I had the wonderful opportunity to with one of your associates to day by the name of Dylan. Dylan was professional and new his products. He assisted me with the installation of a new low beam light in my 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Dylan knew where and how to do the install and and accomplished it in a minimal amount of time.I will recommend Dylan and your store at any opportunity.

I am so thankful for Trevone (I believe that was his name from what I could see on badge) and his colleague for intervening to say my battery could be changed when the initial answer was no due to my type of car. Their energy was very uplifting. And talk about getting the job done! Special thanks for Trevone for changing my battery and fixing the minor issue we encountered. Wishing all the best!

I went there to see about different parts for my car and I wasn't greeted coming in, also seemed like everyone hated their life in a sense. No one seemed happy to serve customers.

Was not the best experience when I went. Their computer system was down and they couldn't make any sales. I will give them a fair rating next time I go.

Grace and Paula are the best!!! I came in for an alternator and they helped me no problem! After I was unable to install myself they gave a me a great reference to get the work done at a very reasonable price. Would give 10 stars if google gave me the ability so I guess we just have to settle for 5. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am very happy to do this review because I have really felt very well cared for in this store. The girl's name is Paula, she is very nice, attentive and she knows very well the work she does. I really felt in the hands of a professional and I was very satisfied with all the options that she offered me.

Mrs Grace m. And Mrs paula from 3280 North Durengo drive was helping me, they was amazing!!! I get the best service EVER! Thank you to auto zone that holds very good people!!! Nice and kind, and do everything to help with the things I need.I am buying a lot things in Auto zone and I never get a good service like that!I think Auto zone need to Appreciate they have people like this.I m calling everyone to buy in 3280 north durengo drive with those 2 AMAZING ladies Thank you!

In keeping with AutoZone s good reputation, this location was clean, well stocked, and had helpful workers. They were reasonably tolerant of us making some repairs in the parking lot. They have a fair assortment of tools you can borrow while you re there as well.

Grace, the manager at this store was wonderful and installed my new car battery quickly after 2 other auto zone locations were not able to or would not help me. The store was very busy when I visited and still they were helpful, friendly and professional with all the customers I watched being helped, including myself. This store has earned my business forever. Thank you Grace....you made and saved my day.

Went in this morning because my battery was giving my car trouble, I didn t get a chance to get the names of the two gentleman that helped me but they were absolutely wonderful and treated me with the up most respect and helped me resolve an issue about my batteries warranty, and even helped me install it. I appreciate them so much for going above and beyond for to fix the mistake and help me with everything!

Our service at this location today was outstanding. Grace (store manager) was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. Lily also helped us, she was amazing and knew her stuff. They were both kind, friendly and helpful.

I visited this location this morning for a new battery. The 2 young women there were excellent. They were both professional, friendly and the offer to help came at the perfect time! I ended up changing out the battery myself so I would know how to do it but these two will make me return again because they treated me so well. Thank you! (I am sorry I can't remember their names). The location was spotless and looked well stocked. I did return to borrow a tool I didn't have and they were very accomodating. Thank you Autozone.

I don t ever leave reviews but the morning manager (I m horrible with names :() was so amazing I have to , she went way out of her way to help me and my fianc� with a battery issue with our Nissan , A+ 5 starts ty so much

I upped my rating from 4 to 5 This location is always superb. Every time. Doesn't matter if I purchase something there or not.Today I had to swap out my battery under warranty and it was so easy. Did not have to wait in line. Found the record of my purchase quickly and easily by phone number. I took the new one. They took the old one.Thank you,Paul
