My BMW motor needed replacing due to a crack oil cooler. Mariah was very professional during my time dealing with them and she stayed on top of keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. They were actually very pleasant to work with and I feel that is hard to say nowadays about businesses. My car is now fixed and running perfectly. I will absolutely take my car back if I find the need for a trustworthy place.

I was very impressed by the service I received from this business! I have no clue about cars, so I could only describe the sounds my car was making and they were able to diagnose it very quickly! They got me in and out with no issues with a very good price! I really appreciate the help from the service manager Mariah! She made the experience very easy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back whenever another strange noise arises!Thanks guys!

We were traveling through Las Vegas with our travel trailer on the way back home from a vacation. The truck transmission had developed a small leak and we wanted to be sure we could make it hometo southern Utah. We stopped at AutoXperts to get it checked. They were very professional and courteous. The got us right in, checked out the problem and assured us it would make it home as long as we took our time and kept the rpms low. I'm very thankful for the reassurance and fast friendly service.

I went to Auto Xperts for an oil change on my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman. It was raining off and on throughout the day. My son and I waited in a comfortable waiting area with a movie playing on the television in the foreground. A nice young lady was seated behind the counter. I explained two places I went to for an oil change on Groupon told me the oil filter housing was cracked and stripped-therefore requiring a replacement that had to be ordered from the Mini dealership.After the inspection was completed on my car, it was discovered this wasn't the case. My Mini Cooper requires the coolant tank to be removed before reaching the oil filter housing/gasket. It requires more work and they think the previous mechanics were lazy and didn't want to be bothered.They also checked my tire pressure (right front tire) and aired it up-my lights went off. Previously I was told the tire sensor needed replaced in my right front tire-more useless information that wasn't true.I recommend Auto Xperts. They are honest, reliable and thorough. I will be returning whenever my car requires an oil change or maintenance. My daughter is planning to take her Kia Soul + there next. Also it be noted-they are reasonable. It's can be difficult to find a trustworthy auto mechanic especially for women who won't take advantage of them. This is the best place I've found since moving to Las Vegas in 2018.Service: Oil change

Amazing! 10/10. Towed my car in on Friday and was able to pick up on Monday - just needed a new battery. Pricing was fair and transparent. All business was done over text so I didn t even need to go to the garage when I towed it there. Very easy process!

Great customer service! Don t take advantage of you. They diagnose issue give a price and walk you through things that ll need to be looked at in the future with no pressure. I ve taken a few of my vehicles here and have nothing but positive things to say. Mariah scheduled my appointment for a scheduled drop off of my vehicle. GMC terrain due to the check engine light being on. Maria advised it was a bad solenoid and checked with my warranty before calling me with the falling apart would be in the next day and it was zero cost to me. Is the third or fourth time I have taken my vehicle there and there s been no charge due to warranties or some other coverage.I highly recommend Auto Experts so you always get a factual story, no rip offs and five star customer serviceSincerely submitted.Services: Electrical repair, Auto maintenance

These guys rock! They charged less than my dealer and anyone else I found to replace my entire clutch system. The actual repairs took only half a day, whereas everyone else quoted me around two days. They kept me informed throughout the process, and even followed up about a week later to make sure everything was running smooth. I swear it drove better than it did when I bought it new! And their 1 year warranty gives me real peace of mind. Next time I encounter any issue with my vehicle, I will be going back! They're upfront and trustworthy. No shady business here. I have nothing but great admiration for this shop. My catalytic converter was stolen and between Farmers insurance and them my car was fixed within 4 days. I highly recommend this shop, they are friendly and they do a great job!

I actually bought a Groupon for a cheap oil change, and that's how I came across this business. They did the oil change & inspection and provided me a list via text to a link with pictures and everything letting me know what they found.I returned to have them fix a leaking coolant line. After getting into the work, they determined that one line did not need replaced, saving me about $175. They could have just replaced it anyway since I already agreed to the original price, but they were honest.The work they've done on my Titan so far has been excellent. I'd recommend them to anyone and am glad I found a good reliable shop to use from now on.

Originally went to Meineke because I was having fuel pump issues. They told me I had a bad battery and sent me on my way. I came here and said "based on your description you're having fuel pump issues" and gave me the option of i wanted to fix it or not. Well I want thank the bad service at their competitor that I found better service here. You guys got a new customer for life

An actual honest mechanic shop! Was told my ac compressor had failed at sun auto on st. Rose Parkway and would neek around $2000 of ac work done to get it operating again. Got a 2nd opinion at autoxperts and they confirmed the compressor was fine and fixed the issue for under $300

I had a good experience with this shop. They are very straight forward about what is wrong without making stuff up or charging you for repairs that you don't need. This is especially easy to do with brakes.As mentioned in other reviews, the repairs can take longer than the quoted time, but in my opinion getting it fixed correctly and honestly is worth more than having to bring it back if it is done quickly and incorrectly. I am very pleased with my experience.Service: Brakes

Great shop! Solid work, reliable, pro-active, and communicative from start to finish. I ve worked with Jeremy (service manager) and Mike (Master Tech) on multiple occasions to get my truck back on the road, and without fail, they ve delivered every single time. It's been difficult finding a trusted mechanic since I moved here from another state. The guys here are professional and friendly. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and was happy to see that it was less expensive compared to other places I've brought it to over the years. They also pointed out a couple issues with the car that I was already aware of because other mechanics pointed them out to me before. Best part is, Auto Xperts' quote to fix these issues was lower compared to those other mechanics. I'll be having that work done by them once my wife and I finish moving into our new home.
