2 sides of a coin .I unfortunately did not receive the best customer service and was very disappointed with the process at first BUT I have never had an owner call to make things right, and Andre did just that. Shout out to you and how you operate your business sir. I almost let a lemon give me a sour taste but Andre made lemonade out of it. Still better than the DMV. I will def give them another shot in the future.

Best of the best. I used them every year when I lived in Las Vegas and it's well worth the $100 fee to have someone else deal with the DMV on your behalf. I recently needed information from when I lived there and they were quick to respond.

ASAP DMV really cares for their customers! They are quick and efficient with their work and process, if there are any mishaps or issues they are sure to address it and fix it. They do great business, and the owners have an amazing attitude towards what they do.

Thank you very much. The DMV's all around town were violating the ADA for us disabled. (Including veterans) ASAP stepped up for all of us to help correct this. I had a civil rights attorney, chanel 8 investigative reporter & the Governor's office involved. Thanks to ASAP we didn't need them. Give this team a chance & they will make things nice and easy for you.We fought the government and won! It can be done.

It just took about 20 min to complete all of my paperwork.They called 6 days later with my new registration and license plates.Very professional and Awesome service. I will definitely be using them in the future.

This place sucks, I wanted a moving permit and instead of telling me to go to dmv and get one for a dollar they charged me 100 dlls for a fee and a block of papers that didn t even let me get my car back. They just took my money . Just go to dmv instead don t waste your time here

Fantastic experience with this company. Needed to register my new van from out of state and heard the DMV in NV was a bit of a pain, so found dmvasap and worked directly with Kaylee. She was terrific and very responsive. She even helped me pick a great vanity plate that the DMV would accept and it came out perfectly! I had no idea a service like this existed that would allow me to completely avoid having to go into the DMV (I only had to drive through the VIN inspection station which was super easy). Would highly recommend to anyone; I'll be using them for any future DMV business. Ask for Kaylee, she really knows her stuff.

Hate is a strong word but I hate going to the DMV. I took to Google to find a way out of it when I had to register my new vehicle I had purchased out-of-state this month. Lo and behold, I discovered DMV ASAP. It seemed too good to be true. I just had to drop my docs off at their office and they'd take care of the rest. Nicole made the whole process painless just as promised. Quick and easy. They were very professional, friendly, and efficient. I don't plan on ever walking through those DMV doors again now. So glad I stumbled upon DMV ASAP!

They were so fast and so kind to me . I was literally out of there in 20 minutes . Super fast , great service . I didn t have to wait in line . It didn t take 3 hours like the DMV . The ladies were extremely kind to me . I definitely recommend this location.

Andre and his team were very very efficient and professional. I needed to have my car's registration renewed while I was out of town, and they picked the car up from my building's Valet to perform the necessary smog check.The entire process was very reasonable cost wise and very quick, they handled this like true professionals.Very thankful for their service and thanks Andre for the great communication.

I would like say how enjoyable, and painless my experience was at DMV ASAP. today. I went in expecting, a tedious expensive process to register my vehicle. Kaylee, literally guided me through some challenges I was having, and got my paperwork done in 20 minutes! We joked and laughed the whole time, it honestly was a breath of fresh air, and it was more affordable than ANYWHERE else! I left there feeling CONFIDENT that I made the right choice, and I will have no need to look elsewhere for my vehicle registration or other DMV needs. THANK YOU!

I called and someone super friendly answered. I asked questions, Andre responded quickly and the next day I went to their office. Walked into the office and a very pleasant and happy woman greeted me. Met w Andre, helped me register a truck and other DMV needs. It was incredibly simple! Andre and his team is where you need to go for any DMV services. Highly recommend DMV ASAP. Professionalism to the fullest!!

So I just moved to back to Vegas from Scottsdale, AZ and since I live in Rhodes Ranch now this was the closest spot to go to. First I called and Kaylee let me know I need to hop on over to DMV to get a quick VIN inspection and then to head over. I finished that in a few minutes and headed right over to thier office. Let me just say that every single work place needs a Kaylee aka "Registration Queen" to work for them. She is super cheery and happy, very helpful, thourough and goes through every step with you, explains it all from first to last step and even goes over every option you do have, and the regs in NV. Which btw, are nutty and a bit much. You can tell she either A) loves helping people that DMV does not and puts through the ringer with no guidance B) loves her job or my guess is C) Both option A&B. If it was not for her I would of been bouncing around from my Finance Company, to DMV, to Insurance company, and more yet alone redoing my personalized plates. This was turned into a one stop shop thanks to her knowledge. So bravo to Kaylee, and I think Andre is her boss "she needs a raise" hands down :). Thank you DMV ASAP and thank you Kaylee. If I ever have any needs again for my vehicles this will be my go to spot! Thank you very very much! See you in two weeks when I pick up my "house payment NV only year long plates with registration" lol (NV smh pricey) . Thank you again Kaylee

I worked with Kaylee, she was GREAT! I needed to have a car title transferred to me, due to a death, car & title Nevada, I m in NY. She was so helpful & her follow up was great. We had a little issue & she made it happen. Highly recommended!!!!!

I came in for a title transfer and registration. These guys were AMAZING! I was completely lost on how to get this done. Between the bank changing names and the previous owner signing the wrong lines, i was just gonna give up! Kaylee and Andre stuck with me, helped with talking to the parties that be... step by step we got it all sorted! Guys, thank you for all of your help and not giving up!!! And another thanx for providing a service that keeps me from standing outside the DMV at 5am! You'll be seeing me again at renewal time! You are much appreciated!!

