Went in for an oil change and wheel alignment. Best Audi service in Las Vegas. Their service team is by far the best I ve ever known. They are very honest. Said that my wheels were in perfect condition and didn t need one done. Any other auto shop would have pretended that they made a wheel alignment and charge me anyways. Not this Audi. Thanks a bunch Nikk! You saved me some dollars and sense.

The dealership is awesome.The dealership is always well kept, clean and all the employees are very friendly.Specifically, my service advisor has kept me well Informed every step of the way as well as they provide a link with the mechanic notes. This level of communication is perfect and that you re not wondering or guessing where you are in the process.

Came in due to a malfunction in my lane departure sensors. It turns out they needed to replace a part that was going to take a few days to get. Rather than making me come back they gave me a loaner to use. That was a very thoughtful gesture. They also performed 10000 mile service. It was just a very nice experience, they truly make you feel valued.

I took my S5 in for a check engine light on at 8am my service rep was named Romeo , Romeo helped me out right away. The process was smooth and easy he told me car should be done by 2pm, I was happily surpized when I got the call that my vehicle was done around 12:30 pm.Overall fast and friendly service.

Audi Las Vegas never disappoints. Especially the service team. Romeo was fantastic. Even calling the warranty department to make sure all the services we had under our plan were used. Result. New brakes all covered. He was a great communicator and super responsive.

I am always very aggressive and demanding when purchasing a vehicle. The young salesman Jordan Walker was extremely patient, accommodating and respectful of not only my money, but my time. The General Manager, was a pleasure to speak with and finance manager was a down to earth, practical professional.

First I will say work was done correctly and no problems. Issue was dealership made me a 7:00 appointment to have windows tinted when I got there I was told the person who tints windows starts at 8:00 obvious question why did they make a 7:00 appointment and make me wait an additional hour for the work to be done good work just bad execution

I highly recommend Audi Las Vegas Service Center. Wido Van Muyden who has been my service advisor for several years is awesome. The first thing I was impressed by was his honesty. He truly cares about his customers. I recently had to see him because I had a screw in my tire and needed to see if it could be saved or would I require a new one. Unfortunately, the tire couldn't be saved so I would need to purchase not one but two tires because the tread on the tire was under 5/32 which was getting close to be needing to be replaced. I was going to have my tires rotated and an all wheel alignment until this happened. I decided to purchase two tires and rotate and do an all wheel alignment. I also asked to do a multi point inspection and I would wait for my car. He let me know it could take a couple of hours. I said that would be fine. What I wasn't prepared for was getting a video from Lucas Brandao who was the technician assigned to my Q7. In the video he shows me I have a hydraulic leak coming from the motor mounts and highly recommends for them to be replaced. He informs me everything else looks really good. Wido comes to see me letting me know my Audi Pure Protection which I purchased from him in June of 2022 will cover the motor mounts and the work can be done, however; he recommended that if possible I come back in the morning because the motor mounts will take a good portion of the day and I would be driven home. Wido said Lucas replaced the two tires, however; would prefer not to do the wheel alignment until after the motor mounts are replaced. I agree, so I drove home and returned the next morning. Unfortunately, Wido informed me close to the end of the day, Lucas wouldn't have it ready until the next morning. Lucas wanted to make sure everything works well before returning my Q7 to me. As promised, Wido texted me letting me know my Q7 is ready. When I arrived, he tells me good news! My warranty covers the all wheel alignment. The only thing I had to pay for was the two new tires and the rotation, everything else was covered by the warranty. Had I not listened to Wido back in June of 2022, it would have cost me an additional $2,900 for the motor mounts. What you don't know is last year, I had over $6,000 in repairs which my warranty covered. All I paid was my $250 deductible. I'm not one for purchasing extended warranties but I'm so glad I did. Wido saved me a lot of money, otherwise; I would of had to pay. Anyway, I highly recommend Audi Las Vegas Service Center and my service advisor Wido Van Muyden and Lucas Brandao the technician who worked on my Q7 and assured his work would be exceptional even though he had to keep it longer but wanted to make sure it was safe before returning it to me. Thank you Lucas for your work. When I require to take my Q7 for maintenance, I take it to Audi Las Vegas Service Center and I always ask for Wido Van Muyden because I trust him and the service center. Thank you Audi Las Vegas.

My service advisor, Wido, provided excellent customer service as soon as I opened my vehicle door until the end of my service. He immediately recognized the issue with my vehicle and gave options for a solution. Wido was able to cover the expense of the repair under warranty. He delivered the vehicle on time as promised. He is an excellent member of the service team at Audi Las Vegas!

This was the worst customer service I ve ever received from a dealership. The service advisor failed to communicate the cost of the repairs recommended nor the timeline associated with the repairs. He mentioned the next end of business day possibly and then I didn t hear from him for 5 days. Just an overall poor experience.

I chose service at this location due to the difficult experience I had with service at another Audi dealership. I m so glad I did. They were amazing and so efficient ! Steven Ali was wonderful. I noticed that all customers were treated equally and exceptionally no matter what vehicle they were bringing in for service!!!! I will take my Audi here always!

Driving from LA to LV, multiple warning lights showed up on my dash. LV Audi took me in without an appointment and went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of for our vacation. We were in LV for only a couple of days and they did everything possible to get the car back to me before our return back to LA. I wish my local Audi service was a fraction as wonderful as LV Audi.

Against my better judgment, I overpaid for 4 new tires and an alignment. On my way home, my under inflated tire light came on and the dealership had already closed for the day. By the next morning (a Sunday), I had a completely flat tire. AAA came out to put on a spare tire but said the spare tire was bad. AAA put my new, bad tire back on. He checked it for nails, etc., and there were none, confirming Audi sold me a faulty tireI have had numerous services with Audi in the past. Yet, when I called on Monday for a time to bring my car back in, Audi suddenly has a "new" email address for me. Romeo was my service provider, so I'm unsure other than him, would or could have changed my email address. I found it very strange I never received a survey email like I did with every single other appointment I've ever had with Audi. Romeo seemed extre annoyed that I required a loaner car after the person who I made the appointment with told me new tires would take 1.5 hours, but Romeo told me 3. That is a shady, shady business practice to change an email address of a customer. The person who I made my appointment with could not explain how or why my email address was changed to an email address I never had and never heard of.Update 2: This place is seriously so bad. Arianna was my service provider today. She told me I needed a new tire but that it was not available until tomorrow. So I asked if Audi would pay for my car rental that I had to get yesterday and now had to extend another day. A manager stepped in and actually looked at my tire. It was a bad valve on the tire that was fixed on the spot. I'm glad it was a simple fix, but Arianna diagnosed a problem without even having my tire looked at, ugh. Plus, Audi said they refuse to refund me for the $200 I had to spend for a rental car and ubers as a result of a faulty tire they sold me and installed. Just unbelievable.

I took my Q5 to service after getting check engine warning. It was diagnosed that carbon engine cleaning was needed. The repair was completed. After repair I started getting engine warning again. This time coolant was low. Car was leaking coolant liquid. I had to tow my car. Repair was not done properly. I have to take the car back. I have more problems than before repair.
