Recently purchased my dream van with Kai Walling(senior sale/manager) & Anthony. Kai is an absolutely profession who made my deals so quick and easy. Anthony always appear with great patience who explained every single questions. Plus, technicians here are helpful and highly responsive, fixed parts in a few minutes. Outstanding experience! The service staff was able to get me an appointment to address the flat tire on my Rogue. My service advisor, Andrew, was very professional and friendly. They fixed the flat in just over an hour. The service waiting room was clean and comfortable! My son and I have used Auto Nation Nissan to service our vehicles! They have always provided exceptional service! Would highly recommend them if you need service work on your Nissan!

I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot from AutoNation Nissan, I originally was looking for a Nissan, however, I couldn t find any that met my needs. The guys down at AutoNation were exceptional and found a car at their partner AutoNation Honda dealership over in Henderson. They drove me out there and showed me the car and provided fantastic customer service. I was fortunate enough to work with the sales representative Bob Kelly. He was extremely personable, informative, and a pleasure to be around. It was one of the best experiences I ve had at a car dealership! Couldn t recommend these guys enough. Go to AutoNation Nissan and ask for Bob for your next car, you won t regret it!

I brought my 1996 Nissan 300zx in for a timing belt service and spoke to Ryan Selasky. He was extremely helpful and informative. I chose not to get my service done yet but I will bring my car back when it s time and will definitely use Ryan as my service advisor! It s rare to find someone like him! Great Job AutoNation Nissan!

At first I thought this place was great. Bought a used Titan truck from them last week, the GM put new tires on and everything. A week later I finally had a reason to use the bed. When I got up in the bed I found this (see photo) on the roof. It's a drag line that goes straight down to the metal and is a rusting out. Clearly happened a long time ago prior to me buying the vehicle. Some transparency on that in the beginning would've been nice.Update: I partially agree with the owners response, I should've been more thorough on looking over the vehicle. It was still great doing business with them aside from this issue. But I should not have to do body work on a $31k vehicle.

Jenzel is a great salesman, he helped me with the process of getting my first car! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about every car. If you need a salesman who is honest, respectable, and trustworthy. Go to jenzel, don t waste your time having other salesmen just trying to make their sale. He will work around your schedule !Not many salesmen would show up on their day off !

I just wanted to tell the greater Las Vegas area that if you want exceptional service and phenomenal results please take your vehicle to Auto Nation Nissan. I'm very happy that I made the choice to take my SUV. From the first day that I dropped off my SUV, I was treated like a king. Not only did I get the results that I wanted I was paired up with Ryan the service provider. What a Class act, he really cared about my situation and made sure that everything would be done correctly. The customer service he provided was second to none. I lived here in Vegas for 24 years I must say this is one of the best-run businesses that I worked with and for every great crew, there is a great Manager, and that Person Is Manny. Another great service provider. What a great work Duo I can't say enough about Ryan and Manny. Believe me, people these guys will take care of you and get the job done right the first time. Also, shout out to the auto techs. They did some great work. I'm definitely coming back for future repairs. Remember people ask for Ryan and Manny they get the job done.

If I was rating the representative who showed me the car alone; it would be five stars. This is why I give them two stars.I bought a 2023 Pathfinder a week and a half ago. The price was very reasonable and the car itself appears to be very good. The representative Anthony was very detailed about the car and what it comes with etc. I was very impressed with his professionalism.The problem came after I bought the car because of the Extended Warranty. It was not explained by the finance department that it would be almost $9000.00 instead of the $4000.00 that I was shown. When I called to speak about it a day later; everyone in the Finance Department and every Supervisor was in a meeting for the next four days every time I called, no matter what time of day I called. I emailed and still did not get an answer,I finally had to threaten Legal Services to find out how I can cancel the Extended Warranty and then I had to go back to Auto Nation Nissan to get an email and phone number. I live in California, so that was ridiculous because it was literally an email and phone number on a piece of paper, which they could have sent me by email or they could have told me by phone.I was on hold for two hours for that Product Cancellation Department and then they emailed me a form that I completed and sent back, but I have had no response that it was received. Now I have to be on hold again for over two hours to find out if it was received.I was told that there would be no issues registering the car in California but I am having problems registering the car because I do not have the Titling Documents and I called Auto Nissan and one of the Supervisor's number and no one has called me back as of yet.This makes me regret purchasing from Auto Nissan of Las Vegas.

