I recently purchased a 24 Honda civic from AutoNation Honda East and was impressed with how smooth the negotiation and transaction was compared to other dealers here in the Valley. My dealing with Gabriel who was a knowledgeable salesperson and Levi s no nonsense negotiations to get the car I wanted was greatly appreciated! I test drove the vehicle in the color and options that we had to have and Levi made sure he set aside for us the next morning along with Gabriel to go over all the functions and take the time to answer all our questions. We eventually purchased the vehicle after we agreed to a great price and terrific customer service. Gabriel our salesman even offered to deliver the car for us later in the day after it purchased it and they detailed it for us prior to taking ownership. Very awesome customer support and definitely would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again and for all our family members and friends in the future would get our recommendation from us. Thanks again Gabriel and Levi for a great car buying experience

Sales woman Brianna was amazing. She had the right timing, persistence and awareness to provide me with all the important information to satisfy my questions and get the right answers so it was a no brainier to by my car from her. The dealership gave me the best offer in town as soon as I walked in . But I didn't believe them so I shopped around about but I came right back because no one could beat the deal. Excellent service and right to the point. This is the second car I have purchased with them. Oh yeah, when you get to financing say what's up to Mr. C Burger, he is awesome too!

It all started with Prentice, calm and patient. Listened to what I had to say and to what I was looking for. He asked questions and answered mine honestly. Once he found me the cars I wanted I was handed over to Luana and Carlos, who were very thorough and went over everything while the cars were being detailed.My son and I were very happy with our purchases. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

Easiest dealer purchase ever! I realize they have a "no haggle" price policy, but after doing my own research prior to walking in the door, I knew what I was going to pay and what the vehicle was worth. The entire time spent in the dealership was under 2 hours, from opening the door to walking out with keys. They matched the interest rate I could have gotten from my own bank, so the process was quick and easy using their system (Capital One). All the staff were very friendly and helpful, so I would definitely purchase from there again.

I had a great experience at Honda East after taking my car in for a checkup. I was greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome! The staff were very polite, courteous, and helpful. I have been getting all my services with Honda and found each visit professional. My last visit in January was really special the treated I received after the auto specialist handed me my car keys. Thank Honda East, continue to keep up the excellent reputation!

In June 2023 I leased a 2023 Honda pilot only to find out about eight weeks later that the dealer never transferred the title to the person who bought my truck, so for months I received unpaid speeding tickets parking tickets multiple traffic tickets while being sent to collections for unpaid tickets from someone who bought my car that drove it to New Orleans Louisiana. I then took the new pilot in for its first service at 6500 miles to have an oil change. I am now at just over 12,000 miles and was called to schedule another service so I did because I thought I was following the rules of what you do with a lease. I drove 38 minutes and took the day off of work to get a required maintenance service only to show up and find out that my oil life was not low enough to perform the service they scheduled so I was sent away after spending an hour and a half driving to and from. I got nothing accomplished then I get a call at 5:30 PM on that same day from what I assume is the same girl that scheduled my original appointment and asked if I wanted to reschedule my MISSED appointment!! This place is terrible. I will never lease or purchase another vehicle from this nightmare of a dealership as long as I live.

I had a really great experience. Christopher Illanes was really kind and helpful. He helped answered all my questions and helped me get a good payment plan. I m really grateful for all the help offered me especially since it was my first time buying a car. 10/10 customer service i have no complaints.

From start to finish, my experience here was amazing. My first point of contact was Bob, and he was very helpful and determined to find me the right car. He then set me up with Jose and promised I was in great hands. Well, he was right, Jose was so knowledgeable on the car I got and explained to me how leasing worked in the most simple way. We had great conversations while waiting for financing to go through no awkward sitting around, and the whole process was quick and painless. I truly believe they are in it for helping others, you're not just another sale to them, they take their time and make sure everything is a good fit and followed up after the fact to make sure I'm still loving my car (which I definitely am!) Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience.

Great experience here. I Just leased my 4th Honda from this dealership. Managers and sales reps are the best. I ve been coming to this dealership for years and glad to say I m a repeat customer they always treat me and my family great. And help to put together the best deals on a new car. Ken Schwartz is always my salesman. Do yourself a favor and ask for Him if you re looking for a Honda.

