Customer service definitely is not a priority at this store. Long wait times. Manger seen long line and still let four employees clock out before getting the line down. Not one time did they greet the customers and let them know they would be with them soon.

Helpful staff. Really a SUPER convenience that this location is open 24 hours as I'm currently here @ 2:00 AM getting my battery charged after my vehicle failed to start. I had to get a jump-start at a location not too far from here, and thankfully this staff is wonderful at helping me with the situation.

Bought some parts from this auto parts didn't fit on my truck ,they didn't want to return them because there is a clip missing and two nut pretty sure they can replace them easily, I pay $650 to install your Autozone parts didn't fit and other $650 to remove your Autozone parts and install different ones , you guys just funny can't return them because a clip and two nut.Carlos Reyes manager 02/07/24 time 12:21pm you here to help to people not to make things even worse he was what about I just give you half of the money for the clip missing and the two nut so I pay $280 for this parts he was trying to give me only $140 because of one clip missing and the two nut.

Kirby. M lied to everyone, horrible service, acts nice but whispers about other ppl as they wait and he thinks no one can hear him. I came in at 10:15 he said system down started about at 10 mins ago I was roaming he must have forgotten about me but at 10:45 some else ask and he straight face it just started 10 mins ago. Lady was nice she took care of everyone only reason for 2nd star for her. Andrea B.

SeVie helped me figure out an on going issue where I've had multiple people come in and install incorrect parts. After trying out a couple suggestions from him, our car is back on the road with ease. Definitely saved us in a stressful situation. 10/10 recommend asking for him!!

SeVie was a HUGE help. We were traveling state to state, had no idea there was a 24hr AutoZone and he helped get the truck back to running in no time. Took the time and effort to use his knowledge to help fix what was needed. I definitely recommend him if you are ever in during the late night/early morning. His customer service was AMAZING. His personality is AMAZING. ASK FOR SeVie! 10/10.

SeVie went above and beyond! I drove from Cali and my battery was busted, he helped me replace it and was extremely professional, plus his social skills were unmatched. Thank you so much SeVie and the Auto Zone team. Having a 24hr option was a huge life saver at 2am so I can make it home safe to Utah

I waited in line for over 15 minutes and staff did not tell me they would be right with me they just answered phones. I was not helped and the line behind me just kept growing longer so I just walked out I didn't have all night and there should be more staff on duty to help more than one customer

This is probably the best AutoZone in Las Vegas. Open 24 hours 7 days a week very knowledgeable staff and a friendly helpful attitude.

Carlos z is useless. He wears a belt like he's doing work. While he does the least work out of everyone. I have been sitting in line for 25 min while this fool looks at us and does nothing. What a joke of an employee.

I spoke to Corbin on the phone before driving 125 miles to pick up the part. He was very accommodating. Staff at the store were also very helpful. In and out in no time.

The store was very busy and had a confusing customer assistance line with "Enter here" at both ends. I called to make sure they had what I needed before I came. There were three employees helping customers at parts counters, one at a register and four more stocking shelves and other tasks. I was at the front of the line and waited fifteen minutes to get to the counter. It would have taken longer, but an assistant manager stepped up to the counter to help. It took 5 minutes to get my part, pay and leave. This is one of two locations who had parts for my VW in stock. I will definitely come here again.

I avoid this location as much as possible. For some reason, Autozone doesn t see it necessary to staff this store properly. I counted around 60 cars surrounding this store. 10 customers in line so I figure about 50 vehicles belong to employees. Why can t they park around back so I don t have to? I watched customer after customer walk out because only 3 employees manning the counter. A bunch of signs on the counter begging for google reviews. Well here is one. Good lord, get it together!

Only 24 hour location in the area. So it s an invaluable resource for the people who operate on a graveyard schedule. You never know when you re going to run into engine issues and need something as simple as a fuse or whatever else you shouldn t have to wait until normal operating hours for.

Ghetto and unprofessional. I called for the look up of a part and pricing . The woman who answered must have asked me at least 5 times the same information. Then when I repeated it the last time very clearly she assumed I had an attitude and I'm like no I'm just speaking clearly so you can comprehend and understand and she made an excuse something was wrong with the telephone ask me if I wanted to know the pricing I said yes I wanted to know the pricing and if it's available in stock then she put someone else on the phone this is obviously in the hood and must be on a job training c this was no professional customer service at
