THE other night, I stopped for a headlight, and the young guy at the counter said they won't install the bulb when I asked why he told me to go to the Decatur location.I asked him how long he had been working for the company, and he said a couple of months.I always had good service at that location until now.Was he lazy, or did he not know how to change a bulb?I called the next morning and an older man answered the phone. I asked him if I stop to purchase a bulb for my car would he install it?Guess what the answer was ,hmmm,He said yes!Need I say more?

They don't deserve a star at all. I went to this location to purchase a windshield wiper blade. I asked the young man politely if he can change it for me considering that was the service I received prior, his response is "Nope I can't ". I asked if someone else can change it for me since the store was empty and slow he said No with an attitude So I told him that I want a refund, got my money back and left. I had no choice but to go to O'Reilly's to purchase their wiper blade and they changed it for me in a matter of seconds. I don't like to ask for help but considering when I purchased a wiper blade from Autozone prior to this, the gentleman offered to change it for me and he told me that it's part of their service. After this recent terriblee experience, unfortunately I won't be going back to Autozone anymore.

I went to AutoZone to get a battery for my 2009 Chevy Silverado and was not prepared for the issues I would have trying to install it by myself. Justin, the manager, went out of his way to help me out. I have not experienced that level of customer service in a long time. Thank you Justin, it's nice to know there are still people who will go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this AutoZone location.

Wish I could remember the older gentleman who helped me out. He was great. I was returning a battery for a core charge since my wife bought a brand new one for my truck. I did not have a receipt, and he was not able to locate it in the computer, unfortunately. But despite that, he took care of me with getting windshield wipers that o really needed. Gave me a discount and helped me install them.

Bought an oil filter and oil for an oil change. I like this location. The service is great. You always get attended right away. We had quite a nice convo with the gentleman that helps us!

Went in on 8/3 hoping to get a new battery and Dylan tested both my alternator and battery, deducing that my alternator was in perfect condition and my battery needed replacing. Went back later in the day and purchased a new battery along with wiper blades and Dylan diligently installed both in under 20 minutes. Much appreciated bossman.

Hands down best employee you have is Justin Todd he helped me figure out what part I needed And the extra items I would use to do it after I went to napa and advance auto and nobody could help me find my part he took the time and cross referenced the numbers on it and searched the web and found it but not only did he do that he got it to his store the same day.. I really wish you guys would promote him to management or a employee trainer because I wish all your employees would step back and take the time to help us like he did after nobody else would he is definitely a great candidate to show other staff the correct way of helping people and I see him all.over the reviews here also please let me know who to contact to send his store a lunch they all deserve it

Stopped by here the other day as I needed to get my battery checked and wanted to get the codes read as an engine light had came on the dash. I was told very politely that their battery tester was broken and that their scan tool was not working either. Staff was very nice but just was not able to help me with the things that I needed. Just wanted to post this just in case anyone needs help in those areas as it was quite a bummer to be told I needed to go to another AutoZone when this one is down the street from my house.

Was incredibly happy with the customer service. Yet they didn't have the right things I needed for my project but was very happy about how eager they were to help. That's very different from most of the auto part store visits I have.

The staff and management have a great attitude, all around. I have not been to a better auto parts store. Their prices aren't the best, but deals and discounts do help when you need them. I don't usually leave reviews, but this facility deserves 5-stars, outright.

Awesome service. Went in because battery purchased two years ago died. They looked it up immediately and replaced it in just a few minutes completely under warranty. Highly recommended!

The staff at this particular location is probably the most helpful and friendly staff of any auto parts store I've ever been in.They've always been spot on with the exact replacement parts needed for my car with helpful advice.Can't go wrong visiting this particular location.

You can find great parts like everything you need to change your car's oil, brakes, antifreeze in your radiator, and windshield-wipers, etc.

Store was empty and the employess were laughing and screwing off when i came in. I get to the counter to ask for part availability and she rolls her eyes while asking me to repeat things, then says its not in the store and paused staring blankly not moving for a solid minute when i asked if any other stores had it. When she finally snapped back to reality and looked up the store, she wouldnt show me the screen and said the system doesnt show pictures. Just my yearly reminder to go to Amazon when Orileys doesn't have something.

The always have what I need. Air filter wiper blades, etc. Very nice and helpful service as well. They'll install blades, battery on most cars. (Always tip, please, TY). Open till 9pm which is a helpful time for a lot of people in Vegas.
