Went for a simple visit came out extremely happy. From beginning to end the staff at this location is amazing Johnathan was extremely helpful & informal. Super dedicated worker. Not only is the staff excellent but management goes above and beyond i truly would love to thank Ashley not only for her help but for setting the tone for her employees. Without her superior talents, knowledge skills, and energy i truly believe the staff wouldn t be who they are without her. She sets the tone for this location and i am genuinely happy grateful and astonished thank you again Ashley & Johnathan for all the extra help you did for me and my wife on this rainy afternoon. You two really brightened our day and it did not go unnoticed keep up the great work!!! Thank you so much

I purchased this last week.Yes, last week and when I tried to use it the spray wasn't working I went back to the store so they can have the defective ithem exchange but with out receipt Alex the manager said "there is nothing I can do" This is very upsetting I didn't know I was gonna need the receipt,I didn't know they sold me a defective ithem.Then she says I need to go to farter location to be help. Now the inconvenience is even worst..When I was waking out the store another of their customer told me she experienced the same issue with a similar product and that she was sent to the main location to get help..Check your products!!In my part I will make sure it works before paying.

Reliable, with guaranteed auto replacement parts and accessories.I bought many a brake shoes from Auto Zone. Some were guaranteed for the life of my car, and were free with exchanged old shoes.

I have always loved coming to AutoZone for my car parts because not only do they have warranties for most of the parts you buy, but also for the wonderful customer service. Today I went in to get a new battery that was under warranty and they could not find it, and I swore that I had one and then even shown them the receipt that it was less than a year. Ashley Joyce who was helping me tried everything she could to help me locate it, but needed her manager Marco to be able to find my warranty another way. Marco ended up finding my warranty that was under an old number and Ashley was then able to swap out my battery. I am so grateful for their patience and willingness to help out a customer without all the frustrations and being patient in their help towards us customers. Their help is truly appreciated and as a customer of AutoZone I am grateful to have such excellence coming from their workers.

I went there because my fob remote leather strap broke off my key chain. The gentleman who helped me said they did not sell the strap. He suggested a regular metal key ring instead. I am a senior, and any help is so appreciated. It was difficult to put my key fob on the ring. He did it for me. Thank you again, for being a good employee and a kind thoughtful person.

My battery went dead. First place I called was AutoZone. My main man Cullen found the battery I needed and also checked to make sure it was my battery that was the problem. This guy installed my battery in 100 degree heat at closing. I owe this man a meal. Wonderful job. This guy was so polite and so nice. Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

Michael R was amazing. He took an interest in my issue and helped me find the right screw to tighten my license plate, the other worker had told me they were all standard screws and just stayed behind the counter. Michael was very knowledgeable and diligent and we found the right screws! He was so wonderful I bought a ratchet set. He showed me how to use it. He deserves a raise! Thank you Michael R!!

Awful service. Rude staff. We wanted to buy a car batter, asked three sales managers to help us. One said he is leaving for lunch, two others said that they would be be with us shorty and just simply went to the register to other customers despite we were first. I asked for help once again but just ignored us.

So I was at Walmart and my car wouldn't start, I got a jump and pulled up to this autozone, when I walked in the door I was greeted and immediately asked If I needed assistance (which I did) Ashley was the associate helping me. She checked my battery and it needed to be replaced. She looked up what battery I needed rang me up and changed it out for me in the 110� heat. I didn't know that autozone provided those services and it was a huge relief that such a helpful associate was there to save my day. I tried to tip her, but she refused it and jokingly mentioned a Google review. Thanks again!!!

Terrible management they dont help customers or even try the manager was rude and basically told me i was stupid and then hung up the phone on me . This autozone is no good staff was clowning and laughing when they answered the phone super unprofessional it took 2-3 minutes before they could talk to me while i was on the phone listening to them be obnoxious. When they finally said how can i help you the employee could barely finish the sentence without laughing historically and continuing to talk to other employees.

Got good recommendations and information. Didn't purchase my replacement battery because they correctly identified it as an O'Reilly's battery with a possible warranty. They suggested I see about using the warranty first before purchasing a battery from them. Great staff. Will return to this location, too.

I think that the people they hire should know a little bit more about cars then the young man with long dark hair that works the front...besides the fact he is very rude he is very uneducated on products in the store i don't know left from right an i knew more then this gentleman. Rather drive out of my way then deal with him again 100%

I came here from the store on Durango because they did not have the battery shims in stock when I bought my new battery. Luckily, this store had them and my battery is now in place. This store seems smaller than the other stores, but they have a good selection and what I needed was in stock.

The manager Paul here is killing it! The battery in my car was giving out and he tested it for free. I bought a new one and he replaced it for me. Easy, no hassle, great experience.

Had a horror story with a 2012 Hyundai Sonata engine seizing. Store manager Paul E. made my entire experience that much better after I lost the receipt for new parts that I bought prior to the death of my vehicle. He calmly helped me look up all of the receipts via my rewards card and those we couldn't find he went above and beyond to give me store credit. Fantastic customer service!

Older guy, was very helpful but was lazy to go in and make a change of address even though I requested this, he asked another guy (possibly mgr) after he told him how he put excuse not to do it, but again, he was helpful

Awesome job... Dead battery blown specialty fuse they ordered it tried to get it started and kept me posted on when my part was in.. Stuck at the store but no complaints these guys were polite knowledgeable.

Just left the store. I had purchased 2 blinker bulbs for my 77 year old mother's SUV few weeks ago, but didn't have the tool to change them. They gave me the tool but didn't offer to help or show me how to change it. It looked simple enough, but turned out it wasn't. There were no customers in the store and I went back in to give them their tool and as I turned around to leave, all 3 of of the employees were laughing. Wow, all the other AutoZone were very helpful, bit not this one. Ladies, I would find a different AutoZone to go to.
