I am posting on behalf of my girlfriend Liliana Diaz.The service was great as well as the customer service. My service advisor, Mark was v kind and funny for the duration of our conversation. I know I rushed him a little bit at the end of my visit since I was on a time crunch but him and the tech, I believe his name was Stephen, made it happen. Thank you so much for making sure my vehicle is safe to drive! We often forget how important our service team actually is.

Fantastic as always. Been with this dealer since my 4Runner s third oil change. Joey was my service writer for forever and was exceptional. Shane is my new service writer and he is equally phenomenal. They don t talk you into stuff you don t need. Super quick and friendly service.

service advisor was great. 10K service. Oil change and tire rotation. Very quick completing service. The next day quite a bit of oil had leaked in my garage. I took it back and again the next day oil had leaked on the opposite side of car. Not sure what else to do,

Love the service at this dealership. They not only have a shuttle to take you home or to work but they pick you up and bring you back when your car is done. I usually bring my car in the morning and they have it done by lunchtime. The people I've worked with are great and if I need any extra work done they always offer me discounts on the work. I've been bringing my Camry to them since I bought it two years ago.

My car was in for normal service. The dealer ship took the car in and covered the seats and floor to keep the interior clean while the mechanics Performed the servicesService was done under the quoted time and at a reasonable price.The waiting area is nice and the I was in and out under 45 minutes.

Service department has good communication and work is done in a timely manner. DO NOT buy the prepaid maintenance!! It is very limited, and does not cover all scheduled maintenance. We had our 20,000 mile service done in August, when our vehicle had 17,000 miles. We just took it in for the next service in February, and there was no 25,000 mile service available, so they did the 36 month 30,000 mile service. Our vehicle is 26 months old with less than 21,000 miles. Brake fluid replacement is apparently part of this service, but not covered by the prepaid plan, so they wanted another $186 to do that.

1st time at this dealership and it is nice and clean. the service department was able to handle my van in a timely manner. i was in and out as promised and everything was done to my satisfaction. i also purchased the maintenance service package and this should help me save some money in the future. i highly recommend this dealership.

I have a RAV4 hybrid that I love. A year ago the trunk latch started malfunctioning so I go it replaced. A couple months ago it started acting up again so I brought it in for service but the technician tacked on over $350 of brake services I did not ask for but he stated just to manually push the trunk latch down and he did not address the issue. Last week, it finally would only open except a couple inches and when I tried to close it, part of the struts on the closing device of the trunk finally came loose and made a crunching sound. The trunk then had almost a one inch gap and going to a car wash got the contents of my trunk wet. I called and let them know to please reorder this part and asked for a different technician and brought it in Saturday at 945am. I told them I also received notices in the mail that I was due for the 50,000 tune up. I waited across the street at some shops until after 230 before getting any communication. They called for me to come back and did not even touch the vehicle in all that time saying I should look into a collision center to fix the trunk latch and they also did not address the 50,000 mile tube up i was scheduled for. I now cannot open my trunk or get a car wash. I m going to work every day in a vehicle that i feel is unsafe. I am now wanting to get rid of this and trade for another brand but concerned that this issue would be a huge out of pocket expense and will now affect the trade in value.bUPDATE : I responded to the general managers note yesterday 3/13 and left a detailed voicemail and was told I would get a response by the end of the day. Today is 3/14 and still no response.

When making this appointment I wanted to book a courtesy vehicle to use during service as it was a busy week for me, but no courtesy vehicles were available.I appreciated my service advisor, Leo, as he kept me informed of findings and pricing. Later that evening and the next day I experienced a tire significantly losing air so I returned to the dealership. The valve on the tire had been damaged while being topped off during service; my vehicle was taken back immediately to repair the issue which was completed quickly.It was not an ideal service experience this time around but I appreciated the dealership s speed in correcting the issue.

I got a super good deal on Michelin Tires at Auto Nation Toyota- buy 3 tires get the 4th tire for $1. Nathan was also amazing. He found a coupon that gave me a discount on my alinement. AutoNation Toyota always gives me the best service for the best price. Thank you!

I visited AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas for periodic maintenance. I was in a hurry because I had to be at the airport soon. They completed my work a full hour before I expected they could. I always like dealing with this dealership because they are not only honest in evaluating the work that should be done but they are exceptional in performing it. In this case, with my best interests in mind, they delayed certain work that would not be harmful to wait until the next visit rather than try to maximize profits on this visit. I always feel confident in bringing my vehicles to AutoNation Las Vegas because they have always met or exceeded my expectations.

I was there to get a new battery for my Toyota and my representative is Mike Bigness who was extremely helpful. He went and got the battery and I paid for it at his cash register so I didn t have to go lugging a battery all over the place. I will bring the old battery back for the credit. Very nice doing business with AutoNation Toyota here in Las Vegas.

I researched and decided on the car I was going to buy. I then contacted 4 dealerships. After conversing with them for a week or so, I picked Auto Nation Toyota in Las Vegas. I m glad I did. AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas (on sahara) is the only place I take our Toyotas to. I had a couple issues with my 2018 Corolla and the service advisor, Erick, fixed one when he went to check mileage. The other issue was with the battery and they ended up having to replace it - at no charge to me. Having a reliable car is important and I love Toyota brand and I love AutoNation Las Vegas. My usual advisor, Tim, was out so I had Erick Roque, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Another great service experience. I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas.

My Toyota RAV4 hybrid had its 30,000 mile service at AutoNation Toyota on 3/27/24. The service writer was professional, courteous, and informative. The waiting area is clean and an easy place to wait. Every employee I encountered was pleasant. This is the third time I have had service on my vehicle there and will be returning for more.

Unfortunately, my experience at this car dealership did not match my expectations. I was promised a 10% military discount and a free air filter, but I was still charged for fair filter and additionally for the cabin filter that was never mentioned during our conversation. This, coupled with the suspicion that the service advisors may work on commission, has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope to see better transparency and honesty in the future.

Flew in from Denver to buy a Prius here. It was in great condition. Better than anything I could find in Colorado and for $$$$ less than what Colorado had to offer. I drove the car back to Colorado. It ran fine. No Lights or Errors. Very, Very, Very happy with my purchase.Also, the service I also received from this place was great. I would recommend Sabrina because she went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. Even picking me up at the airport when I flew in. And checking back to ensure eveything went well.

Service advisor had attitude and thought he was going to talk to me disrespectful and raise his voice. This Toyota dealership does not care about taking care of your vehicles issues, they just want a smooth day. Don't buy your vehicle here, just like the advisor told me, there's a lit more Toyota dealerships in the area to go to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, SERVICE DEPT. WILL LEAVE YOU HANGIN.

Came in January 17, 2024 at 2;24pm for recommended brake service and routine oil change with service advisor Erick R. He is always professional and had my car ready in 90 minutes. The only negative thing I could say is that they forgot to reset my maintenance required light on the dashboard this time. Also, the staff that retrieved my car after payment could speak more politely like say, "please wait by the bench for your car"; rather than, "sit down on the bench".

From the Automatic service reminder and the ease of setting up an appointment all the way to the actual car service is just excellent. I was done within an hour after dropping off my vehicle. Staff is attentive and not overbearing.

While I trust taking my vehicles to Autonation for service, I don t trust that service staff 1) keep me updated while I wait fir my vehicle, 2) remember I have 2 vehicles, 3) offer any discount or use of a $10 discount coupon each time I take them in. Overall ok experience.
