My truck has been unexpectedly giving me issues, It felt like one thing after another. When I needed a battery, I spoke with Logan and after explaining my situation via phone, he suggested it could be my ALT that was the underlying issue. However, I needed a battery to test the ALT. Long story short, I ended up with a new battery & Logan went hella outta his way to help me out. He is such a knowledgeable, professional & just genuinely friendly human. Autozone is lucky to have someone who actually cares about the overall experience at their customer meeting points. Thank again Logan, I appreciate you!

Customer Service is the key factor behind this review. Mathew specifically was beyond helpful in assisting me with an airbag sensor issue. He was the essential piece to a flawless experience at AutoZone on Russel Rd. Highly recommend this location and being serviced by Mathew.

Ash and Wyatt were so helpful. I had been trying to figure out this issue with my car for almost a year and they figured out which one of my three batteries were bad and helped me swap it out and everything wish I could give them 10 stars

This place is awesome! The workers are always friendly and helpful. I just stopped in for a new battery and they had 3 workers in the parking lot replacing batteries in unison like a synchronized swim team. Everyone was visiting, joking, and happy. The workers were swapping tools and getting work done. It was super hot and I had my dog with, the worker was super understanding and got us back on the road. 3 workers outside, 3 customers getting new batteries, I was done in 15 minutes! This is my go to parts store. They are friendly and helpful.

Logan and Mark at this Auto Zone location went above and beyond. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Logan ordered the battery needed for my car and took the time and care to confirm the battery was my issue and installed the new battery.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Matthew at this location, who was excellent. He found a correct model number for a part I had ordered a long time ago and referred me to the location that had it in stock. He went above and beyond and gave me peace of mind, and the location he sent me to was able to get it exchanged for the new one. I appreciate Matthew's prompt help and for working with me!

Handsome guy from Oakland I wish I got your name.Thank you.Such a smooth process. I started at another store and they didn't have the part I needed. The staff member there called this store to confirm, and hold my battery.As soon as I got to this store I spoke with handsome guy from Oakland, and he installed my battery for me. I am a lady who actually knows cars and one of the Grey Shirts here told me to use Dawn Dish Soap on my car! I haven t laughed that hard in years, but I sure hope no one does that! He should be FIRED for that!

From my own experience this was by far the final straw of how horrible the customer service really is. It s fine to have Elders working with computers but to allow an employee to get so frustrated and then gives up trying to help(despite the fact he left a previous customer before us for COMPUTER issues, honestly it was USER ERROR), he then curses and tells us to get the manager outside. We never asked for a manager was just looking for battery assistance.Thanks to Orlando for the help after helping everyone else while the other guy just walked around, behind the counter, mad. I pray for the 3 guys working to make ends meet but I didn t post this last time since I cared for your job more than you do.Ps the manager was working so hard this review is for the guy, I didn t care to even look at your name for how rude of a human being you are.

Everyone was so nice here! Adrian helped out with all my questions and gave me a lot of recommendations for certain parts of my car. Adrian was so polite and patient! He also helped me put the items I purchased on my car. Anything I need for my car again, I will come back here!!

Mathew and Micheal are amazing. My battery was replaced under warranty. Light wouldn t turn off, alternator was suggested and that s exactly what it was. Thank you AutoZone!

Not a fan of the gray haired older woman (literally sneezed all over the counter too without covering her mouth). I wanted a replacement for a battery and she just wanted to argue that I would have to talk to her manager cause my battery tested good. It's old and I don't care what it tests, I just want it replaced!

Deanna is amazing. I had to come in to get my battery changed. Was in the worst mood just after having to deal with the battery dying and was immediately greeted and taken care of. Got me talking and laughing and did everything quickly and efficiently. It really makes a difference when you re being helped by someone so nice and attentive. Left with what I needed and feeling 100x better. Deanna deserves the praise and a promotion. Thank you so much for your help!!!

I went to Auto Zone for new windshield wipers today. I'm going through a divorce and I just moved here so I don't know anyone here who could help mebbut, I had already decided I was not going to ask anyone to help me put them on since I know Saturdays can be very busy. I figured I will figure it out. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Gilbert. He quickly helped me find the right wipers. As I was checking out he asked me if I needed help installing them. I said, yes please. It's something so small but it meant everything to me to have the help. And it sounds silly but I actually started tearing up knowing I didn't have to stress over doing it myself. Thank you Gilbert for being a gentleman!

I came here just thinking that I was going to make a purchase and instead I RECIEVED GREAT SERVICE FROM Lewis B.... I was out running my errands, including picking up some headlights. Not only did I get educated on the types of headlights and prices, he price checked for me another autozone that could have particular brand. He told me so much that he helped me make a better decision than what I was going to originally. but he gave me so much great service that it didn't stop there. He actually changed my headlights in the parking lot!!!!! I was so amazed. He did it as quick as it took for me to write this post about it. I wasn't even here long. Thank you guys so much! I will be a continued customer as long customer service is great like Lewis was to me!3-26-2023 / GilbertI'm coming back as a repeat offender. I just want to say thank you to all the staff here for remaining constant. They all provide the same level of service. I needed to put oil in my car, I already had oil previously purchased and I had a hard time opening the cap to replace my oil. I was lowkey worried that I would need to make a purchase in order to gain assistance but nope. I explained the situation to Gilbert and he came out saved the day. No more scratching sounds . Someone tried stealing my converter to my Honda in the parking lot next door and took a saw to my exhaust pipe. Leaving the converter. Logan was immensely helpful with helping me connect the pipes back together until I could get it welded. He was literally under the car helping my boyfriend fix my car. Im super grateful for his help and kindness ! Thank you so much logan!

Worst customer service I've witnessed at this store. I've gone before and it was much better. This particular time horrible... the kid that was "helping me" seemed like he had a attitude about me asking questions about a part... he kept coughing and not turning away.... the lady next to him was to busy on her phone when he asked her the location of a near by auto store.. terrible If this is going to be a regular occurrence at this store with these particular employees just take the extra COUPLE of minutes drive and go to O RILEYS,
