I felt the the service manager, Allen Wright, was very unpleasant to work with. He was very unprofessional and had a horrible attitude from the start. He offered no apologies or sympathy, obviously not necessary but it does help when the service manager is a little understanding of the situation. I could go on and on but it was just a really unpleasant experience for no reason other than Allen s attitude and I really didn t appreciate it. Hope he changes his poor attitude in the future, for his sake and your customers.

Love them. They have a nice workstation area, guest wifi, free coffee, a snack machine, and clean restrooms if you're waiting on your car.

Got a call from the service manager saying they was going to call me to make things right and re-diagnose the vehicle which they have never got a hold of me or made anything right still waiting on their call
