Alyssa I hope I pronounce her name correctly. The store manager is amazing anytime I ve had a situation or incorrect part. It was corrected in a professional manner. She s handling the store better than anyone I know in a managers position I frequent AutoZone for many years with each and every car I ve owned and I cannot express how Alyssa has helped me and I m sure other people just a store in general the kindness, the initiative to fix the problem with minimal hassle I just want to say thank you to the employees at AutoZone especially Alyssa

East Sunset location:Two counter people could not determine which bulb was needed for a car in their parking lot, even with pictures of the headlight showing the burned out bulb. Waste of time even going there.

I m giving this review because I went to go get a battery the other night at 8:12 PM they lied and, said they don t install batteries after 8:00 PM. Come to find out it s nine PM. So the two workers where very lazy didn t want to help put a battery in. Unfortunately I had to call progressive my insurance company sat in my car with my two children for hours when they could of took five minutes of there time nobody was in there it wasn t like they were busy. Who was working on Saturday night do better not be lazy.

I frequent this store (#5725) and they've always gone above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, but the other day was one I'll never forget. I was stranded and my car was in need of some parts to run again and I called and asked if I can get the parts delivered to my location. They don't normally do that but Michelle and Daniel (Store Associates/ Life savers) graciously took my payment information over the phone and drove the parts to my location in no time flat. They don't make folks like that anymore, and I was so grateful for the help. Keep up the good work, and thanks a million!!

I was just there shopping Gianni B his customer service is super awesome he went above and beyond great help we need more people like him in the customer service industry to find good people like him now a days is hard thank you Gianni B you make me a proud happy customer also the chick didnt catch her name although she did have a name tag she was a great help 3560 e sunset rd autozone is where i shopped

Shout out to John and his team! Didn t help change a car battery that was UNDER WARRANTY. They demanded we go to the location where we bought it at, wouldn t have been a problem if we had a WORKING CAR. Shout out to Autozone team in the Tropicana location for helping us out helping us fix this nightmare!

I was having trouble with my brakes. The 2 employees and the manager did everything they could to help. Including calling other stores and looking on you tube. In the end they solved my problem. I am very thankful for their efforts.

I am giving this review because I remembered going to this location last year and forgot to place my review then.I made an instore purchase and politely asked the cashier if they honored giving a military discount. The gentleman told me they did. Cool. Then, he claimed that the register he was at wasn't working or something to that effect and he told me that we'd have to switch to another register. We did. Only now he pretends to forget putting in the discount. I noticed this but didn't make a fuss. The next somebody does this to me I will. It sickens me that he would try this trick on me and I will never forget to this location again. Why pretend?What a disgrace!

Gianni was very pleasant and helpful!! I went to the Autozone on Eastern and Windmill. They weren t helpful at all. When I came to the Autozone on Eastern and Pecos. Gianni was more than willing to help me. You need more workers like him!!!
