Amazing service. There is no one like Jim at the front desk. He will go out of his way for you. So professional and at the same time empathetic and understanding. Jim is one of a kind. I will always go to Allied as long as Jim is there. And also the best mechanics, I must give props to them. Thank you all....

I chose Allied because it was a AAA approved shop and also, was close to my home. I received excellent service from Lyn who was knowledgeable and gave good advice. I am sure I will return for service again when necessary.

Brought in a Ford Mustang to do a timing kit. This ship was awesome. Good price. Kept us informed all the way. Had a hiccup with the kit but they handled it very well. Will definitely use again.

The guys at Allied Services are awesome. I dropped off the steering column from my car and 2 days later it was done . My tilt steering column is like new now . It no longer has any play or wobble and I m thankful that there is a local repair shop that can perform this type of work ! Thank you Jim for the great work. Found myself with failed thermostat on my 2006 Kia Sedona while in town on vacation. Looked up AAA approved shops in the area. I got lucky because the guys here at Allied got me in, in pinch and got me going before my return back home. Knowledgeable shop, fair prices on work and free shuttle service to my hotel and back when my Van was ready. Thanks fellas!

I was going to give them 5 stars until I called AAA because what I thought was MY battery that I purchased from them (AAA) was dead. I bought a new battery for $207 from AAA but when the technician came to replace my battery I was informed that the one in my car was not a AAA battery indicating that someone at Allied stole my battery and replaced it with an old one. Now I have to give AAA another $200 for another battery that would have otherwise been free. Wow! Thanks a lot.***"*""EDIT: *******First off, there's no"supposedly" to it, it's a FACT! The company didn't repair my vehicle, they only performed the diagnostic test. Also, I know that you're a AAA approved shop, which is why my car ended up there. Work order #54,743.

I arrived at opening without an appointment but was 1st in. My electrical had a short in it because I was constantly blowing fuses and now it's fixed. I was missing my radio and my lighter outlet. I did call two other shops first that also were supposed to be specialists in auto electrical. The first one was a month out and the second one never called me back. When I called here they said come on down. Everyone was very professional and I asked about installing an inverter for me and was told just bring it down so I will be

I have lived in Las Vegas for 30 Years. I have No reason to bring My Car to anyone else but Allied Service Center for Repair. Fast, Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. I Highly Recommend them for any Car Repair.

I took my vehicle to have my timing belt replaced. Jim at Allied Auto service Center quoted me a price that was almost $500 less than what my Honda Service Center quoted me! I was very satisfied with the work they did on my Honda!

Great service. I highly recommend them. Our motorhome broke down while in Vegas. They were recommended by a local mechanic who could not fix our issue. The people at Allied fixed our RV and got us back on the road. I drove back home over 1500 miles and everything was perfect.

Dealt with Lynn at counter and on phone. Jessie performed work on vehicle, Ethan drove me to shop after completion of work. Lynn was personable and kept me apprised of vehicle status and scope of work. Had to source a part myself and Jessie along with Lynn provided tips on tools necessary and what to expect when getting the junkyard part. Ethan also personable and had good things to say about his employers. The cost of repair was a bit more than I would have thought, however the peace of mind that comes from confidence in the technician s work allows me to sleep soundly. Searched around town for a mechanic to help with our hybrid suv. Nobody, even the ford dealer, would work on it being older than 10yrs old. Practical nightmare. Luckily AAA referred us to Allied Auto and they got it fixed the next day like no big deal at all. Thank you

Story in photos but the synopsis is, took it in for a radiator, got talked into doing the head gaskets, they couldn t rematch one the gaskets, said it would be $9,000 to put it back together and do an engine rebuild. Complained directly to the owner, he found a 60,000 mile engine in New York, put it in our truck. We paid $5,400 for said engine. Picked up truck and 1 1/2 miles from the shop, it exploded. While dealing with Allied s insurance company, they had the truck they blew up impounded, and cost us another $700 dollars. Not a stand up company. I have videos and pictures of all I have described. I wish I could put the video up of the fire and engine explosion. Beyond reckless endangerment.

First time here and I will be a return customer. I was hesitant at first because I usually go to the Ford for my service. Their costs have gotten so high that I started looking elsewhere for an honest mechanic shop. The reviews are why I chose Allied and I wasn t disappointed. I had both front and rear brakes replaced. I dealt mainly with Jim and he was great. Thanks Allied!!