I needed to register 3 vehicles. Three title transfers and registration for my kids before I left town. DMV ASAP was awesome. They discounted the second and third vehicle. Walked me through the process, got everything completed and did it all before I had to fly out. They are very professional, courteous and fast. Highly recommend them for your DMV needs. We first went to another DMV third party who wanted 1800 to do all three vehicles I said no and a friend told me about DMV ASAP!!! Couldn t be happier. Thank you so much

What a great experience ! I honestly don't know where these people went that wrote these under 5 star reviews. Nothing less than 5 stars. Let me tell you I had 3 cars and a Vespa! All out of state or not registered no Nevada drivers Lic. I was all over the place. From my first call Andre was super cool! He was like -this is easy, I laughed to myself and went in, handed him all of my unorganized documents. He called if he needed something and was always available, and boom I had plates and registration in my hand in less than 10 days! Honest, very professional and fee is worth every penny . DMV is a nightmare and imagine having to go back of you missed or forgot something which I did!!! Thank You Andre you're the best! I'll be back we have 1 left!!!

I used DMV ASAP to help with obtaining a motorcycle title. There were some bumps in the road but I absolutely believe my headache would have been twice as big if Andre hadn't been there to help me through it all. No regrets on using this place especially with all the issues you can have with the DMV. The people here are on your side and will do everything in their power to help you.

I was nervous that registering an out of state car would be tedious and difficult. However, the whole process at DMV ASAP couldn't have been any easier! Andre was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. And because he had a cancellation, I was able to get my new plates within 24 hours! Go there for a hassel free dmv experience!

No more Nevada DMV offices for me after finding this office. My roommate and I had a great informative and quick service. I was feeling pretty stressed about having to wait for hours doing DMV stuff BUT NOT ANYMORE!Great service and awesome experience :)Thanks Andre

Worth every penny! Yes, the fee might seem high, but Andre and staff are wonderful. Everything explained fully, everything I needed was done cheerfully and professionally and went smoothly - while saving me a 90-day wait for a DMV appointment!!

Not competent, multiple times back with forms that was done in their office with multiple cars rejected by DMV (CARSON CITY. ?) Forms incorrectly filled out by the office with wrong name spelling, wrong driver's license, Wrong person on form and almost ( I caught it on the 4th form after being rejected 3 times already from DMV after they filled the forms out)the wrong vehicle. Excuses of " someone at DmMVdoesn't like us, multiple people doesn't like us, autofill issues when entering info on a form errors. Multiple times having to stand in line at UPS UP TO 30 MINUTES to pay for a Notary then rush over with a form that has the wrong name, driver's license, etc. No one appears to verify the info on the forms to correct any errors prior to sending them to DMV. I CANNOT recommend this service unless it's a last case scenario/ emergency. Yes it was convenient due to DMV is booked for 2 months but if you are a working person, How could you possibly get everything fixed with numerous trips to Notary and back to DMV ASAP. 2 cars transferring titles over $700.00 and it's still not right on either cars from this location. NOT HASSLE FREE by any means 6 trips back and counting.So this a response back to the owner: you were nit there so you really don't have the correct facts: 1st . You said you call in a Notary, well that Notary was the same employee who I started out with yo transfer the title at this location, you did Not call anyone in to Notarize the 3rd mistake from this location, that same employee told me what to do, where to sign on each paper I needed to sign from day one, yesterday I had to get a Notary at UPS 2nd time in less than a week. Yesterday's paper stated : ink spot on title was the reject reason for the title, that was not my idea it came on the paper I was to sign filled out by your office. The paper I was emailed had the wrong person on the Erasure form and the wrong date, and wrong driver's license filled out at your site and emailed to me. The initial rejected form was filled out exactly as we were told to fill it out including the pink slip , that was done at this location, each time ( 3 separate office visits after the initial visit) I ask Every time " is this correct, is this acceptable " each time it was handed over to a 2nd employee that said. Yes! Today the form I went to sign had my name misspelled ( the prior did not have a name issue) . Yes this location and the premise of DMV help without an appointment is great but the ridiculous inconvenience of having to go back 3 additional times to fix errors that was caused at this location will never be acceptable to anyone. If the owner wants this to continue stating incorrect facts( putting it mildly) with me I am more than willing to keep responding. Facts are Facts, 2 cars done at this location both have been rejected multiple times and I can't really believe that :Someone at the DMV office doesn't like your company and that's why they are so nit picky on paperwork sent to them by DMV ASAP as I was told today. Train your crew to verify Everything, every form, signatures etc prior to the client leaving the office. 2 vehicles both paid to have transfer of ownership, title change , duplicate title requests weeks are still not completed. Employees are nice , no appointments were needed but the hassles of returning multiple times in a week is an absolute pain.

Set up an appointment for a Title/Registration on a private party sale. This was for a new (to me) vehicle I'd be taking across the country, so in reality it would be registered here for no more than 10 days.The ladies in the office were very kind and actually helped me get a "One way" permit to drive it to the final location, as opposed to two separate registrations in a month, which would likely total over $1000. The permit was only $100, and took less than 10 minutes.This absolutely beats the hassle of dealing with the DMV, especially with the influx of people coming over from the west coast.... To register/title the car is a bit pricey ($250 fee + DMV), however it is very helpful if you're in a pinch or don't want to wait 6+ hours in line starting at 5am with a possibility you may not even get in to the DMV.Would definitely recommend this place if you want an alternative to 6 hours of misery, or a 3+ month wait.

Easiest transaction I have had a great interaction with kaylee she was a sweetheart and has great personality and knew the answers to all the questions I had. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to skip the DMV.
