So I can t here to get a replacement tire. After telling them what size I needed and them asking multiple people they communicated they didn t have my tire. So I go down the street to another tire place and purchase a tire there bring it back to them. Now all of a sudden I ve purchased a bad tired and they have a tire available for me now, 2 tires in fact!!! So not only did you waste my time by having me go pay for a tire elsewhere because you guys can keep up with your inventory. You guys also charged me for the tires from you guys so in less than 20 minutes I am out $130 . ITS GIVING SCAM.

Had an unexpected flat when I got in my car to head to work & was stressing out because I ve been strapped for cash, and it s close to the holiday. I went to the closest discount tire and found out I had a nail in my back tire.Turns out it wasn t patchable. The guy that helped me was extremely short & impatient. I had asked for a couple minutes to make a few calls to see what the best course of action was since I wasn t in any position to buy a new tire.When I called in I spoke to Favian and he put me at ease right away. I don t know much about tires or cars alone so he was nice enough to help me figure out my tire size to see if they had a used one in stock.He confirmed they had a used tire in my size in stock, and I headed straight there. When i arrived, they took my car in right away and Fabian told me they d have my car back within ten minutes. When he gave me the keys back he also let me know they checked my back breaks which were still in good condition. Their pricing is very fair and affordable.The employees at Aldana are very friendly & welcoming, and they re there to help and not try to upsell you.I will definitely be back for any future tire maintenance!Highly recommend!

Worst shop in north Vegas they made my 71 year old mother take out a loan for new Catalytic converter and gave her nothing they put together something like a catalytic converter but was not what she paid for and then lied to are face after we got it check out and they told us that they got over on my mother don t shop with these people they will lie to your face scam artist 2000 dollars terrible

Great service, I bought a used tire that was almost new. Paid 65$ out the door for a tire that would have cost about 190$ new. Took less then 20 minutes. Friendly and fast.

Went to get my water pump thermostat and temp sponsor replaced and paid the price as the problem still persists with overheating and smoking when I called to try and get help with a tow to the shop I was only met with oh well sorry. their conduct is unprofessional and they will do the bare minimum while charging $120 an hour for just labor and the work is absolute trash don't trust them with your car or your money one of the worst I've delt with..Update 4 days later the car is now getting hot even faster and throwing steam worse than before God I love dealing with this while already struggling to make ends meat it's my favorite...

They sold me 4 dry rot tires when I came back rhe owner told me he didn't give a shot and he didn't care about my tires. Didn't give me a refund. He put my family life in danger and my tire blew out on the freeway almost killing everyone. He sales any type of tire and doesn't care about the people he serves.

These guys are awesome! They go beyond for their customers. My car part wasn't available that day and I didn't have a way to get home. Miguel was very attentive and worked like crazy to find a solution. Victor was very kind to drive me across town and take me home. They even offered to pick me up the next day. They won over a customer. I'll be back.Update 2 days later: My check engine light is on. It wasn't there before and I'm still having the same problems that I had before. They want to do a diagnostic on my car, says it'll cost $85. Shouldn't they have done that the first time?? I'm not going to give over $200 to get a repair and turn around and have to pay to get the problem corrected. I'm going elsewhere. I trusted them to fix my car, not pay for their guesses. I'll take it the Firestone across the street...at least they'll correct the work.

Had a nail in my tireAfter just a few minutes they let me know it was repairable so they patched it up and I was on my way a few minutes later.Happy with the service and even happier with the pricing. With friendly customer service, good pricing and quick service, I wouldn t go anywhere else.

All except for the last time I would give them five stars when the old man's son told me there's nothing more they can do for my car almost everything in my car is new but it still won't pass smog. But the people are nice and helpful. They did try about everything I can think of and them too. The remedy is for me to sell the car trade the car in or junk yarded it. Not happy.

Very Friendly staff price I had 4 very nice look like new tires installed and included balance for a very good price and on TIME!!! , plus on day I picked up they fixed a squeaky noise I discovered at no cost!!! these guys are great, I met the owner and he was very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend them extremely fair and Honest.

I was really desperate for a tire...all the shops on spring mountain road were overpriced for tires and most the guys act like they didn't want to service a female. Needed a 225/65R16 and this is the only shop out of the 10 I contacted that was nice enough to give me a decent price and to inform me of another size I could use since they didn't have my exact size. I highly recommend this location for tires/tire repair. Great service, informative workers, just a great experience. Thank you so much guys! I really appreciate you!

I ve been using Aldana s for a few years now on all my vehicles. Victor always gives me the best price possible and they stand behind their work. I ve never had an issue with their work. I will continue to use them in the future and refer them to family and friends.

This is one of the only shops in town my mom trusts her car with. Found them almost two years ago when she needed a spare tire and we've been going back to them every since. We love Favian and the crew!

Not bad. Needed a tire replaced...they quoted me a price at first..then came back and gave me a higher price. It was Saturday and i didnt want to waste me day driving around so i went ahead with the replacement. They kept my red valve cap and replaced it with a black plastic one. Probably won't be back because of this.

Do not come here. They tried to overcharge me 701 dollars to change my abs systems and they also stole my wax pin in my car. I left it on my cup holder in the front and when I came back it was completely gone. I called them back and they kept denying it. If u end up coming over here DO NOT leave anything valuable in your car they may steal it.

This place was great. The prices were good. I got 2 front tires look almost new, an oil change, and 8 lugs for $110. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Last Thursday it is now Tuesday got tires mounted and balanced little over priced but only place open at the time. After driving on them horrible shake at 65+ today was able to go back and they said it's the tires they ride rough I explained it's not a rough ride it is a shake they want to charge more to fix their incorrect balance job.

This is terrible thy just scammed my mother over a catalytic converter said that they put a new one in but did nothing made her get a loan for 1700 to pay them and just took her money and knowing her husband just died and she didn t even have the moline that just smiled right in her face like it was nothing do not shop with them at all shady people.

Wow, this place is a SCAM! Called for a quote on a NEW trailer tire, went down to purchase a NEW trailer tire and what was sold to me was 13yr old used tire. I realized this when I got home to take the tire out of my car. When I called back to confront them about it, they wanted to charge me again, ultimately costing me twice the price! Completly unwilling to resolve the situation and terrible customer service.

My go to tire place in North LV, Victor took me in on a Saturday when they were busy to patch a tire up. Took no more than 15 mins. Great Place and great people working there.

if you're looking for a real mechanic a real person that relates to you and your vehicle ALDANAs is the place if you're looking for somebody you can trust and come back to I'm thankful and nope nobody paid for this comment THEY EARNED IT

Called around to a few places for a quote on a simple tire patch. Then when a white girl in her 20's shows up in a Honda the price mysteriously goes up (ehm tire place across from Santa fe Station). Aldana Tires is fast, friendly, and honest. Hard to find these days. Thanks guys.

This place is a 100% scam. I bought 2 tires from them an both where dam near split. Also told me I needed a Wheel Hub and Tie Rods to fix the issue. After $500 worth of work my car i worse then when I came. This place is a SCAM.
