Never thought buying a car could be this easy.I was helped by Renato and he is more than just a salesperson, he's a wizard of the car world who made purchasing my dream car a reality (F150 - Lariat). Renato made me feel like I was at home. He was very accommodating, transparent, and answered all my questions with a smile. He made sure I was comfortable with the process and helped me make the best decision for my needs.I've purchased many cars in the past from different dealers, but this experience has been by far the best. Renato truly went above and beyond to make my car buying experience an enjoyable one. My experience at Boktor Motors was great! Kelly (sales rep) was the best at assisting me with everything I needed. She answered all my questions to the best of her abilities and didn t hesitate to get the answers if she needed to. Also for being flexible with getting all the financial end taken care of for me. Great Customer Service here from all the staff members and would definitely recommend people to give Boktor Motors a shot. Bless!

Went here to get a new car, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Sean if you ever come here. He got me a lot of sweet deals for the car and made getting a car super easy and seamless. Also went out of his way to try to get the tires filled when theirs went out at the store, which was absolutely above and beyond. Will definitely come back here if I ever need to get anything fixed or done car related. Thanks for the wonderful service!

I went van shopping on a friday. I was greeted by my sales person Kenia who was very helpful, and patient. Especially considering how hot it was outside. The staff were nice to myself, and my daughter. I found a van I liked, we agreed on a price for the vehicle. I was ready to come in the next day to complete the transaction. Kenia asked me to come in on Sunday, because she was off on Saturday. Not a problem. I get a text Sunday morning from Kenia confiming I was coming in. I replied I was on the way. When I arrived I was very dissapointed to find out they had sold the vehicle the day before. Probably for more money. I gave this place a chance based on reviews , and it is a veteran owned business. To veterans like myself thats a huge deal. Thats another reason I'm so disappointed. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I wish them the best of luck.

Fabrice was incredible , was such a pleasant service and experience , he was very welcoming and helped us buy our dream car !! Definitely ask for him when you go in ! , the location is beautiful and loved seeing kit from nightrider! .