Everyone is very nice and helpful. It's hard to find reliable services here. Allied knows what needs to be done with your car. Are they pricey? Yes they are, but worth it. second week of august my truck was towed to allied service center for engine work, was told fuel injector leak was covered under my warranty. After two weeks I was Informed I needed a new engined which also under warranty . engine arrived Thurs sept 2 was told would get truck back the following Friday Sept 9 it turned to Monday , Tuesday I was told my radiator was cracked it would be replaced by them no charge Wed finally got truck sept 14 the same 10min I returned after seeing leak at gas station.some odd reason underneath they power washed with water and told me to drive around let it dry to see if the leak was real? As if I don t know what a leaking drip looks like. This was done atleast twice if not three times from Wednesday when I got the truck I had to return everyday until Friday sep 16 finally recognized my leak I had been saying since Wednesday radiator hoses Bad, back the same afternoon another radiator hose. The same night the alternator went out. $400 wasted on batteries radiator went out which they said they changed last week shop closed til Monday I got my truck back Wednesday sept 21 . parking brake was not working as it was when it was first towed in as well my hood latch was not properly affixed as it was when tow in truck broke down 10 days later On the highway about 70 miles outside same spot on the highway as when the radiator went out days prior The engine locked up as it was not properly installed after not having my truck the first time 7 weeks now it s been 8 weeks and the manager is not doing there job making sure repairs are done timely reasonable time or satisfactory to ensure proper function it s been a total of 4 months I been dealing with them and I don t have my truck back . From day one I been returning for oil and coolant leak but they can t find leak. After newer engine failed instead contacting the warranty company getting the process started weeks were wasted saying they are looking for the leak ?Cost my business and livelihood manager neglected job misleading when calling for updates weeks wasted no urgency to complete satisfactory with Ethics and dignity . Truck has spent a whole season at their shop with no real timeframe of completion the worst consumer experience I ever have had in my existence. BBB has similar complaint which describe a similar nightmare at this shop .

Customer Service was excellent. Work was completed in a timely manner and initial price quoted was the price we paid. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest mechanic

These guys are awesome! I had a problem and spoke with Lynn (sp?) and he gave me quotes and was truthful. The staff didn't rush me or make me feel like they didn't want my business. Thank you Allied Service Center!!! No one plans to have car issues, and mine was rather unique. Difficulties moving the gear shift out of neutral - not a normal problem, as someone had shoved a piece of plastic on top of the gear mechanism - anyway - it broke off. My car has only been in the shop once before - so it must have happened about 5 years ago at a Nissan Dealership in Santa Clarita, CA. My SUV was fixed and ready to go the next afternoon - even after having to bring in a specialized part from California! I'm new to Las Vegas - and this was a pleasant experience from my first phone call to Ryan, and with my last moment driving it off in one day. Five Star Company ALL THE WAY! Dr. Dawn Steele

Just want to say that Allied was outstanding !!!!! Traveling cross the country in our Class C Motorhome and had a problem with the alignment. Spoke with Jim and assured me he could take care of the problem. Whole staff was very professional and LISTENED TO ME !!!!! Both Jim and Ethan took great care of my wife and I and fixed the problem that day. They also checked to make sure there were no other problems. If you want a shop that you can trust to take care of you, this is the place. Thanks again guys for rescuing our vacation.

I was referred to this place from an old friend. I'm a lifelong mechanic, but I dont work my cars any longer and was looking for a professional and honest place. These guys were great. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They got right on top of my repair and charged a fair price, below the estimate. The ship is clean, and they were great about calling and keeping me in the loop. I recommend them very highly and thank them for their great service. Bonus, they are NAPA and AAA certified and even offered my son a ride home.Thanks again.

I had just returned from a trip to Oregon and the first thing I had to do was go to the post office and when I got into my car I could not believe how hot it was so I went online and did a search for auto repair shops and after going over the reviews I decided to go with the one that had the best reports and I called and they said to be there the next morning and after my experience with Toyota and their super high prices I was willing to try another place and when they called me and said my car was ready I got there and when they gave me the bill I could not believe the cost. This is a 2006 Toyota and they did not tell me that everything in this car needed work like Toyota did, so I paid the bill and I headed home and I was shocked when I felt the cold air coming out and when I got home my wife said she had to go to the store and when she got home she gave me a big hug and thanked me for getting this done. I will be recommending Allied to any and all of the people I talk to. We are retired and can t afford very much so it was great seeing this bill and knowing what Toyota wanted to charge us for this work so I was really glad we chose Allied. You are greeted by Len and after talking to him about the problem he made you feel right at home, you need to stop here when you need any auto repairs. HF

These guys we're able to do in one day when I haven't been able to get the Kia dealership to do in almost 5 years my car had significant electrical problems since the day I bought it the dealership kept giving me excuses as to why it wasn't their fault as an Uber driver I was losing income and standing with my company due to excessive downtime they couldn't schedule me for an appointment for almost a month and a half a totally unacceptable situation from my point the guys at Allied diagnose the problem for $99 which is $300 cheaper than the dealership had proposed then they fixed the problem in less than 24 hours basically saving my bacon.. I recommend these guys to all the other Uber drivers and all my friends. they were quick professional congenial reasonably priced and most importantly they delivered the goods as promised... sadly that's a rarity today.. these guys are now my go-to source for car repair... thanks fellasServices: Electrical repair, Electrical

Allied has been my go to for 10 years. I ve had two cars with them and they are very easy to work with and let me tell you it s nice as a woman to not feel that on the spot pressure of someone with a clip board pushing me to buy things. I asked them once to do a 60k mile service which I was expecting like $600. They looked at my history and inspected the car and told me it would only bee $200 because I had already done most of the work. Who else does this? What a relief. I can see why they ve been around so long. Ive only had to use their warranty one time because of a faulty starter which they fixed with no questions asked.I have sent many people there and will continue to do so. It s also nice to know I can keep my car longer because I can trust the work that is being done.
