****2nd Edit***Oh my God the company actually called me about the app not working and walked me through setting it up. The app now works great and all my issues are remedied. The customer service is amazing and unheard of in today's world. I'm so incredibly pleased and can't wait to get all the enjoyment out if this device!! I'm recommending them to everyone I know. And I'm upgrading my review to a full five stars. *****EDIT**** IT WORKS!!!I spent nearly two hours pouring over the instructions of how to fix this machine. I nearly gave up but finally decided to pull the canister for the oil out. That's when I realized I had it in wrong. You absolutely need to make sure it's in right. I also had some difficulty setting the timer manually and figuring that out. I'm still not sure it's completely like I want it but it'll do for now. The machine still makes noise but it's not nearly as loud as before and just sounds like you're letting the air out of a tire. The scent is permeating my entire house now and I love it!!! Updated my star review to four because I still cannot get the app to work and the instructions are a bit unclear and/or lacking when it comes to set up. They just aren't as detailed as I feel they should be. I'm much more pleased now and feel it's definitely worth what I spent, even if I'm still unsure it's worth the full retail price. The jury for me is still out on that. Consider me a happy and corrected customer!!I'm giving my initial review and plan to update after a couple of weeks of use.Shipping took a very long time but this was credited to Good Morning America Deals and Steals event that I purchased from. I guess this is a small company and they were not prepared for the large response. Understood.Moving on to the product. I purchased the home 101 scent machine which is supposed to scent up to 2000 square feet of space, and you can control it from the app which were both big selling points for me. My house is 1865 square feet and I have a Google Pixel 8 phone. I finally got my product today, read through the entire instruction paper, and mounted the unit on the wall. I'm not sure what I expected but I definitely did not expect a small, plastic, inexpensive looking box for the price I paid, which was 50% of what the retail price is. If I'd paid retail this would be going right back.But, I hung it on the wall per the instructions and chose pretty much the exact center of my house. I tried to set it up on the app but it refuses to connect so now we've lost that selling point.It makes a pretty loud noise when it runs, but not so loud it's bothersome. It's confusing to figure out if you've set it right when doing it manually, which is why I wanted to be able to control it through the app, because I rightly predicted this issue.But, I set it up and I guess it's working. I chose the Mandarin zest scent, which smelled strong enough in the bottle but, so far, you can only smell it when you're right in front of the box and even then it's super light. It's already been running a few hours. I originally set it to 20% diffusion per the instructions but have since increased to 30% with little to no change. I'm worried I'll need to set it much higher to scent my entire house and that sort of defeats the purpose for me. I might as well just buy candles because two well placed ones scent my entire house in a matter of minutes.I don't know if it's just the scent I chose or the device. Maybe someone can let me know some tricks or better scents. I just can't handle patchouli.I'm planning to give it a few days to see how it goes, but at this initial stage I'm highly disappointed.For the price, I expected higher quality and better scent distribution. I switched to this from Pura Scent and, in my opinion Pura is much, much better. For a company that also does professional scent I would expect more. I'm hoping this improves because I was so excited when I saw it and anxiously awaited it's arrival.

Owner approved!! This place is amazing! Great customer service. They took their time with me and made me smell anything and everything they had to offer which I love! The workers. Tori, Luisa, Cristina (Owner) helped me with my indecisiveness. But we narrowed it down to 4 for the buy 3 get 1 free. Noir (cromwell), arancia (Venetian), eucalyptus, and conquer. Which all had a very unique smell. I am so happy with my purchase and recommend them to anyone looking for a unique scent that is just out of the norm. Or ever had that moment you walked in a hotel or casino and was like what is that smell? This is the spot! Best part they have a shop in Vegas next to the strip. I will update once I try them in my diffusers.

A must visit if you obsessed with the smell of your Vegas hotel when in the area. We came to visit this after seeing a reel about grabbing a scent that is from your favorite hotel, but ended up with other smells that were just too good to pass up. Tori was so friendly and definitely helped us out in finding the scents we wanted and new ones! Definitely come and try it out! You will not be disappointed!

I have been a customer of Aroma Retail since 2020 when I purchased the Scent Machine - Home Unit 101. We lived in Las Vegas for many years and surprisingly never knew who created the wonderful scents we would enjoy when visiting the different resorts there. It wasn't until we moved out of state did I run across Aroma Retail and was so excited to bring those scents into our home. They bring back wonderful memories and make our home smell so good! I highly suggest the monthly subscription. And words cannot express how pleased I am with their outstanding customer service team!

