So if you want to get ripped off come to this place, they took my tire off and they put me another tire with another nail after I drove off the tire went flat. I came back and they told me well. You have a tire with a nail, we can repair it for 20 more dollars. This is a total scam. Amigo tires do not come here. Do not spend your hard earn money, Washington and Rancho. also, if anyone else has a complaint, if you complain to Better Business Bureau, it will revoke their insurance!! if they cannot treat customers right they shouldn t be in business

Like a lot of shady mechanic shops. They give you a price and the moment you move forward. They change it. $80 is not a lot. But the integrity of the shop is not there if the cannot honor their word. The labor would me the same as any other car. But the fact that the manager thinks my brakes are oversized. He needs more money. Just waisted 1hr of my time. Bad customer service. Be careful. When quoting work from this place.

THEY SELL USED TIRES WITH CHUNKS MISSING AND CRACKS ALL IN IT!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A HUGE RIP OFF!!! Wish I had bought during the day so I could have seen the horrible tire better!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! ILL BE REPORTING THIS BUSINESS EVERYWHERE! MY HUSBAND CALLED AND TOLD THEM HOW THE TIRE IS AND THEY SAID FOR HIM TO COME IN AND THEN TOLD HIM ONCE HE GOT THERE THEY COULDN T DO ANYTHING! ITS ILLEGAL TO SELL TIRES THIS USED I GUESS ILL BE REPORTING TO PROPER AUTHORITIES. Thanks for wasting my time, money and gas. You will regret screwing me over.

racist told us we couldn t pay with a credit card because we are black & don t pay our credit cards back ( they said this in spanish thinking we wouldn t understand them but i had my Spanish friend on the phone who translated this).so we offered to pay with debit. smh.

I showed up and asked for an oil change. I always bring my own oil. I asked the guy how much, didn't even look me in the eye, as dismissively as be can he said $40. I figure maybe he's having a bad day. But I got several oil changes before, never been more than $30. I showed him the receipt for the last oil change I got there for $30. He said he would tell the cashier.The shop isn't even paying for the oil. It takes 15 minutes or less if you know how to do the job. Half an hour later the guy is using a pry bar to remove my oil filter. Why does a shop that charges $40 for an oil change have a hard time removing an oil filter? Then he can't figure out how to put the new one new one on. Then he overfills my car. Then they charge me $43. They clearly don't know what they're doing. Unprofessional staff, overcharging for shoddy work. I really don't recommend you come here. Also, I think it's kind of crazy that I was the one who had to drive the car onto and off the car lift. Seems like an insurance nightmare.

- I purchased a tire in Las Vegas and had it replaced before heading to Los Angeles.- Unfortunately, I got a flat tire that wasn't your fault, but the real trouble began when I tried to replace it with the spare.- The person who installed the tire over-tightened it, leaving it stuck, and I couldn't remove it.- I sought help from three different tire shops, and all agreed that the tire needed replacement, but they couldn't do it due to the stuck bolt.- Now, my car has been stranded on the side of the road for almost two weeks.- I need a blowtorch service from a muffler shop just to remove the bolt and replace the tire.- This has been a frustrating and costly ordeal, especially in California.- I believe I should receive a refund for the tire installation and the cost of the muffler shop's service.- In total, I'm requesting:- $80 for the tire replacement.- $60 for the muffler shop's service.- A refund for the poor work on my car.- I'm willing to settle for 10% of what could easily be a $3,000 lawsuit.- Payment options: Venmo, Cashapp, or other methods.- Hoping for a resolution, but prepared for legal action if necessary.

Sabotage my tires, for being experience tires center, first they put to big of tires on the back, and I ended blowing a tire and noticed has a tiny nail punchucre which no way, I could have ran over a nail so tiny in tire, I had told them if it would hit thw back on a sharp looking hinges which he said would be fine he would bend it well he only bend one side, this side which has blown tire is not bend. That's just part of story I got there in towing truck,. Second as soon as I turn car had a abs check light which I turn car on when towing drop off car , was fine anyways owner got angry for me telling them to fix it which he connected the engine checker and turn it off anyways left and later this happened and noticed the nail also..

ive given this place a chance on multiple separate occasions, and I still don t feel welcomed. they ended up charging for air, which I don t think they charge everybody, just certain people and I also get the feeling they don t like black people, I get weird vibes from them everytime. I ve never heard of a tire shop charging just to put air in 1-2 tires but ok. the customer service is just terrible and the vibes are not welcoming. as a black person, I kno when im not wanted or welcomed by another group of people , it s not a friendly or welcoming service.they are also very overpriced for the services that they do.

Terrible I went in for new tires and rims. I was helped kindly and offerd try on for all the rims I wanted to see on my car. I went back and was treated rudely and they tried to take advantage of my gender.qouting me 500$ more without me even making a selection. Needing a front tire badly I asked to just get a used one.after not complying to ther greedy offer.They said they didn't have any enless I wanted to pay 150$ for one . Iam a health care worker who worked threw the pandemic and a veteran widow I have never been treated so bad . Now I may have a blow out on the way home tonight. Smdh.#feelinghelladisrespected.

