If I could rate them with more stars, I would. Every person I met at Audi Las Vegas was friendly, professional, and very helpful. My salesperson, Erik, was the best. He patiently answered my questions and was always available to speak with me. Thank you, Erik, I appreciate the excellent customer service!If you are considering purchasing a new car, Audi Las Vegas is the place to go. I guarantee, you won't regret it.

I had a great experience with everyone I worked with at Audi Las Vegas from car drop off to pick up. Maddie was very professional and explained each of the maintenance services fully. Michael in the service department was also very helpful and gave his recommendations for the best and safest drive.

Audi Las Vegas gets 5-stars. Very good car buying experience! Jordan was patient and I never felt pressured, while working through the logistics. Communication was effective throughout. The finance manager was also easy to work with. The sales managers check in to ensure you are receiving the best service.

I just bought a car at this location. My salesman was infinitely helpful since it is my first time buying a car by myself, he explained the entire process to me with great patience and paid attention to each of my requests. He worked with me even though I didn't have such good credit and we were able to get the best deal for me. He wasn't pushy at all and he genuinely tried to help me with my situation. I am very satisfied not only with my purchase but also with their excellent service. I highly recommend buy at this location but especially with him, CHESTER GIORDANO 10 out of 10!

As an Audi owner, I seek to keep my Q5 in excellent running condition. I also seek a service department that shares my goal. After having a less than desirable experience at a different Audi dealership, I decided to give Audi Las Vegas a chance.I was not disappointed! Excellent service, excellent facilities and excellent staff. Audi Las Vegas, your service department has earned my business. I'll be back.Anyone who reads this, don't think twice, spend your money at Audi Las Vegas, you won't be disappointed

Today, my experience with the service at Audi of Las Vegas Parts department was highly unsatisfactory. The younger gentleman assisting me was discourteous and seemed out of place in such a setting. It's disheartening to consider that after purchasing a car worth $100,000, one would receive subpar service from a dealership. I cannot recommend purchasing parts from him. Fortunately, the older gentleman was amiable and helpful; without his intervention, I would not have received the part I needed. It's imperative that the general manager addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on the dealership's overall reputation.

Our service rep Wido was very helpful. Our car was well cared for Promtly and efficiently.I was however quite disappointed with the fix for my car charger. The new plug for the charger faces away from the wall which is different than the original and creates a need to twits the cord 180 degrees to plug it in, while the charger is mounted in it s cradle. I am told this perfectly safe, but it doesn t seem right.i would really appreciate some feedback on this. Other than the issue with the recall replacement part, o was very satisfied.Thank you

I didn t go in to purchase my first Audi unfortunately but I did receive really great service. I was in the market for a used vehicle and I put a few feelers out and JoAnn Zapulla was quick to respond. Meeting and speaking with her was stress free and the whole process was swift and easy.If you re reading this I hope you get to buy an Audi but if not and are looking for any other vehicle at Audi Las Vegas ask for JoAnn, you won t be disappointed.

Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. I arrived and was promptly greeted then taken to the waiting area. My service rep approached me about 5 minutes later and let me know my car was in back for service. When it was complete, she came to get me and I paid and checked out.It doesn't get much easier than this.

We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish when we visited Audi Las Vegas to evaluate the 2024 Q4 e-tron. Our salesman, Daniel Rodriguez, greeted us warmly and wasted no time when we outlined what we were looking for. He introduced us to the vehicle, explained the features present and not present in the trim we were interested in, and answered all of our questions. And because we made it clear that we had roughly 10 vehicles we were test driving, he did not push us that day.When we returned later for the actual test drive, he was again incredibly thorough and patient. He was quickly responsive to every question (both during the test drive, and after we'd left the dealership). Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, he and the finance team were easy to work with, and they were fully transparent as we worked through the deal.The day of the purchase went smoothly, and Daniel offered to spend as much time on the lot with us as we needed to answer any questions about the car. From start to finish, we felt valued as customers. We would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and the Audi Las Vegas team to anyone else looking for a new ride.

I dropped off my Q5 last Thursday evening for a routine oil change. I informed Romeo that I would be going out of town on Friday and was hoping I could get it back early in the day and Romeo came through. He was so very nice and helpful. He called me even earlier than what I expected. This was my first time going to this location but it won't be my last.

Upon arrival we were greeted, accommodating to our language barrier, we were set with Chester Gurrola who is an incredible salesman! Setting an appointment was easy, and the whole process of buying our vehicle was smooth, as Chester was able to answer all the questions (we asked a ton) and was able to provide solutions to what we wanted. We could ve have asked for someone more accommodating, as he is dedicated to his work, making sure we feel secure with our purchase and leave with no doubts. Chester truly leaves a great impression for Audi Las Vegas!

I live in Prescott, AZ, and decided last minute to buy a car from Audi Las Vegas. I found the perfect car through AutoNation on Friday and called in. They expedited the purchasing and loan process for me and I was able to drive up the next day, Saturday, and test drive and purchase the car. The sales reps were a team and were incredibly helpful, as was Evelina in finance. Everything went seamlessly and I am very happy with the vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership!

My first Audi experience and it was truly wonderful! The dealership was clean and welcoming and had a great vibe to it, even the music and coffee were great! I'd like to give a special shout-out to both Chester Gurrola in sales and Paulo Bautista in finance, both were amazing ambassadors for the Audi brand, as they provided amazing customer service! My experience was excellent and the customer service was fantastic. Daniel met us at the door and treated us like family even though we were only looking, initially. However, we ended up buying the RS7. Travis also went the extra mile to work with us on pricing. The two really earned my business.

For reasons still unknown to me, they apparently didn't want to sell me a car. Went there, tried out a couple of cars, no problem. Went home, made a decision on what I wanted & started to communicate with the salesman via text, working the initial parts of getting to solidifying a deal, then nothing. Quite bizarre. Ended up buying an identical unit at the other dealer in the valley the same week. That dealership was very eager to sell me a vehicle.

Amazing dealership and staff. The sales department is very considerate and they don't push you to buy anything. The maintenance and service department are always keeping you up to date if your car is in for service. This is our 4th Audi and we love it. The staff at Audi of Las Vegas is amazing and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a really great experience with Sayhan and Paulo buying a new Q3! Being a woman walking into a dealership alone is usually never ideal but they made it easy; met my budget and made the whole experience fun and easy! 10/10 will be returning for my new Audi.

From test drive to finance and even after-sales follow-ups, the whole process was easy and pleasant. The service department is great to work with. When I was waiting for a long time while my car was being serviced. The service staff set me up with a comfortable and quiet place to work.Also when getting your car serviced, you never really know if there s something that could be broken that needs to be replaced but in the event something does, the service staff has always been very knowledgeable and giving me explanations on everything that my car needs. Even giving me some discounts where they can.I definitely will be back for all my Audi needs! Thanks guys!

The salesman that helped us was awesome. All was good until we got the the finance director. The finance director was very rude to us because we refused the extended warranty and gap. I was thinking about trading my wife's Q5 in for a Q7 but will do it at Henderson Audi instead. We don't want to deal with that finance guy again. It was my 18 year old daughter's first car and he ruined her experience.

Nick did an outstanding job over a nearly 3 week evaluation of several issues with my 2002 Audi A6Quattro. We spoke daily and he kept me totally informed. In addition, he gave me a substantial discount. I highly recommended their service department and will never buy any car that s not an Audi. This vehicle was an investment that has literally lasted a lifetime.
