Amazing service goes to store 2211 ! I want to recognize Allen for excellent customer service ! He was fast to respond to my need and actually checked my battery when it was cold and also cleaned the corrosion off of my battery ! I know it sounds simple but that stood out to me ! Shout out to Simon and Nolu, both were extremely helpful and attentive during our visit to your store, due to failing belt tensioner, we did not have enough tools and they kindly let us used some of their tools!! They were checking up on us in the parking lot making sure we were Ok. Thank you again for having great Personnel representing your company. Kind regards Mr. Linares.

I believe this is the one I visited, the manager name was Connie. I sure hope so. It was on jones next to a chevron and smoke ranch . Well anyways, this lady was so helpful , informative and nice to me. She even helped me put on my new license plate frame. Thank you again Ms. Connie . You guys at autozone ROCK!!!

The employees that work here are really good people. one of the guys named David went above and beyond and out of his way to drop off a part to me on his way home when I was broke down next to the Vegas and Decatur store. Thank you very much.

I recently had purchased a re-manufactured alternator from a different Autozone location. This alternator fixed all of my vehicle's issues until I so foolishly decided to drive it to the opposite side of town to try a new restaurant I have been eyeing. On my way back home after eating, the car starts acting like the alternator was bad again, after only 9 days. It eventually died when I had to bring the vehicle to a stop at a red light. While trying to give it gas to get started again, I see in the shopping center on my right the orange glow! I babied it into the parking lot at around 8:50 PM. I google Autozone, but based on my home location, it had told me my local store closed at 9. I went inside just to check, and this store happened to be open until 10! Angie was the manager on duty, and I think from the sound of my voice she could tell that I wasn't just there to browse. She asked me what was going on, I had told her how I had just a few days ago purchased this alternator from another location, and it had already died. She had her associate ( I didn't catch his name, but he was very attentive and helpful too!) come test my alternator to be sure, and we established that it had failed. Even though I didn't get this part from her store, and it being only one hour from closing, Angie didn't hesitate to check stock, and offer me the use of their loaner tools. She told me I had an hour and that was all the motivation I needed! I went outside and got started! I could see Angie keeping an eye on me through the glass, but not because she was trying to rush me. There were a couple shady figures roaming around the parking lot, and I could tell she just didn't want anything happening while my head is buried under the hood.I got the broken alternator out in 10 minutes, and walked into the store like a champ lol. She had the new part waiting for me. I signed the key pad for the exchange and got back to work. This is when the trouble began. Basically, when they reman'd this new one, they didnt press the nut on the support into the hole far enough, so my bolt could not reach. I'm fighting, and crying, and trying to decide if I really even need a car at this point. I look back and see the lights turn off inside the store. It's past closing time at this point. I'm fully expecting Angie to come out and grab her tools and tell me to come back tomorrow (in the nicest way possible). Instead, after she locks up, she drives her car over to me and aims her headlights at my car to give me light. Right at the moment, like a Christmas miracle, the bolt was able to reach, and I got the car put back together. In my head, I'm already planning to give Angie $20 as it was the only cash I had on me. I let her know I'm finished, I start the car and let it idle for a little to make sure everything is working. Even though I kept her past her scheduled working hours, when we have all had enough with work and are ready to go home, Angie refused to take my money. I can tell she is just the type of person who cares about others, and looks to help anywhere she can.I can assure you that if I was a business owner, I would steal Angie from Autozone, no matter the price. In that short time, I could tell that she treats every customer and the store, as a whole, as if she was the owner. The way she interacted with the associate there, and how she never stopped moving and getting things done, I could tell Angie is a special person. I hope that Autozone recognizes these facts and compensates her accordingly, because she can do anything!Angie: I hope you read this and that it brightens your day like you did mine. Don't ever stop being you!

Been going to the location for almost 20 years,, store manager went over and above to assist me with my battery problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable,, rarely take time to rare,,, but he is deserving

Saturday night I got off work and went to get some food. My car wouldn t start when I came out of the restaurant. Called AutoZone and they replaced it for free and checked the battery, starter, and alternator. Everything checked fine. Go to start my vehicle again and nothing. The Manager Angle stay out there for an hour to help me fine and fix the problem which was a bad connection to the battery. I really appreciate the service!

Needed a new battery all of a sudden. I went to this AutoZone because of previous purchases at this and other stores. Normally, I consider myself a sufficient "home mechanic" to do the basic stuff on my '16 Colorado. But after seeing the ganglian mess that is around the battery, I am grateful for the gentleman at AutoZone who installed it for me with a smile on his face and a great attitude on a nearly 100� day!!

Angel went above in beyond in not only assisting me with finding the issue with my vehicle, but assisting in fixing the issue. Seeing that I had my hands full with a toddler, Angel swapped my vehicles battery. Thank you Angel.

AutoZone that's very good prices but don't ever get a mechanic that they recommend in California in Van nuys right off the 101 freeway the AutoZone over there recommend me to a mechanic that took me in a back of a church and rob me and my wife and they had kids with them the Rob does showed us guns in Jesus Christ is my witness I put that on my mom and dad's grave up online paying Jesus Psalms 91 we got out of there I give them two stars cuz I'm a good person

They could definitely use more staff working the counters. It looked like several employees were milling about or doing other work while two employees tried to help a long line of customers. This is only made worse by the fact that their computer search function is less than ideal. The employee helping me had to look through YouTube videos to find the part I was looking for because it was oddly labeled/categorized in their system. It is hard enough for AutoZone employees to be vaguely familiar with all of the cars and parts that someone might be looking for without having to use an inventory system that potentially works against them.

Normally a great experience shopping here. Went in today to recycle some brake fluid and was told by someone I assume to be the manager that it s not considered hydraulic fluid and turned me away. I didn t argue I just left after loosing brain cells. Girl up front was nice.

Angel is the best employee the whole company has! I have been shopping at Autozone for many many years and in multiple states. The service that Angel provided me was beyond top quality. Not only did he help me find the right replacement part but he even helped me replace it super quickly. He was quick to answer every question I had and showed me how to do it if I ever need to in the future. It was a super hot day out and he was running around helping multiple customers. Give this man a raise and top recognition. There is another Autozone location closer to my house, but as long as Angel is working here I will come out of my way for his top service. Thank you Angel for helping make my stressful day so much better!

Went down to the store on Craig and Clayton and they could not find my warranty, so as I was turned away I went to CraigandJones and spoke with Gerald McKenzie the store manager and told him I couldn't find my warranty for my battery and that I am no longer with my husband and that he might have it. He did a magnificent job with assisting me and installing my battery that was under the passenger seat and took a while but did it with no problem. I hope he is getting payed well because he does an great job.

10/10 would highly recommend. Went in to get my battery charged and Ray helped me out. Turns out I needed a new battery, found the right one and installed it for me. Super kind, personable and quick. I would not recommend going to this location. They have lost my credibility and trust by stating that my package would be delivered on Thursday and it wasn t delivered until Friday. One employee gave me military discount on the order but when I came to pick it up the manager said they don t give discounts on online orders. Not only that but one of their employees gives customers major discounts that they aren t aware of. For example if my total is $140, I ll only pay $70. Not one time did they communicate the delay in regards to my package nor apologize for the inconvenience. I m starting to think they are racist due to the fact that they almost lost my package when I came to pick it up.