Almost got into a $6000.00 thousand plus dollar transmission service that wasn't necessary. Let me explain this situation as I found it necessary for future people in need and desperately want honest help. I have a 2017 Nissan Versa that on 1 Feb 2024 seemed it was going to shut off while I was on the road and had issues in acceleration too ,and a check engine light came on. I took it to autozone for a check engine light diagnostic and P0705,P0715,P0720,P02765 was printed for me from AUTOZONE. I was upset since the day before, the car ran fine and there were no issues. I saw a recall for the ECM on this vehicle once I typed my VIN online. The ECM is the brain of the vehicle and wanted to get this replaced and upon going to this NIssan location I explained to the SERVICE folks, and they said you need a new transmission with these codes, and I said just to replace ECM on recall and was just ignored and told we are not going to recall replace anything with those codes and 6000 thousand dollars is a new transmission. I left upset and went to MIDAS Auto at 1850 S Rainbow blvd 2/2/2024 who said a diagnostic would be done and this put me at ease at least since they didn't immediately say new transmission and left to see what they say. A couple of minutes later they called saying no codes come up and just advised me to go to Nissan to get the recall fixed. I just went to another NISSAN location at 3025 East Sahara Ave called UNITED NISSAN. They did replace the ECM and i even had other tune up things done and was glad since i could of been naive and more reluctant as I am a driver by trade and had a feeling that no transmission replacement is needed and this helped and car runs like new. Proof is if anyone wants to call them and ask if Julio Huaman had ECM and other service done on 2 FEB 2024. Pablo Rodriguez was the service advisor who was so helpful and just leaving the other NISSAN (Auto Nation) NIssan at 5800 W Sahara Ave left a bad taste and distrust, but not all advisors are just for money i believe. Thanks to those who read this so far, and I took the time to hopefully help someone else who may experience this ECM recall issue on your Nissan that solves so much once fixed!

I brought my car in for some extended warranty work. Ryan my service guy was absolutely amazing!!! Not only did he go above and beyond to accommodate me with a rental vehicle and push the warranty through. Being disabled, and on a fixed income, Ryan came through and kept me in the loop about how things were going. I was extremely impressed and grateful for the professionalism and respect that I had, reassured me and that kindness kept my stress levels down. I was nervous about how much of the cost was. Ryan was not only an excellent example of Professionalism, he also showed Empathy for my situation, nowadays that s rare. Thank you Autonation Nissan/RYAN for being a part of my team! Took my car in for a service that required a bit more work than expected, but I was able to get a rental car right there in the service department. A big thank you to Kayla Stafford, who got everything set up for me. She was extremely nice and helpful and the rental car was really clean. I was in and out quickly and able to pick up my own car when the service was complete.

I recently came into this lot not really sure what I was looking for but was recommended by a friend. Bob Kelly was the salesperson I was working with and he was AMAZING. Bob took his time answering all my questions in detail and provided me with information I didn t even know I needed. I ended up making a purchase due to Bobs excellent advice and I am more than happy with my service and new car! Bob was kind, patient, helpful, and most importantly, honest. Buying a car can be very stressful, but working with him made it a breeze. Highly recommended!

