If you want the best customer service come to this auto one!! Hector the MGR and his staff are the best around!! They will help you! Their customer service is by far the best in Vegas!!Hector helped me above and beyond. My car got fixed for half the price a mechanic shop wanted to charge me. Hector ran some test for free!! Found the issue and got me grinning from ear to ear!! Left me with $100 extra in my pocket and now I m head out with my honey in my reliable car that s now fixed!!Thank you Hector!!You made a life long customer with me ! I m telling everyone come her when you don t want the run around and just want your car fixed!

Upon meeting Mister Jonathan he greeted me warmly and proceeded to work on my issue with my fob key. He was meticulous and gentle and stated that he wanted to make sure he wouldn t break anything. Since this was my first time changing out my fob key battery, I felt so thankful for his professional attention. He even took the liberty to pull up a video online to show how it was done. I am thankful I not only learned something new but had excellent service from him and his team. Even though it was such a small purchase, I felt like a VIP there. Thank you so much to Mister Jonathan and his team for taking care of my auto car parts needs. If you have any questions or need help with your car, I highly recommend this location. The staff cares about your needs and you don t just feel like a number, but truly a valued customer.

The manager, Johnathan was so nice!He helped my daughter and I purchase windshield wipers for her car, (switched out the incorrect ones on her car and put them on my car which they fit) and put them on for us!Super helpful and just very kind and easy to deal with. I'm telling everyone to go there for parts, especially wipers!

My experience here, Advance Auto was really great Sean here at Lake me and Tenaya, Las Vegas Nevada help me out a lot. He was very kind, sweet and easy to get along and he understood everything I was trying to say. He was very experienced what he was telling me I would definitely recommend my friends and other relatives to come and share the same experience with Sean.

Shawn was awesome. He checked my battery and alternator. He showed me all battery recommendations for my vehicle and installed it free of charge. He was friendly and told me about the app for discounts. Id come back here for sure because of this interaction

Noelia was so helpful and well knowledgeable she came out and change my battery when the other two guys working with her didn't want to even touch it. She explained her manager showed her how to correctly change even a difficult battery like the one in my car, infact she's already did 6 other battery's before I came today. I was very impressed with how curteous she was. I'm giving her five stars for a great job done, She should train her two co- workers on how to really help the customer.Thanks again Noelia.

My Mom had a burned tail light and while I was in town we wanted to get it fixed. We stopped by the Advance Auto Parts Store 8248 and Noelia and Shawn were the best! They helped us find the right light, and they guided us through how to install the new light. Thank You Advance Auto Parts for your professionals and for keeping my Mom safe as she drives in Las Vegas.

Came in with a bad battery that would not start my car(had to jumpstart, clicking , etc.), tested good but Gary helped me warranty it out so I could get going about my day. He was very personable and helpful along with other employees Noelle working at the time. 5 stars to these employees!!

Ross and Nicole are the best!! I was looking everywhere for a lower radiator hose no one had it, Ross was standing outside he had just got off and heard I was looking and could not find it, he took it upon himself to search and find it Nicole went in and ordered it for me on her time off!!
