Had a horrible experience with my brakes almost got into an accident, this shop did not putt all the screws on and my wheel was making a noise. When I addressed the problem the shop said not to worry that the parts were just new and that was the reason why. These guys did not care for my safety at all and leaving my brakes in this conditon was not ok please be careful.

Came in to remove a screw from my tire on Sunday July 2 and was attended to immediately. The service took 20 minutes approximately. I paid $20. The 2 gentlemen were friendly. The service was great as expected. I would come back again.

Pulled into Auto Mall with a nail in my tire. Juan had my tire repaired in literally 10 minutes. Super hassle free and honest. Hard to find in Vegas. Way better experience than discount tire just around the corner.

Before this evening I never heard of automall wheels and tires. When I pulled up these guys obviously saw that I was in distress. They did not hesitate to assist & I was in and out of there within 20 minutes and it would have been 10 if not for my bank card being locked down because of suspicious activity. Edgar was quick to find me a used tire after I informed him that the one in the picture was under warranty. In fact I was so pleased with the service the receipt shown has an extra $10 tip included.. I would recommend this tire shop to any of my friends.

Went in for a rim repair, got quoted for a day but after one look I got a "oh I can do this right now" and then proceeded to fix my rim. Adrian is a REALLY hard worker and got my rim fixed within 30 mins because I ended up having to get my other rim fixed. No up selling just flat rate. Fixed my valve stem as well, made sure there were no leaks and balanced my tires. Adrian is a fantastic worker and shows real pride in his work 10/10 recommend. They have theirself a new customer for sure.

The workers of this shop buy stolen items from the nearby business. I have video of them purchasing stolen goods from local homeless.

Paid for a tire repair from a man what was so physically unfit I thought he was going to have a heart attack. I know to never bring my car here again. Thought I paid for a patch nope I pad for a cheap plug. After big boy struggled to kneel he just impacted the lugs on and out of order. So now I have to go to a real tire shop and get a proper repair and torqued on. With them being a custom wheel shop and repair how could they not remove my tire repair balance and remount properly?

This place was great! I needed a quick tire fix. I could tell there was a leak somewhere, but the first big chain store I took it to told me it would be 1 1/2 hours to get to do a dunk test. I called around and Automall said they could do it immediately. It cost $15 instead of free from the big chain store, but it was definitely worth it to me! The guys working went to work immediately when I got there. They found the leak and fixed it in less time than I would have waited at the other store. I then drove it all the way to Central California with no issues and it's still going strong. Great work! Great workers! Great price! I'd definitely go back. Thank you!

The Best Customer service I experienced in Las Vegas. They helped with every aspect of my tire and follow up appointments. Very grateful for their help. Recommend to anybody needing work on tires. Actually had my tire in stock same day and conveniently located by great gas station and car wash. You can get your entire car serviced here and more.

My experience was great!! Although I did not buy my wheels or tires from them, Ivan still told me they would balance and rotate my wheels for free every 6 months. The entire crew were professional and really nice. I actually had my tires shipped to a Pep Boys so they could install my wheels only to be told that they could not. So I drove to a Discount Tires store and they were closed. So as I was leaving the Discount Tires store, I saw the Automall and went to them about installing my wheels and tires and it was all uphill from there. Once again, great job guys, thanks.

Great customer service!!! Stuff is helpful and friendly. Got 4 new tire's for a great price with financing. Overall really happy with all the service I ended up getting. I highly recommend this place.

Easy in and out service. Great workers and outstanding customer service. Rigo is very friendly and a professional. Makes you feel at home and helps you out with any questions or concerns you may have. Great place and experience.Also a great team that works here.

These guys are very honest and helpful making a decision for the right wheels & tires, Rigo is friendly and got me approved in seconds for my purchase. As a person in the car industry I must say that the people working here are on top of it!!!! I will recommend all of my customers to visit this shop, a very satisfied customer.

