My rating is specifically for Janik. I have been here a few times for service on my vehicle and I have never been treated so kindly and professional. Janik is highly professional, communicative and thorough. He made me feel like I was getting first class service, no exaggeration! The minute I pulled up to the service department he walked out and greeted me. I have never received this type of treatment from the other employees here. Highly impressed with him! He was also communicative to me throughout the time my vehicle was being serviced and immediately called me when my vehicle was ready. He was so prompt and you could tell he actually enjoyed giving great service to customers. Can t say enough good things about him!

My check engine light came on and I was easily able to schedule an early morning appointment online. Kimberly did an excellent job keeping me updated on my vehicle, she arranged a ride for me and even came through with a loaner when it was determined my car had to stay over a couple days. The entire staff was professional and courteous making a potentially stressful situation happily uneventful.

I went for a 70k service early morning at 7 30 am, and my service advisor Jeffrey is wonderful. He told me that it would take about 3 hours to do everything so I decided to leave my vehicle and went home. Around 12 noon, I called Jeffrey telling him that I am going to the dealership and wait for another half hour but my waiting time extended for another two and a half hours. It took them 7 1/2 hours to perform those services and I am totally disappointed a dissatisfied with the end result.

Excellent service coupled with direct concerns of the health and needs of your car each and every time I take my car in to AutoNation. My service provider, Raymond, addresses my concerns and makes my experience as smooth as possible in the shortest time available. Truly a five star rating is deserved.

I want to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the pricing and service provided by this establishment. It was shocking to discover that they charged us a hefty $200 just to repeat the information we had already given them when we dropped off the car. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge us over $1000 for a two-hour job, which we later discovered could have been done for only $200 at another shop. Moreover, we even had the necessary replacement part in our possession. I decided not to proceed with the exorbitant charges at this establishment and sought services elsewhere, as anyone in their right mind would. It is essential to note that I found another shop that completed the job for a reasonable cost of $200 despite already having the necessary replacement part. Therefore, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment for any purpose. It is disheartening to witness Volkswagen's reputable brand associated with such a disappointing level of service. The stark contrast between their brand and the low quality of this shop is genuinely disconcerting. Rest assured, I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

The service was good. The thing that I was not impressed with was the USED car I bought was not fully cleaned inside the vehicle. There were crumbs, dog/human hair, dried chocolate in the seats and dirt/white brown powder substance in the cargo area. Also the cargo cover rack was not positioned properly. It was hanging off the hinge. There were not any valve caps on all four tires. I understand I purchased a used car, but presentation is the utmost necessity at any car dealership new or used. The sales person was not very computer savvy. I asked him to send me a PDF file via email regarding my EDRS code for my car registration. He sent a picture of the form on his cell phone which I felt was unprofessional.

I have been getting my VW Atlas Crossport serviced here for the past two years and I have been very pleased. Kim, my service tech, is very friendly and takes good care of me and my car. They don t try to take advantage of you too, don t push services you don t need. I recommend them and ask for Kim!

I am new to the area and scheduled service at this location. My Service Advisor, Janik, was remarkable. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was kept informed every step of the way. This will be my new service location! I encourage others to give this location a try!

My vehicle is never fixed right the first time. I spent almost $1000 to replace brakes at only 47K miles which tech said brakes were under sized for my vehicle. Did tech replace with correct size? I was not given that information. I received a text that my car was in wash and I could pick it up anytime before 4:30pm. I picked up my car at 4:00pm and it was filthy, my vehicle was never washed. The service writer that wrote up my brakes was not there so I was not able to report it. The day after brakes were replaced the brake booster had to be replaced. Shouldn't that be something that was checked at the time of changing brakes? I asked that question and I was told it could go out at anytime!!! I have had my vehicle for over 3 years and from the first service I've asked to fix my horn. As of today 1/13/24 it is not fixed. Every time I bring it in for service I ask to fix, paperwork always states that it was fixed, it's seems to be always overlooked. As you can tell I'm not happy with the service and them not being thorough or communicating completely.

Great service- they honor the specials they advertise and do a complete check and provide suggestions on what you can do- but don t pressure you into paying for services you werent prepared to. My service Advisor Janik was awesome- super professional and helpful - and they got me in and out of there quickly.

I brought my VW in for a recall service, and have to admit I was really not looking forward to coming in.While performing the recall repair they found my oil plug leaking - which they just repaired and cleaned up then oil mess it was making. Informed me of the repair and also let me know of some other services and prices that could be performed.Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Even though I was just passing by they helped me prep my car for a road trip. Installed my new tire and even did a balance for a low price, they even gave my car a wash! The staff was very friendly especially the mechanics.

Honestly I'm so very happy with Autonation VW. I am able to get appointments in a timely manner, my service advisor Kim is honest, thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is checked out thoroughly. I bought my Atlas Sel at Findley Centennial were I would sit for Hours even with an appointment. So very glad I made the call to Autonation VW!!! Thank you for taking care of us so very well!!

Having a Ride home and a Return ride to get your car after service like in the past would be better not just one or the other would boost my reason to have all of my service done there, oil changes, new tires all of the service needed to our cars I was told when I scheduled the service I would get a ride back home and a ride back to get my car after service so I would not have to sit there for 6 hours once I turned my car was given a choice a ride home or a ride back to dealership that put mr in a bind I gave a 5 star review because of the service done on the car not the customer service which needs attention it was rushed and and lt seemed like I was a bother to your intake person I was the only one there at the time the pickup was the same it took 20 mins to retrieve my car after I got a text that the car was done and ready to pickup I was the only one there no cars in the bay or anyone else at the counter waiting