Ive never had a bad experience here, everyone is super helpful and immediately get to work when you tell them what you need. Been going here for years for spare tires and replacements and they never disappoint, even if their english isnt the best.

Horrible customer service. I called the shop before I arrived they told me they had the tires I needed for $160 brand new. Once I get to the shop 10min later they tell me the tires are $400 a piece and act like they didn t remember me calling 10mins ago. I wasted my time coming to them.

Very friendly! I was quoted a great price over the phone for new tires . I checked around, know one had a better deal. In fact, when I got their the deal got even better. Great service too and the waiting area was big with comfortable seats.I would highly recommend Amigo Tires to my family and friends

BEST tire company! We had a flat tire and not many shops were open at 6pm. We lucked out with finding this spot! Our flat tire needed to be replaced it was completely shredded. The shop had a brand new tire that was priced fairly. They had our car fixed and ready to go quickly! I d recommend them over and over.

If they have your tire size, the job gets done quick. The owner is nice. An old owner I noticed is gone. So to my knowledge its just one now & he is pleasant.

Pretty straight forward deal here. I called, they had my size, i drove in, he verified my size, spent $40 on a new used tire with a good amount of tread left. Was in and out in 15mins. Guy was efficient as hell. I will definitely be going back. Painless experience.

On the way back from a girls trip and we got a flat tire at 6:00 in the evening. We luckily found Amigo Tires online and could not have had a better experience. We were treated so fairly and the service was quick and amazing. Definitely would recommend Amigo Tires! They saved us!

Areived waited over ten minutes to be acknowledged, then the guy tried ro p er charge me for a tire. I've been comong to this tire shop for the last five years but will NEVER RETURN AFTER THE WAY I WAS TREATED TODAY!!!HORRIBLE PERSON WORKING TODAY!

I went to this shop and Jose a very nice guy quoted me$300 for catalytic converters and we agreed. But when I was paying this guy was charging me for different amount and I asked his name and he said he is Francisco he is very rude and bossy and liar I found out his name is Jorge please teach him to have good customer relation. Jose thanks again for your honest service get rid of that Jorge.

My boyfriend was at another location where they didn't have the size we needed so I asked him to verify the size and I called this location. I gave them the measurements and asked if they had 2 used ones. The male on the phone said yes 40 each. So my boyfriend drives out from one location to the next with 2 shot out tires. He gets there shows them the measurements and they say they don't have any. He tells me to call and I do they tell me they do have some but not good ones. (BS) They didn't, they wanted to make a quick buck knowing they wouldn't have the used ones to sell new ones. Check you inventory! Don't make people drive to you for an upsell! If you don't have what they are looking for be honest. Maybe if they would have offered new ones on the phone and been honest we would of taken them. Ridiculous!

Beyond great service! After getting a flat on my pop-up camper while driving into Las Vegas on vacation, I called a number of the regular big name tire stores to get a replacement trailer tire. No one had one, but one of the dealers recommended Amigo tires. I called two of their locations, and the one on Washington had the tire. I came in and they replaced the tire. As I was broken down on the highway, and didn't have the tools to replace the tire, I asked if he could recommend someone to change the tire. He asked one of the service folks if he could help me, and although my car was 20 minutes away in a tricky location, Manuel offered to help out, and changed the tire. When I was done I offered him all the cash in my wallet as he literally saved my family and I from disaster, he would only accept a token payment, and he gave me advice on replacement tools to be prepared if it happened again.

I have bought used tires in past no problem. I went to but 2 new tires and said I was going to pay half with a gift card and the rest with my debit card. They took the 165.16 then said they canceled it out but the card said they took it. I ended paying with my debit card 345.98 plus 165.16 9n a gift card that I still today have not been refunded with. I m feeling ripped off as they insisted they canceled it and when I call the card the 265.16 has not been refunded to my gift card

No one speaks fluent english, just feel like when you do business atleast have someone who speaks and understand english, was quoted 2 different prices for rims and tires, 800$ difference...

Very great experience. I hit a screw on the 95 exit and barely made it off the freeway before my tire was completely flat. I was lucky Amigo Tires was so close. They were very helpful and fast. I will go back again!

Place is horrible. The guys give off a prejudice type of vibe if you aren't Hispanic. They overpriced me some used tires and tried to charge me a extra $20 to add valve stems smh. Long story short they ain't honest at all. Tell you its good its ok then end up having a blowout on the highway

Worse place I ve ever been do. Don t get your windows tinted here. Don t get anything done at this place they are a rip off and the quality of their work is disgusting. They sit around drinking all day and it s a sloppy mess. Disgusted after paying $1000 almost

This shop is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I told the mechanic upfront I don t get paid till 2 days from now so I need to do the finance option. He says of and sends me to the shop for parts. He does the work them the owner tells me I can t finance. Then threatens to take the parts of my car. I ended up being able to just borrowing the money from someone. The mechanic could have just told me up front.
