Check your rental trucks THOROUGHLY because management does not. management claims that they check everything but when I got my truck the dolly was not attached accordingly and I would ve been charged for it. Now getting charged for a cleaning fee for something that I did not cause. While the manager is friendly, don t count on her to make sure everything is in good condition.

Not enough stars to rate this place.But you can stop in and meet one of the people at the best storage facility I have ever rented from and I have rented from 5 storage places in different states. this by far has the most helpful people to figure out your U-Haul needs as well as what size unit you would need. I reserved 5 U-Haul trucks . The manager at this store is awesome. It's well-lit it's the cleanest facility I've ever seen when elevators that were always working and well-lit. And the clean bathrooms. So if you need extra room don't sweat it they gotcha.

I ve rented UHauls here now twice. Both times were excellent experiences, very quick & thorough service. I left my garage door opener once and they took my name and were quick to call back the next day and go the extra mile and look for it for me. Great people to deal with all around, highly recommended. Will be back!

Great for storage. Carolyn is wonderful and helpful with whatever you need. She helped us secure the right size unit for a great price. Clean and cool units. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Becoming a reflection of the negativity overwhelming vegas even after I have been a very good customer for YEARS, Now i'm not happy. It's like the last piece of crumbs of my peace and remnant of emotional sanctuary is wrecked

Carolyn and Dylan are the heart of this property. In all my years of renting, they have been by far the most accommodating, respectful, helpful (even willing to lend a helping hand), and clean. If my personal circumstance would not have changed, I would not hesitate to have kept my belongings here. Five stars over and over

If I could give the customer service and this very tidy facility more than 5 stars I would. Carolyn (site manager) is an amazing human who puts the customer's needs first. She is helpful, kind and an all around great person who knows her stuff. One of the many examples I can give is on move in day where she brought me not one but two flashlights so I could have a well lit unit to organize my things. If anyone in the Summerlin area needs extra space to store there stuff, look no further than Carolyn and All Storage Summerlin. You won't be disappointed!

I can t imagine a better staff. Carolyn and Tom made the move a delight with cold water on the hot days and hot coffee on the cold ones. They were pleasant, friendly and even let me borrow a crescent wrench to breakdown one of my tables. Would definitely store here again.

I gave a bad review and it has been Deleted. So I will post again. Terrible service, roofs leak ruining your belongings, almost half inch wide gaps on floors entering building so you can dump your belongings on floor trying to get inside. Lights turned off while your inside and in a pitch black building. I had to feel my way along the walls to get out from the second floor. Entrance gate turned off before closing time. Late charges before due date. You will be sorry if you go here.

The management is awesome! It is a very secure site! The property is well maintained, and it's right next to a Terrible's with cheap gas!

This is such a clean and friendly place. I enjoy seeing Carolyn and Dillon each time I go in they both are always smiling and ready to help. Thank you both for keeping my stuff safe.

Deserves all 5 stars. Customer service is great. The staff is very friendly, respectful and always ready to assist in anyway they can. Looking for a convenient storage facility with A1 service, they are the ones.

K Dennison was so nice! I was in a Jam and had to move my stuff. All the U hauls were reserved in the Valley and I needed help. Mr. Dennison was so kind, he found a truck for me.Thank you

I have to say Carolyn is the best, I was completely stressed out and she made this move so much easier... I will recommend this storage facility to any and everyone not only is it clean and spacious halls, elevator but carolyn has exceptional customer service skills, she went above and beyond to help my move easier, exceeded my expectations 5 stars is just not enough.

They need to prevent cars that are not loading or unloading into or out of the storage units from parking next to the curb so those who meed to get through to their units or leave. I suggest to paint the curb red and post signs that say no parking or yellow for loading and unloading only.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The units were very clean, no odors or debri on property. Multiple security cameras. Definately check them out if looking for storage space!

They can not get it right they try to put your things into auctions and hope that you don't show up before they do so. They never call you ....