Negotiations over the phone went smoothly meeting my needs. Staff upon arrival assisted with paperwork, friendly. Sales manager gave further discount for purchasing installing trailer hitch. Saved a lot of money and headache compared to the 2 Findlay dealerships who wanted to tack on $5000 in dealer cheap add-ons!

Horrible Service!!! United Nissan has better customer service then here. I got helped by Johnny Molina and he did not even look like he wanted to be there. I m a first time buyer and no effort to show me any cars or help me with the minimum down payment. Save your TIME and your MONEY people.

Scheduling an appointment is easy, service advisors explain clearly what needs to be done. Though they didn't align the steering wheel correctly, they apologized and were able to accommodate me the next day and had it done in just 30 minutes.

I have nothing but good things to say about my interaction with Jose in sales and Luana in finance. They were quick to answer all my questions and when something came up they kept me well informed. I thought it was funny but looking back now it s kind of a big deal, but they were warm and welcoming to my three kids that I took with me to look at the car and they sat with me during the wait for paperwork. Ask the while they came up and talked to my kids, as well as me. They were great and I ve even steered my wife their way to get her next vehicle purchase started.

In and out recall Service. Easy to schedule the appointment online with plenty of available slots, Saturday too. Received photos of additional items they saw on the vehicle but no pressure to handle them. Good communication and ready the next day. Recommend this service department for necessary work.

Very good dealership and the sales rep. was outstanding. At no time did I feel any pressure in buying or trading off a vehicle? Pepe came out and greeted my wife and I and told us if we needed anything he would be inside. I would definitely recommend Auto Nation Honda of Las Vegas due to their hospitality, and a comfortable feeling of not being pressured, or forced into trying to buy a vehicle.

Excellent service department. Natalee is a very knowledgeable service advisor. She is always right on with her price quotes. Never any up selling or pressure and works hard for her customers. The service technicians do it right the first time when servicing my vehicle.

Did not check the low level fluids (brake, windshield, coolant) and low tire pressure during oil change and wheel alignment service. I thought Car dealership service performs fluid level and tire pressure check. Poor service I will find another car dealership to perform diligent and meticulous car inspection.

Carlos Olvera was on point leading the amazing team at this location. Starting with Jose explaining options and answering ALL my questions about multiple vehicles and models, then Carlos helped me with financing programs and packages to make sure that I get not only the best deals at that time but also for the longevity of my car for years to come! And few months later Natalie put the cherry on top when I brought my car in for first service!Thank you!!

We just bought a new Honda pilot elite at AutoNation Honda it was a complete breeze and the staff there is fantastic. Brianna our sales rep really made it a wonderful experience she was knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as her attention to detail in making sure the car was perfect when we took possession just really made the normally horrible car buying experience so much better. We will definently be using them time and again

Really trying to give them a chance to do right but not appreciating them not sticking to their word right about now.**UPDATE** After my patience ran thin I decided to go to the business in person and instantly asked to talk to manager. Thankfully the manager understood my frustration and was able to get the situation handled on the spot. I never should have had to resort to having to come in person, but at least the manager made sure their word was honored.

I made an appointment at 10:00 am and I got there at 9:50 am to get an oil change. Advisor suggested to get tire rotation which I agreed. Advisor told me about an hour and half to complete. So I decided to wait in the shop. By the time , it took 3 hours to finish the job. To top it off, they didn t wash the car . It took another 25 minutes to wash the car. Some of the worker are working nonchalantly. It s just frustrating to get my car back . Three hours and half waste of my time. It wasn t even crowded at the service.

I bought my car here and had horrible service from them ever since. They are only after your money and have zero interest in actually helping you.I bought a car that was already faulty and I took it twice to Honda for the issue. They claimed to have fixed it but clearly did nothing as it literally stop working on me when I tried to go home from work one day. It took one visit to another dealership for them to figure out the problem and let me know this was something that's been happening for awhile.Each visit I had at Honda was full of "wait your turns" followed by "hurry up and pick up your car because its ready and we're trying to close or go on lunch".0/10 recommend bringing your car here for services or buying anything here, I regret getting my car from them.
