rough around the edges. Maybe the boss hired them cuz they felt bad lol

Sandy was extremely helpful and provided incredible customer service by thoroughly explaining everything and even replacing my car battery. She even got my check engine light to come off which two other stores could not figure out why it was on. Thank you Sandy!

Justin B. was amazing! I came in terrified with a dead battery an hour before they closed and he calmly helped me through the process of finding a new battery for my vehicle, replaced the battery for me, and sent me on my way after just 30 min.

Stopped by for a new battery and they actually had one stock. Very happy. The store manager helped me install. Thank you so much for great customer service which is hard to find these days. My Autozone for life!!

I went to get a lightbulb for my headlamp and not only was the assistant manager knowledgeable but also very helpful in installing it for me. I tried to tip her and she said it was part of her job. I would have never been able to change it since I don t have tools and the compartment was practically stuck together. I do Uber Lyft so it would have cost me to be off the road.
