From the time I pulled into a parking spot I was greeted by a very nice young man. Then when I went into the service area I was again greeted. As I told the gentleman why I was there he called David, my service tech. David explained my recall and about 30 minutes later I was on my way home.The waiting area smelled of fresh coffee, which is always welcoming! It was clean and spacious.Thanks for a great experience.Susan

This review is hard. Ryan Selasky at service is AMAZING. He goes above and beyond. I had a wonderful experience with him. This review is not about him. He gets 5 stars.I bought a car that needed some stuff done, including ordering parts that were supposed to come with my car at purchase. They have been ordering the parts since August and still haven t truly ordered them. I ve gone in twice and called to follow up many times. Nothing.They were able to really help me out with the rental and the work they do is good. For me, it s the lack of communication and follow through that makes it tough to give the full 5 stars.

My service representative was Marie and the service received by her cannot be beat. She understood my concerns and made absolutely sure that my car received prompt attention and that service required was accomplished in order to ensure I d have my car back before dark because of my night time driving restrictions. She kept me informed during the entire process. I have never had better service and I will use Marie as my service rep from here on. She is a great asset to Nissan.

Bought my first ever car at this dealership and I ll be honest it was a 10/10 experience! Was very nervous with getting my first car but the staff was extremely helpful and helped me agree with a good price and a good deal! Would recommend this dealership to others and I m proud to be a part of the Nissan Family!

I always receive excellent service here. My service representative Maria Mejia always makes me feel like a VIP. She makes sure my service is quick, on time, top notch, and sends me out the door ready to go. She is extremely considerate of my time constraints and needs as a customer. Kudos to the Maria and the entire team for making what can be a very unpleasant ordeal and excellent experience!

Overall my experience was great. The staff welcoming and happy to help, the shuttle service was a nice surprise and the driver I had was kind and personable. The main reason for 4 stars was because one of my service requests wasn t seen to, and it took about two and a half hours for my service advisor to return my call of a status update. Nothing that would keep me from returning however.

I took my car to shop to have rocker arms replaced. I live on a fixed income so was expecting to have to pay a good chunk of change.Ryan Selasky did some research and realized my NV200 was still under warranty, thus repairing my vehicle at no cost. I cannot thank Ryan enough, the fact that Ryan went above and beyond ensures that I will return to AutoNation Nissan for any service and highly recommend them for quick and honest service. AutoNation Nissan truly came to my rescue. I have a lifetime warranty battery inside of my car and they continue to honor my prior purchase without trying to encourage me to buy anything. My experience at AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas could not have been any better. They took me on time, my car was done at exactly the time they said, and the price for the service was very competitive. The waiting room is very nice, and they have free coffee and bottled water.

I came in without any appointment, and Maria was gracious enough to give me transparency that it may take a few hours before they looked at my vehicle for the concern. Since I had time that day, I was ok with leaving it as they offered a shuttle to take me to the neighboring shopping center where my friend and I were able to shop and eat. After that, I was able to hear from Maria and that the issue was found however I had to bring it back in a week for parts to arrive The friendly and honest service is why I will always come back.

Worst car service experience I've ever had. The day I bought my car I noticed it had a bad rattling problem from the steering column. So I took it right back in for them to fix it. Well after 2 long weeks they called me saying it was finished and to come get it. I went in to pick it up and as soon as I drove off I noticed it still wasn't fixed. So I brought it right back in and asked them what they had done and they said they replaced the part of the lower steering column. Well I know a lot about cars and had done my own research on it while I was waiting and watched several videos on my exact problem it was having and everything said it was tge electric power steering motor dampers. So I told them that and even gave them the part number and they said they would look at it again and make sure it was fixed. Another 2 weeks goes by. So 1 month total now.. and they called me again and said it was ready. I went and picked it up again and as soon as I drove off noticed it still wasn't fixed. So I left a message with the advisor that was in charge saying that at this point after waiting 1 full month for less than a 2 hour job that still either wasn't done at all or wasn't done right that I give up and I'm just going to bring it somewhere else and get it fixed. And they never called me back or said anything at all. When they at least should have said was, "ok we understand if you want to take it somewhere else. And after you do just bring in the receipt and let us look at what was done and how it was fixed so we can see about reimbursing you for the repairs that we either couldn't or didn't do". But no, not only did they not say this but they simply never said anything at all, not even an apology. Oh and last last thing I almost forgot. When I received my car both times it was super dirty. Both on the outside and the inside. The outside was in major need of a wash and the interior had black hand prints all over the bottom of my dash, my door , the kick panel and had dirt on my seats. Which is absolutely ridiculous. And the first time I picked it up I mentioned it when bringing it back in and they said don't worry next time we will make sure it is all cleaned up for you. And actually the 2nd time I picked it up it was even worse. So not only did they not fix my car that I just purchased from them but they trashed my car inside and out that I had just paid to have it fully detailed the day before I brought it in. So now I have to pay someone else to fix it and pay someone else to detail it again. Never ever will I buy a car from them again nor will I ever take a car to be serviced there.