Mike is really great guy! He helped everyone all the way to get stuffs done! I got str514 with tires with great deal! I recommend this shop 1000% you all wont disappointed. Theyll keep you updated to everything. And all of them are friendly! Get your set of wheels here!!!

These guys took good care of me when we came in for used tires. They look brand new. Every used tire they showed me looked new. My new place for used tires from now on. Price ranges from $40-$50 for like new used tires. Well worth it

I stop by showtime auto spa for a car wash and found a diamond in a rough. I came in to inquiry about tint and got more than I barging for. Ricky is an excellent salesman. He ask about the cars we owned and sold us on rims and tint. They have a 90 day payment option same as cash. No more down.If you looking for inexpensive tint and rims come see Rigo and Ricky. They have great customer service.We were in and out with new tires, rims, tint and a brand new front windshield

I went to get my tint done today and I had an appointment at 12. I got to the shop am6d they told ke if i can come back like 1245-1 because they are working on a car. Thats strike one, so I leave and then come back. They started my car at 1 finshed at 3 paid and left. So 30 min of me driving I notice the back window bubbling. I then call to see if I can come back on Saturday and they can fix it because I did not want to drive back. So the guy I talked to don't remember his name, he has light brown hair tod me.it would dry i need to come back today. That is strike 2. I then drive back and I got their at 3:55. So they start fixing it and Im waiting for a good 20 min and then how long will it take an hr? And the reply was no.not an hr. I then look at my car and hes replacing the whole back window tint. So i immediately get mad. And they finish at 530! Once they finish, they tell me I can drive it out of the shop not one sorry or sorry for the inconvenience or anything of that matter! Ruined my whole day! I will be writing a complaint on yelp also and calling the manager in the morning!

Oh my gosh I almost hate to do a review...I am afraid that they'll get so busy!I got a great tire for my Mercedes ..50 bucks out the door!I'm never going anywhere else again!Juan was great!.

its so unfortunate that businesses waste your time with playing tricks and lying to your face.... i called them from an add i saw for new tires they said they had them in stock at their shop ready to be install. but when i got there i waited for the tires and the tire guy broke my sensor i saw that the employee was begin careful so i was not mad at all but when the other guy came and told me it was already broken that pissed me off. i told him i saw the guy when he broke it and all i wanted was for it to be replaced he said ok well its been 5 weeks now still no sensor and by the way i waited 1 hour and 45 mins for the tires to arrive then 1 hour for them to install them after that they wanted to buy original tires for pennies this place is just plain and simple an rip-off i regret doing business with this place .... to the tire guy who install i know it was an accident but your employer really lies to make a buck! so STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!!

Got Rims , Tires and Tint all done very professionally and quickly. Plus they have financing if you need it. Which I've used and it's great. Edger is awesome.

WOW! they are just full of it, stay away don't bother... they have no idea of what they are talking about. they put some tires that looked new but were totally used they said no refunds after installed well guess what i got a refund. the reason i found out the tires were used was because i went to sears for an wheel alignment the technician there said the tires were uneven worn i told him i just bought them he laugh and said they are not new i told him i just left the tire shop he said no way these are not new i showed him the invoice he saw the date and he said go back they are not new. wtf huh so just go to discount tire around the corner better brand for not too much cost difference plus better warranty.. i would not recommend automall to anyone they are thiefs and they said my old tires were thrown away meanwhile they had older tires than mine still at the place... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I had a blowout and needed a change immediately so I could go to work, attendant greeted me, told me what I needed and I was out in 15-20 minutes with a new tire. Will definitely be back when I get the rest of them changed out :D

I guess they don't want my business, they were supposed to get back to me in a couple days and it has been over 15 days for wheels and tires.

They are awesome !!! I went in ordered what I needed and they had it there in no time very great atmosphere and vibes !!! Everyone is very friendly and willing to help and answer any and all questions needed !!! I can say I got 5 above and beyond treatment !!! Thanks Rico,Jaun, Julio
