Extremely satisfied with the meticulous and thorough troubleshooting of my RAV4's electrical issue. Far better than prior attempt by another mechanic shop. Greatly appreciate the time Jim took to answer my questions and how well I was treated as a customer. Asian Imports has my business going forward. Pricing was reasonable and AAA discount is appreciated. I highly recommend Asian Imports!

Jim was courteous and explained everything in great details. The work was done in a timely manner. The inspection report and the quoting system was easy to use and clear to understand because the tech included the pictures of the areas that needed attentions and you can pick the ones you would like to be worked on, no pressures. The facility is clean and tidy. The parking spots are limited but that s just how the plaza was build. Overall, great place to take your vehicles for service. We will be using them from now on!

I really trust the integrity and professionalism exhibited at Asian Motors. I had a minor repair needed on the undercarriage plastic engine shield which they did an an intermittent squeal which despite driving and stopping for a half hour they couldn t recreate. They did their best and I haven t heard it either since I took it in. Their charge was lower than quoted as they couldn t find a problem. They are outstanding.

*Dishonest Practice Complaint*The experience at this location has changed significantly from when the lady (Jane?) used to run the front. I took my car there to be serviced after having multiple services there in the past, one of which were fluid changes that included transmission fluid maybe around 5,000 miles ago.Recently, the man who called me when my car was done mentioned that I should get my transmission fluid changed to keep the car healthy. He offered the service. I mentioned that it was THEY who were paid to do it only a couple of years back and he quickly started talking about well ya it looks a little dark but you're ok for now and wrapped up the call real quick.They either never serviced the transmission which I paid for, or this guy is squeezing in services without even looking at my service history. I'll never bring my vehicles there again and I highly recommend you don't so that you can protect yourself from business practices that are poor, at best. Not to mention I got a mirror repair done on my car for around 100 bucks that they quoted 800 dollars for. Be careful out there.

Great service. Brought car in for tune up and oil change. They pointed out a leaking valve cover. All were completed promptly. I like the texts even dealerships do not have the ability. Would definitely recommend.

Even though my car is not an Asian import, they diagnosed and repaired it. Contact and estimate by email allowing approval was nice, and price was fair.

We took our 20-year old 4Runner in to take care of some VSC issues, and the shop in summerlin had it done in a timely manner and communicated with us with the progress as needed. Overall it was a good experience taking the car in and we would recommend Asian Imports.

Jim and Dave at the Summerlin location went above and beyond to help me out of a jam when my turbo got killed while on a roadtrip. Great communication, excellent work, fast, and a fair deal! Thanks guys, she runs even better than ever!

The folks at Asian Imports were extremely courteous! I went in for a repair to my vehicle which was a domestic truck.I found that they provided very reasonable pricing and Great service! Gentleman (manager?) was meticulous and expeditious in servicing my vehicle despite having been busy. The place seems busy but the parking lot and location may make it for navigation to feel congested accessing their locale. Very expeditious, professional and proficient. They even have a rewards program! Which I did not have time to inquire and get the details of. Will do so, looking forward to it since I will be back; I am sure.

Great place!! Asian Imports fixed my subaru in one day. They fixed my Ignition issue and replaced suspension parts that needed to be replaced. Highly recommended!!

This car repair shop does the work the right way. They fix what's wrong and will work to make sure that any remaining issues are handled promptly when you bring them to their attention. I trust them. And that means a lot when you are spending your hard-earned money to keep a vehicle running and safe-to-drive.

I always receive excellent care at the front and on my repairs!I had my brakes done at a reasonable price with minimum delay.I know what might need doing in the near future with no pressure to hurry up and do what can wait for a bit longer.I have been coming here since 2009 and will continue to trust Asian Imports with my vehicle!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my 94 Integra that wasn't running to them to diagnose and fix. Another Asian car specialist shop in town told me I'd have to wait 2-3 weeks to get my car in. Asian Imports took my car the same day and it was fixed that afternoon. They did inform me that they would be unable to do more work due to the age of the car and the difficulty in finding parts, but they did point me in another direction to find someone willing to do more intensive work on it.I was just grateful that they were willing to take the car towed to them and fixed the same day. AsianImports is a repair shop that I'm going to stick with. There are so many differences between Jim and his team from other repair shops. I could tell immediately how much pride they take in their work as well as just how good they are. I'm not surprised that they have won so many awards in the past.When I initially brought in my car, they had no idea of the story that was behind the need to find a repair team to help me maintain the last attachment to my wife of 20 years, who I lost to cancer in 2020. The initial diagnostic was packed with solid reasons I should proceed with necessary repairs to my Toyota with 200,000 miles of memories.I went with what I could afford, which was enough to get "her" back on the road. Though I will sadly be parting ways with my Toyota for a newer partner on the road, I will keep AsianImports in my back pocket as a new trusted friend to keep me safe and sound on what have become potentially dangerous roads in the future.Thank you, JimYou have one awesome team.

I took my Lexus LS460 AWD to Asian Motors because I was experiencing a "rumbling" when braking particularly at highway speeds and I have had very good experiences with Asian Motors in the past.They did a full evaluation including a highway road test and duplicated what I was experiencing. In addition to brake pads they found the "rumble" to be caused by warped rotors.I authorized the repair which included replacing all brake components due to the braking system in my car. I'm happy to say it was all completed by the end of the day. I tested the car and there is no "rumble". I'm very happy with the schedule, workmanship, and professionalism at Asian Motors.Service: Brakes

These guys are the best around. They fixed by Jaguar and GM truck. Don't let their name fool you. They work on all makes of vehicles, honest as the day is long and get it right the first which is rare in Vegas. As long as I live in Vegas they will get all my business.

GREAT experience with this place. I found Asian Imports via Carmax. They got my car in a day early and were very upfront about everything. I think it was a bit pricey. That being said, what hasn t gone up in price these days? They re a business and have to stay afloat just like everyone else. I believe them to be honest and perform honest work. Always do a good job and reasonable - have been using them for years. They do a good job finding anything that needs attention and are reasonable.
