I have been to this AutoZone a few times in the past and they never miss on the great service they provide. Recently On Monday February 3rd 2024 I contacted this AutoZone in regards to clicking sounds followed by my car unable to start. I contacted AutoZone and they ran my name in which the battery was under warranty. I came in on Sunday February 4th and the employee Gerardo helped me out, he was able to check my battery and ran tests to see if it was the battery or starter or alternator. It came out to be a bad battery and replaced it happily. He provided good information as well as provided excellent customer service for the work being done. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! He was so helpful and respectful, I would recommend anybody on this side of Las Vegas to check them out as they are what a good automotive store is about!! excellent customer service, attention to detail with what you need on information, to the work being done for your needs, caring employees and professionals! Highly recommend. Gerardo you are the man, I appreciate you and the staff on a personal level thank you guys always. Aloha

I Needed a new car battery. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for a new one. Was quoted $200+, but the clerk looked up some information and found out that there was warranty on the battery. So I got a new one free of charge. I am blessed!!!

This is one of the best AutoZones in the Southwest LV area!! Shoutout to GERARDO for being so helpful and kind! He personally help us switch our car remote batteries himself AND helped us find the right replacement bulb for my headlights. I love that even if you don t know much about cars, the workers here are more than willing to help you out. Thanks Gerardo!! You re the best!

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan. I needed to get an air filter and brake light bulbs for my car. I asked if they could change the filter for me and he graciously offered to do it since I didn t know how, even showing me how. After checking my brake light which I ended up not needing, he asked if there was anything else I needed. This store has THE best customer care. The manager and the associates I have come in contact with the few times I have been in the store are beyond helpful. They are polite, patient and are busy but not rude when they assist. I think they deserve raises! You all made my day a joy and I m so grateful.

this autozone should correct the hours on website - must not open today sunday and its 830am - at least let customers know you wont be open on sunday mornings - waiting and several customers came to door and left - still waiting ....

Bought an oil filter, was given the wrong one, after waiting an hour for them to deliver it from another store, I waited at home but still, I have a diesel, not gasoline. Just be sure you know what you need before going, they might not know what you need.

I arrived at this location on 8/13 due to my battery acting up, I asked if they replace batteries and check the charge and the clerk said yes, but when he saw that I had a Volvo truck the tune changed. They ( the store) were quick to sell me a $300 battery but not instal it. The clerk said he recently had back surgery and could not p/u battery which I had to handle myself having back issues, he offered a cart and wheeled it to my truck. After testing that it was bad, I had to call on my sister and brother to come ( who by the way ironically has had back surgery) to install the battery. They ( the store) were eager while outside, to help another customer who had a dead battery , but left me a black female to fend for myself at night. Will never go or recommended this location. P.S will be calling the corporate office next.

I walked in asking for assistance in changing my tail light.. a rude old blonde woman turned me away and said they didn t offer assistance in that. I approached another worker outside asking when they d stopped helping replace tail lights. With a surprised look on her face she explained that they definitely do help and she doesn t know why the lady inside would tell me that they didn t. Smh that was so rude of her. But I m grateful for the young lady outside who didn t mind doing her job and helping me.

Thank you to the staff at this Auto Zone location (store #4177). I had to purchase a new battery last minute and they were still open after 7:00 pm. The salesman David assisted me with professionalism, patience and kindness in my time of need. He put my battery in my Infiniti G 37 which was difficult getting it out. However he was a champion and I truly appreciate it! Thank you Auto Zone for having late hours that saved me for having to get help the next morning to get my car started and David for your human kindness.

I was on my way home from church and noticed that my car was extremally low on oil. (FYI husband's fault he was to take it for an oil change). Gilbert was amazing. He helped me find the right oil, and he came out to the car and put it in for me. I wanted to tip him and he was so humble and said he was doing his job. Thank you Gilbert you saved the day. Made me a little less mad at my husband LOL because of your kindness.

First time visit this store and I m really happy that I did!! I went there a bit late (likes 8 or 9 at night) because my car have a problem with the battery. Thanks to David and his manager for their help (especially David) that I can replace the new battery right away before I have to go to work early morning at the next day with worrying that my battery will die before I reach my workplace lol. Thanks a lot guys, I appreciate it!

I went to a different place first off - and had a bad experience, No help no customer service. So I was already distraught. I came here, and it was like night and day. They were so nice, helpful, friendly, and informative on what I needed to do. They led me in the right direction, even not being able to do what I needed. They attempted, but the part that I needed I had to get elsewhere. I definitely recommend them. Good people!

Needed a new car battery at 8:30am and quick because we needed to head out of the city before traffic got too bad (totally didn't expect to wake up in the morning to a dead car battery the day we were supposed to drive down to LA). There was a real you Black guy (I'm upset I can't remember his name :< ) working there, and within 20 minutes he was able to find which one we needed and get it installed in our car. Easiest and quickest transaction we've ever had.

DEREK WAS & IS AMAZING!! Needed a radiator for a Z3 roadster(special order) and from his telephone demeanor to his pleasant in store presence its been top notch service!!