Everyone there is super nice each time I come in. Matt one of the service reps and Allen a mechanic are great and always pleasant. The work is done quickly. The facility is clean. The vibe isnt super pushy. Definitely recommend taking your vehicle there to be serviced.

Bill was the best. He said he would and the remote start to my truck in under 1.50. They did it in 45 minutes. And they showed me how to use it. Best and fast service from a dealership. I am impressed.

I purchased a vehicle with extended warranty and was offered seven free oil changes. First two oil changes seem to be standard on the second one I remember the technician saying that I should probably take my vehicle to the Ford dealership not at AutoNation Nissan. Okay so I thought maybe he just was just saying that because my vehicles afforded Ford dealers would be better so okay. So my third trip back to get a oil change the technician indicator new technician indicated that, you should take your vehicle to the Ford dealership cuz we don't work on Fords we work on nissan's. It's the second time they said this to me but I purchase my car from AutoNation Nissan which gave me the free oil changes so the third time when I'm there I go in because my oil change light indicator came on indicating that I needed an oil change. So after the service work was done I proceeded to leave and the indication night was still on so I came back around went back inside and told the technician that the light was still on. He told me he didn't know how to turn it off and for me to go research it on YouTube. I couldn't believe you said that to me I got my car from you guys AutoNation Nissan now you trying to tell me to take it to a Ford dealership and then you do my oil change and can't turn off the oil change light and tell me to go look at it myself on YouTube. AutoNation Nissan I paid my car insurance I pay my vehicle payment and I pay my extended warranty every month how in the hell do you have the audacity the goal to tell me to go look it up on YouTube myself. Very disappointed in your customer service very disappointed in your technicians communication and concerned about my vehicle. Very disappointed in My overall experience with your service department.

There was no one to direct you upon my arrival up the Express Service ramp as to stay in your car or walk up to the service reps counter. Anyways service and pricing done were communicated well. Service rep was attentive and cheerful to work with.

Call to make an appointment after receiving a recall notification. Appointment set for the next day. David in the service department greeted me with a smile & answered all questions I had about the recall. Service was done in expected time.

There was an airbag recall. That is why my airbag pilot light lighted up 3 years ago. I've been waiting for it to be replaced since I was informed almost 2 years ago. Finally, I got an appointment. Per their write-up, up, it was checked and no further replacement needed. When I drove out of Nissan Sahara, Las Vegas, the airbag light was off, so I guess it was fixed. But the next day, the airbag light went on again. I already called and left a message 3 times to Service Advisor Randy Perez Valles, disgustingly no reply from him.As I write this, I will try calling and I have a feeling that they will say, "it was checked, nothing to be replaced and I need to pay for that airbag light to be checked". I hope not and hoping I will be a very satisfied customer.

Even though it was a very busy day he did everything to satisfy my interests in the vehicle I proudly left with a 2024 Nissan Sentra I love it

My battery died when I was trying to go to work in the morning and was so lucky to be able to get my car in the same day! I work 2 jobs so I couldn t afford to not have my car. Thank you for the quick repair and always being attentive.

First one in and first one out service department. Oil / filter change and tire rotation. I have been using Nissan Las Vegas for service and the purchase of two new Nissans since 2005. Clean and spacious waiting room with plenty of hot coffee.

Everything was fine except one item.i was advised verbally what needed to be done while I was waiting.. when I left asked if items needed were noted, they said yes. But the price was not noted thus I still really dont know what expenses I will need next visit.

Car was delivered when ready with all work done! all my questions were answered, and I felt like I was taking care of. And when I said NO to All of the Exter add On's. Well you just have to learn to say NO NO NO!!!!!! But all and all I am a happy costumer!!!!

We brought our vehicle to get diagnosed and fixed, they first told us it needed new keys because our were to old and worn out, so we have them make new keys and reprogrammed, didn t work, then they said it needed a new ECM, we had them replace the ECM and still no issue fixed after $2197.93, then they said it needed a new TRANSMISSION because the TCM was bad and that could be the issue, you would think Nissan would know what the problem is if they manufactured this Nissan vehicles righ? Well no they don t and that s why they get 1 oh this is AUTONATION NISSAN TEMPE7755 s AUTOPLEX LOOP
