First I had a different mechanic to come out to swap out my alternator from a ford 2g 75 amp to a ford 3g. 200amp And the mechanic was saying it wasn t possible to do it and insisted I should just put the same one on. which I figured he wanted an easy route easy money situation. I called up Shane and he had scheduled me an appointment with technician Joe. As soon as joe arrived he gave me a great approach to me as a customer. Showed him what I want done and off the bat he went straight to work. Had great conversations with joe. Will be going with them for now on.He installed (Water Pump, timing cover, alternator, timing belt)

I was looking for a mechanic that would come to my house, so I wouldn't have to tow my car to a shop. I came across to Auto Medic Mobile Mechanics, called the number and Shane answered the phone, I explained to him what was wrong with the car and without hesitation he knew what was wrong, it was my fuel line it was cracked. He said he would be in my house within 45 min since he was already helping someone else and he did. I sent him couple pictures and he came to my house prepared with the part. I was very grateful that I found him. His prices are reasonable, if you need a good mechanic call him, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Shane

We were in Vegas from out of town over a holiday weekend. It was a Saturday evening when we discovered that our car was leaking coolant really bad. The website says 24/7, but we waited until Sunday morning to call. Shane answered our desperate call for help and was there first thing Monday morning to get us fixed up. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend for anyone in need. Thanks Shane!

Super cool down home Guy. Shane spoke straight with me and let me know what was doable and what wasn't. I appreciate him not trying to upsell me and just being direct, forward and a good business man rather a good sales man. Definitely recommend for your mobile mechanic needs.

Shane came out to inspect an RV I was purchasing. He was able to work with my schedule and arrived promptly for me. He went through the entire vehicle (even surpassing the hour timeline without charging extra for the 20 minutes? and was great!). Would definitely recommend!

I own an RV Rental company in Indianapolis and had a customer with an awing problem out in the Vegas area. Shane took care of my customer and got them back on the road fast. No time lost out of their cross country trip. Good fair people. Do not hesitate to use them!! Thanks again Shane!!

Shane is so awesome! Very friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable about cars. As soon as he tried to start the car he knew what was wrong. He took his time to properly check everything else to ensure there were no other issues at hand with my vehicle. He went out got me a new battery and replaced it all in under an hour. I am so happy that his buisness is open! Keep up the great work Shane, you were such a blessing to me this morning

10/10 recommend for my fellow girlies who are not car savvy. I had never used any mobile mechanic services but wanted to have someone come out and take a look at what all my lights in the dashboard meant. They came out quickly and were extremely helpful and nice (also not weird creepy mechanic guys). They took the time to check everything and stopped by AutoZone to grab the parts needed. They weren't able to fix everything because it started to get late in the night but they came out the following Monday to take another look and help me out! Honestly great experience and will be calling them for all any future car problems I have :)

These guys are nothing but a good experience. They came to our site at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, diagnosed our issues, rebuilt our EGR system and serviced our rear axle. Highly recommended.

Shane was on time, knowledgeable and got the job done quick. My a.c. clutch needed replaced and I didn't know who to call. I got a hold of him, he was on time, took great care and detail with my car and got the job done efficiently. And man, so convienent to have him come to my house. I'm back to driving with cool air because of him and I will definitely call him again in the future.

Hands-down the best service money can buy!!!!!! I first took my car to fire stone which fire stone try to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to fix a serpentine belt and also one of the police on the car. Then Shane and Tyler came to the rescue told me they can do it for half the price of what they are going to charge. Nicest thing is is that they re mobile so they were able to come out and get it done. I highly recommend the service they go above and beyond for the people. If I m ever in a crunch in Vegas I know who to call. Thanks to Shane we made it home safe.He was very professional and faster than expected.He was the only mechanic to call me back and I glad it was him because this was the first time I had a mechanic and didn't feel like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of.If I ever need a mechanic in Vegas he's the only one I will call.

I needed some work done on my Ford truck. A friend recommended Shane, Auto Medic Mobile Mechanic. I called him, promptly arrived. Knew what he was doing, didn't stumble around. Got my truck repaired, professionally, quality work, very honest, and very reasonable. My old Ford is my baby, no fingerprints, whiped everything down, clean work. Very happy.