21 FEB 24: They kept my car for 14 days for a warranty repair, but did not fix the issue. Now we have to return the car for another attempt. I have purchased two vehicles from this location this year, but will not be returning to this location again after they fix the car (hopefully this time). My hope is that another AutoNation can provide better service.15 MAR 24 UPDATE: Picked up vehicle again after a promised re-repair of the unfixed issue. Less than 2 miles later, dash light is back on with the same issue that presumably has been repaired twice. Two messages were left (again) for both the service manager and the GM. Neither returned the calls.16 MAR 24 UPDATE: Two messages were left with the service department and a message was left for the GM. Neither returned the calls.18 MAR 24 UPDATE: Left a message for the service manager along with my cell phone number. The service manager called my wife instead and said we can bring the car back for a third attempt. I called back immediately to speak with the service manager. Miraculously he was nowhere to be found in the 30 second interim since speaking to my wife. I left a message with the front office who assured me he would call back soon. Of course, he never did.

AutoNation Nissan, from the Sales Team and Services Team, always has a great experience. A few weeks ago, we took our 2019 Nissan Rogue SV in due to having trouble. Our extended warranty company would find a loophole not to pay for the transmission repair. So Kevin from service had us come down, and Sales Manager D hooked us up with Sales member Jenzel. He was terrific and knowledgeable. We could trade in our current car and get into another Rogue. We are overly excited and happy. The customer service was outstanding.

Anyone else feel like these people couldn t care less once they got the sale?We bought a car almost a month ago. Within 24hrs we started to notice issues. Sounds like I m reaching but even their VM says the clean every car, ours was absolutely filthy. Things you don t see when you car shopping after work and your attention is on the more obvious features. The driver side mirror motor is busted, and once we get the car in the daylight we notice massive and deep scratches on the front quarter panels. I had it back in the dealer within 48hrs. They seemed to care, but now that I think about it, they made sure I was complicit with keeping the car past the 5 day return period. So while there D the sales manager, told me they would order a new mirror, detail the interior, and fix the damage to the exterior. However, not that day. I get a single sheet of paper called We Owe and a promise from the service department that they will call when the mirror comes in. Two weeks later nothing. No call from D no call from service. I call and talk to some guy in the service department who can t find the order for the mirror and says he will call back. 4hrs later I call back and talk to the service department manager. He can t find the mirror either. He calls back an hour later saying the mirror will be in the next day, needs to painted then I can schedule to drop off the car. Two weeks later nothing. I called again, nobody knows anything. I wish more than anything I didn t buy from them. If it feels like they are pushing you in the wrong direction listen to your intuition. High pressure sales people and empty promises. They get two stars because we like the car with the exception of the aforementioned problems. My gripe is with the way I have been treated once they have my money. Just another number

This is an update to my review below posted a month ago. Today is 11/8/23. I had told my service agent that my AC was no longer blowing correctly after they took apart my vents. I was still waiting on the part for them to fix my vent that they broke. He told me it was most likely the Freon. It is not the Freon, also they had just did a service check on my car and did not report that my freon was low. It is most likely the blend door actuator. I requested that someone look at it when they fix my vent. I took me car in for them to fix the vent they broke and they did not look at the AC problem and stated they knew nothing about it. I however, had spoken to my service agent and wrote it on the drop off sheet. That was about 2 weeks ago. No one will call me back and address this issue of my AC not working correctly. This is horrible work and horrible customer service.They took apart my AC vents and did not bother to put it back together before returning my car to me. In addition, a piece was broke off the vent. No one has called me to address the matter. Also, the rep at the desk was rude when I picked up my car. I asked him a question and his response back was rude because he was not my agent.

Everyone was extremely nice. It was the last day of the year and all the employees were joking around and having fun. It felt like my office. I very comfortable. They took great care of me. Listened to what I wanted. Sam , my representative stayed with me; he was very patient until we found the right car for me. There is a salesman there that went beyond of being a salesman. Mr. Anthony Cazacu helped my family and I get into a car without being all about his commission. He truly made us feel important. I told him I would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle and I'm definitely keeping my word.
