It s pretty sad that the closest autozone you have they have to treat you disrespectful. Trying to figure out the correct tools that I need and had a really bad attitude made me feel super uncomfortable. Just disappointed with the service.

Went there this morning to replace my battery. Alex was VERY helpful in doing so. Saved over $100 by buying from them compared to car-dealer. Definitely will recommend him and company. Thanks AutoZone.

The service my husband and I received today at AutoZone was beyond phenomenal. You meet people who are concerned about making sure that you get the best products and also the best service. Today started off a bit rough until we met Alex Vega. When you leave an establishment feeling like you have accomplished what you needed to and are better for it the day that started off rough becomes a distant memory. Thank you Alex for your awesome customer service and for making us feel like family from start to finish

I was very pleased with the service I received from Jameel today at the auto zone on Charleston and Sloan.Jameel was very professional and did my return in a timely manner.. I would recommend this location to anyone who has car needs.

Needed a new car battery - easy peasy, just went up to the counter and gave them my make and model, picked one of the available options, and they even offered to install it for me. I wish I caught the name of the man who installed it but he was great and I really appreciate all his help this evening!

Use to buy all my parts at a different store, I am now officially a loyal customer, The few times I was in need of parts for my truck I have had a great experience, Danny the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable I appreciate the help he provides. A few of the other guys were helpful as well when buying my oil change items! I'm all about customer service so its always nice to walk in and be greeted and asked if I need help finding anything! Thanks guys keep up the great customer service!

I appreciate the excellent service here. I've never met an employee here who seemed like it was a bother for them(to do their job) to help me.Their system to look up items is great and really useful.I like the fact there seems to always be enough employees working here: the line never feels like it takes forever.I recommend this location if you're close by.

I needed to have a headlight replaced. Ian is amazing! He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. He found that it wan't just a blown headlight, and took the time to locate the correct part and install it and the light for me. I'm so grateful that this level of customer service still exists!

They refuse to do any returns unless you have a receipt! Bought some lug nuts for my vehicle, but ended up not needing them. Accidentally misplaced the receipt and they would not allow me to return them whatsoever. Very unfriendly costumer service

We are always at Autozone, Since I'm a mechanics assistant on top of the rockstar stuff, I really like fixing things, they are always nice and get the job done whatever we need. The place is clean and everyone there is friendly, the manager, she is really awesome and always smiling. The staff gets a thumbs up.Willie PSYCHO APPROVED

I waited almost 10 minutes to pay for a bag that goes on the back of your seat. When I finally got noticed I asked for plastic sun blocking sheets for my car window. The guy says "well did you look on aisle 3?" And another worker over heard and said "next to the wax"Of course they weren't there and so I went back and told the first worker "I couldn't find it " and he just said I'll ring you up on that register " Didn't even offer to help me look for the darn plastic sheets.That's what I get for going into an Auto zone being a girl, next time I'll send my husband...

Had a battery go bad that I used three times in RV last year. The warranty on RV cycling type batteries has dropped from two years to one. The manager Juan there went out of his way to charge and check my battery. I have bought several batteries from them with 5 year 3 and 2 year warranties over the last few years. Never had one go bad until now. After a discussion of what was right in my mind at this time....they replaced my bad battery for a new one. I have since spent monies almost equal to the cost. Thankyou Auto Zone

The AutoZone on Charleston and I believe salon. I don't even know if this person was a manager but she was definitely rude. I thought that when you stand in line and you tell them what you need and if you need assistance there to assist you because you were the next customer, well this person told me that they couldn't help me because they have a long line. All I needed was my headlights bulb to be changed now if I needed my battery to be checked she would have came out there and checked it regardless to how long the line was. I was just really disappointed I did not get the full service that I need it. What she didn't know is that I was already pulled over and was told that my light was out and so I go to AutoZone to go get this type of service so I was there with the possibility of being pulled over again, because this young lady didn't want to fully service me and change out the bulb. The funny thing is is that she knew that I was referred to another store because I met her outside and then when I went inside the store I thought all I had to do was go to the cashier's line. I stood there for about a good six to seven minutes and then she finally tells me I have to stand in another line. And then to stand in line and still get the same person and then tell me she can't help me put the bulb in the car because she has a long line. I have never in all my years experience that type of customer service and I've been going to AutoZone for over 15 years not at that location but at different locations for over 15 years

If I could give zero stars I would. I had my battery for 18 months and had a warranty on it. It died and they told me my battery was good and my starter needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion and it was my battery. I believe they just didnt want to replace my battery. I will never use auto zone again.

Went to get a battery. They helped change it which was nice and all. But i think I'll stick to doing it myself considering how long the gentleman took to do it