I can't say enough good things about shane not only is he extremely knowledgeable,but he diagnosed my problem right away. I had brought my mountaineer to two other supposedly reliable shops in town that were highly rated by Google and also by the customers that were there. I don't want to nentmen those shops names because I am typically not a mudslinger. The other two places wanted to charge me for something I didn't even need. Shane took a look at my vehicle found the problem right away a loose hose which only cost 20 to put back . He was honest charged me small labor charge. I also used his services to put a power steering pump and rack in my vehicle. Along with shocks and struts. The other shops quoted me around 900.00 let's just say I was surprised to learn how much money I was going to save using Shane. Thank you, Thank you, thank you Shane fir saving me so much money and for being quick, efficient,thourough, honest and informative. I will be using Shane for years to come for any and all automotive and services needs. I am glad I called Shane.

Shane and Tyler showed up right as scheduled and let me tell you taking my washer (and dryer) out of their spot to replace our washing machine in our motor coach was no easy task! They did it like pro s! No damage to my wood work and they got us fixed up and working again in no time! Now onto the other little fixes like some exterior solenoids which were faulty and we are good to go! These guys did a great job! They may be mobile mechanics but we would call them mobile magicians! I would highly recommend them for any job!

AMMM saved the day. My vehicle broke down and Shane had it up and running within minutes. He was quick to respond, professional and thorough. After running some diagnostics, he was able to inform me of what needed repair and I felt confident and safe driving my vehicle again.

Highly Recommend Auto Medic Mechanics!! Shane came out on time, was clean and knew what he was doing! My Truck was leaking oil and we couldnt figure out why. Within 15min it was diagnosed. He had us back to perfect super fast. Thank you so much! Won't go anywhere else!!

I gave Shane a call and he was quick to respond, and get out to repair my vehicle. He informed me of the problem and kept me updated on anything else he had found. He was friendly and at a fair price. I highly recommend him

Tyler was great! So responsive and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our rv without going to the dealer who was looking at weeks to resolve and get a part. Thank you Tyler! You made a big difference for us and now we are safely in COOL Utah enjoying our rv! Don t call the dealerships! Call Auto Medic!!

Very helpful, polite, and PROFESSIONAL! Only mechanic out of 15 to call me back and help me out on a Sunday night. On a very SHORT NOTICE! He even stopped to pick the parts up for us! Very fairly priced and informative. I will definitely be using his help from now on in Vegas.

Customer service wasn t at all great. He tried to fix my car but made the situation worse and wouldn t give me my money back. I had to go to a real mechanic and get it fixed properly. What ever you do, don t let Shane fix your car. He ll just make your day/week worse.

Was in las vegas for the weekend, got in the car about 1-2 am and got a battery light. Popped the hood to check what was going on noticed a belt had slipped. Tried to find a mechanic that was open the next morning that could have me towed but couldnt find anything. Found the auto medics called them at about 2 or 3 am was told someone would be AT MYHOTEL in the morning. Tyler was there on time and ready to go, he replaced my serpentine belt/ tensioner in the lot and had be out before my check out. Priced very very very well amazingly knowledgeable and gets it done! Very highly recommend.

I use Auto Medic Mobile Mechanics for all my shop vehicles, very fast, clean, and honest. Does a great job everytime! If you dont have a great.mechanic you have came across the best in town! I used to do all my own wrench work but am too busy now and im leary on who I let work on my vehicles but auto medic passed the test! Thanks again for all the great work and working around my busy schedule!

Rang Shane at 10 o clock on Tuesday night I was camping just outside Las Vegas and I left my lights on he was coming back from Cali so couldn t fix it till morning he rang me at 6:45 am and come out to jump start me Shane and Dane are fast professional and all round top blokes would use again

Shane diagnosed my incorrect put the wrong part had to take to meinke to have it fixed then reached out to Shane who said he could return the part then said no he wouldn't help had he done it right the first time it wouldn't have cost me double. Wish i could rate no stars.