If I could give fifteen stars I would - my experiences with this company have been stellar - they have done everything possible to provide the most excellent customer service and it has been such a pleasure to work with them.We moved into a rental house in August 2023 and the scent in the air was amazing - it was exactly like walking into Mandalay Bay from the parking garage when we used to drive to Las Vegas from California (ten years ago) - it brought back the best memories and feelings.We looked around in the house for a scent machine but couldn't find one - eventually found out through the previous tenants that they used Aroma Retail for scenting their home and had taken the machine with them when they moved out. They said if we contacted the company that they'd be able to tell us for sure which scent they were using in the machine - so we ordered a couple of machines on the website (the new model Scent Machine - 101 Smart which can be programmed/controlled through iPhone app and also the smaller Scent Machine - Travel for upstairs).Lightning fast shipping with tracking number provided, that was so nice - and if you live in a location where you can drive to the storefront, they have local pickup that was also super smooth and the product was available earlier than expected !When I came in to The Smelly Bar / storefront to scope out the fragrance oils, more than one team member was super helpful in looking up the previous tenants' shipment and letting us know what they'd bought/used - but then I was confused that the sample / tester of the fragrance didn't seem to be the same as the scent in the house - and I was also tempted by all of the other oils that are described on the website along with which resorts use them - all lined up in neat rows in small dark brown bottles - and wondering if we should just start over with a whole different fragrance.Both Luisa and Jennette were unbelievably patient with me while I was sniffing fragrances and narrowing down what we'd like - especially after they'd already told me which one was the scent I was trying to find. I was there for a really long time the second time I was there, brought home samples both times - but we ended up with Asian Garden (the scent the previous tenants used, now used in Aria and MGM Grand in 2023) and thanks to the all the time and the test sniffs, we have a list of about ten more fragrances to buy from this storefront in the future when we want a change.This team really cares about making it a nice experience for their customers - whether it's Luisa showing up with an invitation to do online chat if you have questions when she sees you cruising on the website - or when you walk into the storefront and they say "welcome in" with such friendly and welcoming smiles- or when you return later the same day to test out even more scents at The Smelly Bar because you're second-guessing the choices you made the first time earlier in the day- or when you walk in the next day to sort out a credit/refund /purchase situation and were welcomed again and treated so incredibly kindly and fairly by not only the team but the manager Kaylee as well.One of the reviewers on Google wrote that the customer service from this team could be used in a class to teach others how to help others with patience and meeting their needs - it's true. They're enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products but what's so cool is they REALLY want to help you find what's right for you, seemingly no matter how long it takes. It had to be frustrating for them, I know I took way too long deciding and tried way too many testers but I'm sitting here sniffing the air right now and I'm just so grateful for the time that Luisa, Jennette, Yasmin and manager Kaylee spent with me this past two days.Thanks as well to the other employees whom I didn't actually meet but were also so polite and smiling and added to the great impression of this storefront !

I recently received my order from Aroma Retail, and to my dismay, almost three-quarters of the precious liquid scent had leaked out during transit. This product is nothing short of liquid gold, and considering its value, this was quite disheartening. However, my experience took a remarkable turn when I contacted Aroma Retail's customer service.Upon reaching out, I was pleasantly surprised by their immediate response. They not only acknowledged my issue but also took swift action to rectify it. Within just a few days, a replacement was on its way to me, accompanied by a return label for the damaged item. Aroma Retail went above and beyond to make things right, and for that, they deserve nothing less than a perfect 5/5 rating for their exceptional customer service.I want to extend a big shout-out to Luisa from the customer care team. We were in the Aria a few weeks ago and had to have the scent they have in the hotel. After finding out they ship to Canada we ordered some when we got home. Quick shipping time and it arrived perfectly! The only thing we regret is not going to the store when we were actually in Vegas to see everything they sell, definitely will make a point to stop in next time we are down there!

Don t get me wrong I love the product and I have used it for over 2 years. But my home diffuser stopped working and because the warranty says 90 days I went ahead and purchased a new one. I called to see if I couldget parts she told me that usually they will just replace it if you are still buying their products. She said they like to keep their customers happy. But because I opened the back I m SOL.Update-Aroma Retail restored my faith in good customer service They sent me an email to send the unit in and they will take a look at it now it works again. Thank you for your awesomeness as a business and making my world a better smelling place!

I stepped into Wallpaper Elegance for an appointment and almost fell down it smelled so good! Sharon the owner, told me to go next door to Aroma Retail. I went right over and was greeted by friendly, professional, educated women.. Kaylee and Rebecca. I bought a salon, and have been dealing with swamp poo smells so bad we were feeling hopeless! Kaylee had me smell poo killing blends, and I got a machine at a smoking hot price for our salon. The owner Christina was so sweet, she gave me a free bottle of scent as a gift and a donut! Love these gals! Price, experience and product is truly best of the best. Came right to the salon, the employees set it up.... and everyone is commenting on how amazing our salon smells, especially the customers. Thank you Aroma Retail!!!!

I GIVE 5 ++++ STARS TO AROMA RETAIL AND TO LUISA in Customer Service. I had an incident yesterday where I accidentally spilled much of my fragrance oil, and I mistakenly broke the diffuser which will need to be repaired. Customer support (LUISA) was incredibly generous in offering a repair of the diffuser, in addition to a replacement of what I accidentally spilled. It is generous and compassionate customer care like this, that strengthens my faith in ethical management. Thank you, thank you, thank you to AROMA RETAIL for assisting me and going above and beyond the call of duty to send a replacement. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Aroma Retail s products, and I couldn t be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, my encounter with their fragrances has been outstanding.Not only are the scents incredible, but the longevity of their products is also worth mentioning. I absolutely love my machine. The house smells wonderful all the time. My guest will ask me how do you get your house to ALWAYS smell good. Then I show them my machine. And so many different scents you can order. The company work with you all the time. Any questions needs answering. They answer them. I have never been put off or not answered. That s an important thing to me. Just please respond with my questions and they do. A big 5 stars to this product.

