I had an alarm installed in my Honda Civic. The price was excellent, the staff was extremely professional and the customer service was top notch. The install was done the same day and was completed in the time frame that was quoted. I will return to Audio Express in the future for any alarm or car stereo work that is needed on this car and any vehicles in the future.

In their office, they have posted All Sales Are Final. That should have been the red flag. Jesus the manager is a smooth talker and assured me it would all be good and I still spent almost $5,000 on a stereo upgrade and a Compustar alarm in my truck. They got it done in one day but they did not mount my two new amps where we agreed and none of my alarm features work. Worst install I have ever experienced and it s inexcusable at this price point. It seems that their motivation was to finish as quickly as possible on their Friday. My time and money are valuable to me and I would give ZERO stars if I could. Now I have to spend my TIME and MONEY to take my truck back for them to hopefully fix it.

I came in with an issue of my back deck speakers not working on my Genesis! The tech was able to fix the problem and from what I was also told check to make sure my audio system was all working properly as well! The manager was very welcoming and helpful. My only complaint is that this facility doesn't offer a waiting room to customers. Having to wait outside for hours for completion in this Vegas weather (rather winter or summer) is not customer friendly. Or having to leave and come bk makes it not practical!

My first option above all for my audio needs. Jesus was extremely polite and recommended me a great radio for my car. All the warranty's included. Very happy overall.

First off, the showroom was very clean and organized, immaculate if anything! Went in to have a Viper Security & Remote Start installed. Jesus was very helpful & knowledgeable about the difference between the various Viper options. While he was ringing me up, he also answered all my questions about my next sound system build, providing out the door pricing. I ended up purchasing the JL C1s to replace the factory front & rear speakers and the Viper! Had everything installed a couple days later! Dropped the ride off at 9am and was done by 3pm. I will be a returning customer to complete the system build. Shout out to Jesus for his customer service, and his install team for doing an amazing job.

My son bought a used car and really wanted to upgrade the stereo system. The guys were able to help guide us and help us find the best solution for him including a new Subwoofer. They gave us good pricing and very professional work. Have taken all our cars back there for stereo upgrades and for dash cams.

Price was as expected, maybe a little high. Store is very clean. Service seems a bit lacking but I ve seen way worse. Installation was pretty good. They left a few things loose or cables hanging out but nothing too serious. I would have liked a bit more explanation of the equipment, settings, how to adjust the head unit. I didn t realise that it can t be used as a back up camera. Or that passengers can t review video footage or even adjust sound settings while not in park and brake on. Sometimes even in park and brake is on the settings do not come up. Not sure why.

Overall I was happy with the experience. They made it easy and worked with me to get a good sound for my limited cab space and it sounds great.Edit: amp went out. Went in to use the warranty I bought and they tried to replace it using the manufacturers warranty. So why did I pay extra? Crooks run this location. Go elsewhere.

On Tuesday December 5th, I called this audio Express location and spoke with Jesus in regards to testing an amp. I had just installed an amp/subwoofer, and I couldn't get the amp to turn on, so I suspected either the amp was busted or I did my wiring wrong. I explain this to Jesus, and he told me to bring it down and he would test the amp and let me know if I needed a new one. After a 25 minute drive to the store, and waiting 5 to 10 minutes inside without even being acknowledged, I gave Jesus my amp. He then took it into the back of the shop, came back less than 40 seconds later, telling me my amp was busted and that it started smoking when he plugged it in, trying to sell me a new kicker amp. He even had me smell the amp, and I didn't smell anything burnt, so I felt suspicious. Later that night that went home and checked on my wiring, only to find out that I wired the remote connection incorrectly, causing the amp to not turn on when the stereo was on. It took me less than 5 minutes to redo the connection, and now my amp and sub are working flawlessly. All of this to say, that Jesus lied straight to my face in order to try to sell me a new amp. Even though now, I know the amp works, I still need audio express to perform the test I was originally promised, and I prefer if you didn't lie to me this time.

I am so happy i drove to Audio Express to get my system fixed. I just bought a 2015 Chevy Truck and after driving around for a little while, you could tell one of the speakers was blown. Instead of trying to rip me off by trying rip me off and just replace one speaker and get money by have come back over and over again, he was straight up and let me know it was a component system and advice me what was the best way to fix it was. Got it installed all right at the store. If you plan on getting a head unit or speaker system installed here, you can't go wrong. If you do pick here, go on Tuesday or Wednesday, slower days, they get you in and out quickly. 100% all positive.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but the lil kids in the garage was un professional and should not be working at a place that's well known in the the LV. 0 stars is for the customer service no help at all, the ol boy at the register said they was busy but he was just doing nothing.

I knew my BMW was going to be a project. Jesus went over everything in advance while making me aware to other possible issues that could surface during the diagnosis. To be sure, Jesus brought me back to the shop to show what they re faced with. The entire car had to be rewired. I even needed a new head. The previous vehicle owner made me aware that system was not right So, I was prepared for the investment. It s been about a month since I had the work done and I m completely stoked about it! This is a result of Eric s work. He took a couple of days with the car and was completed as promised. Eric even sat with me to ensure I felt that everything was in working order and made a quick tweak to ensure all was perfect! You want things done right and clean? Save and have Audio Express-Rainbow do it! Great Job guys!

(6 years ago)Bad place. Bad people working there.I'd went there and I ask for help and nobody were available even nobody was there. They were on the phone ,probably they were checking Facebook .I don't recommend this place!09/28/2021Very expensive$800.00 for one car stereo and installation!

Amazing service! Jesus was very helpful and walked me through the best equipment at my price point and was very transparent about pricing. They brought whole new life to my new-to-me Corolla with: a new stereo, backup camera, and interior RGB lighting. When I showed the family member that I bought my vehicle from, they were amazed. I went there to have my current stereo removed and a stock deck put back in. I was told it was going to be done in an hour and a half and it was done on time. Service was great no issues whatsoever great service thank you.

I Was quoted $1200 (by phone) for their best alarm system (Compustar T13) including install. Cost me $1370 when I showed up in person. Staff was very friendly. Store was clean with great displays of car audio and alarms. I Was a little disappointed in the education I received about using the new alarm system. I don t even know what the alarm sounds like. I don t know how sensitive it is. I also noticed a piece of the dash trim is overly bulging. Not sure if they have wires going under it, or it wasn t put back on properly. I m definitely not enthusiastic about the experience. The remote start and GPS tracking are nice. I still have to test the alarm to see if it works and hear how loud it is. The alarm was put in and works so far. It just didn t make me feel like a valued customer.
