My wife went in to get 4 used tires. They gave her 3 different brands two had very low tread which they put on passenger side the other two had decent tread but one had sidewall cracking that I measured at 3/32 deep that they tried to fill with polish. So low tread on passenger decent on driver side??? They're clearly trying to have her return for a wheel rotation. She went back and they told her the ones with low tread were a good brand and were supposed to be like that and said they were out of used tires to replace the cracked one. A tire shop out of tires?...clear case of ripping off an unknowledgeable customer.

I've been with my Aldana family for 10 years and counting! I won't ever take my vehicles anywhere else and I purchased my Ford Expedition from Victor and Family during our covid shutdown. They are the best and I'm glad I'm part of the family!!! My Husband to!! Thanks Victor and Mr. Aldana and Sam, Troy, Fabian and the other Mechanic at Mr. Aldana's shop on Rancho! Victor's shop is on West Craig Blvd.

Thank you for making things right. I was excited to find a mechanic to help with my car. Started to be disappointed when I found other situations created with no apologies. Full transparency is what makes customers trust you. You did step up and correct it and for that I am grateful. Your quote in the window about strength is very fitting. The service was great. I came before they opened, but they were still nice enough to answer my questions. When I returned to get a used tire I was in and done less then 20 minutes. I love going places and getting good services with nice employees. Thanks for the great service!

I called here because I needed a new wheel and a couple new tires. Spoke to Troy (who also did my work) and he gave me a great price. To be honest, this was the best repair shop experience I've ever had. Troy was super friendly and knowledgeable an gave me an even better price than I was quoted. All in all a great experience and I've been referring friends and family here ever since. They don't do everything but all of the work they did for me was great. Add great prices to great work and service and you get a place like this, pretty close to perfect.

Bought a set of tires and they scratched my rims very badly. They had someone spray paint them to fix it and they look horrible. They said they were going to order new rims but have not. It has been months of getting the run around and they still have not fixed their mistake. They won't return my phone calls. Terrible service.

I had screw stuck in my tire. Discount tires was recommended, not the place to go had me sitting around for an hour to upsell me a tire. They said my tire was coming apart. I left there and seen Aldana tires. They hady tire patched up and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Great place thank u

Horrible service my car still has the same problem. They are money hungry thugs with no respect towards us at all. Go spend your hard working money at a place that cares about you as a live person with real life problems.

The price for mounting and balancing in my tires was more than fair. They were fast and friendly. I will definitely go back to this place they're great!

Terrible service, arrived at the shop and waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me. Nobody ever came into the shop from the garage. Absolute waste of time!