Received a set of (4) jar candles, Monte Carlo scent aka Pomegranate & Sage. After burning one candle, the wax melted unevenly, and had to try and make it even to get the full use. After doing so, the wick would not remain lit. Moving on to another candle, 1/4 of the way through, the wick again would not stay lit.Working with customer service, it was agreed a new set would be sent and I would return (self paid shipping) what I have for the team to test why the issue. Needless to say, the same thing happened with the new set. After contacting customer service again, I was given a response about how my returned candles were completely damaged as there was no packing support, which is 100% false.In addition, the scent was hardly noticeable when lit. Needless to say, I won't order again.

I love Aroma Retail! I ve been ordering from them for almost 2 years now. I started off with the home scent unit, but I recently purchased the professional scent unit due to a recent move to a bigger home. I was a little hesitant because of the cost but the staff talked me through all of my questions. I initially used it freestanding but I couldn t get it in every room. I Recently hooked it up to my HVAC system and WOW I am beyond impressed. My home is a little over 3,000 sqft. and every single room in my house smells AMAZING! I swear by Golden Bamboo, SLS Fragrance, Vitality & Vigor, and The Empire - my top 4 scents hands down. Bookstore is also great for my office. I also recommend the Reed diffusers because they are very strong and they last a long time (4-6 months). They work best with stronger scents though. Lastly, the fabric sprays are another clutch item. I spray my curtains, couch, and guest beds before having company to spruce up certain areas and it goes above and beyond my expectations each time. I am a lifelong customer! Their products are amazing!

Sometimes things don t go right or as you expect them to go. That happens with everything and every place. When things go wrong though or the way, they re not supposed to it is the way a company handles things that makes the difference. I would like to say that the customer service was amazing. This company went way above and beyond the call of reasonable expectation . I had an amazing experience. It was started with Kaylee then finished with Jennette. I hope they both get the recognition they deserve.

We have been very happy using these products in our church lobby for the past 4 years, having it smell like a delicious coffee shop when everyone walks in is such a treat to the senses. We absolutely LOVE Aroma Retail. I was excited to come across their site while we were remodeling our home. When we moved back in that was one of the first things we set up in the house. I don't think a person has walked into our house without commenting how much they love the smell of our house (Asian Gardens is our scent). We have since bought a second large machine and the smaller/travel machine. We have friends who went out after smelling our house once and bought one...and their next door neighbor bought one right after smelling their house. It's the growing gift of smelling good. Our family also had the chance to stop into the shop when we were driving through Vegas last year and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was fun to be at the scent bar and smell all the different delicious scents. We were able to pick up a refill there and even got a seasonal candle. I love spreading the word about Aroma Retail. Everyone should have one in their home :)

I cannot recommend Aroma Retail enough! The customer service is beyond top-notch and their products far superior to others on the market. Aroma Retail offers sample blotters you can buy to test a scent and I think that's genius. I own the travel machine and use it every day. Items may not be cheap, but I prefer to have the quality. They're also pet-friendly. Seriously, for all your scenting needs, choose Aroma Retail--they will not disappoint!

Call to inquire about products and spoke with Brittany. She was excellent!! She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about the scents and products. I agree with all the reviews about the customer service. Great job Aroma retail, so now just waiting on my products 6-7-23 Update I initially ordered the Home Unit 101, but realized that was not the product for me, so I sent it back and bought 4 travel sized machines and let me just tell you, my home smells amazing and they are so easy to use and move around. Marie's customer service could be used in a class to teach others how to help others with patience and meeting their needs. All of the reviews you see for Aroma Retail on how well they treat their customers is TRUE. Speaking from experience. Order from other places if you want, it is your loss with excellent products and customer service. Aroma Retail Rocks!!

I contacted Aroma Retail about an issue (that I caused) with my diffuser and they were immediately responsive. Maria was amazing and so very helpful! Their attention to detail and to Customer Service is hands down more than I expected. I cannot wait to receive my new diffuser. I look forward to my house smelling amazing again.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. During our first trip to Universal Studios I fell in love with the lobby scent at our hotel and when we got home I spent way too long searching for something similar, to no avail. It wasn t until I joined a Universal Studios Facebook group that I found others who were also searching for this same lobby scent and that s how I found this company. I immediately ordered the home unit with bright sunshine and I couldn t be happier. My house now smells exactly like the lobby at our Florida resort and since then I have purchased the travel unit and linen spray. Not only are their products amazing and high quality but their customer service is the best. Lightening fast shipping, and extremely nice people. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic company to deal with, literally respond to your e-mails within minutes, extremely accommodating. Bought the 2,000 square foot device for my mother for Christmas. She loved it, perfect for her small apartment, smelled great - easy to setup. Buying one now for my home. Scents are plentiful and amazing, you can request scent samples (which I recommend) - your home will smell like a resort. Very pleased.
