My sales rep, Grace, was exceptional in listening to my needs. She was not pushy and her communication and follow-ups were super genuine. The sales manager, Jonathan was awesome and made the whole experience calm, cool, and collected. I always felt like he was fighting for me to get the sale, as opposed to trying to get one over on me. No surprises in the end, like other greaseball dealerships try to do. Michael in finance was very nice and super informative as well. Whole team was very friendly and I will be sending my family and clients to them to give them even more business. Thanks again guys!

Has some issue with the car smoking and stalling when it only had 54k mileage on it . Our service advisor Dom did everything he could to make sure we were updated, and taken care of completely. Helped us have our service which were covered under warranty and provided excellent service . The staff were friendly and accommodating. Wouldn t have chosen another dealership.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection

They were very fast and efficient. Initially, I was told that the service would be 3 to 4 hours. They had it done in one and a half hours. Friendly staff and beautiful facility. I was very comfortable in the waiting room great coffee, machine and wide screen TV with comfortable Furniture. This is the only Hyundai store that I will go to from now on. They re wonderful.

Great service experience! I went in and was taken care of within 5 minutes. Although, this dealership is currently under construction, it did not interrupt the flow. I received my service for a fraction of the cost at my previous dealer that is closer to me. The advisor Derek was helpful and kind and my car was ready sooner than expected. I will be returning Thank you ABC Hyundai!

They were so busy but the assistant manager made us feel very heard and got us in for my service quick, it was over 2 hours before the estimated time which was cool. Everyone was very nice

It's always a pleasure to have service done at ABC. The service representatives are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I never feel like they are trying to upset unneeded service. The work on the vehicle is always superb.

Derek was amazing! This was my second lot of serious car problems in the last 6 months (the reason I now have my Hyundai) so was feeling really stressed about the whole thing! Derek and the whole team made it painless! He really understood that I was worried, found me a loaner car and made the whole thing simple. He explained what had happened was clear and concise! I will be bringing this car back to Hyundai ABC and will purchase my next car through them too! That s how impressed I was!Service: Transmission

I had a scheduled oil change at ABC Hyundai for 2:30pm on October 26, 2023. I arrived early at 2:09pm, and Albert R. efficiently checked me in, which was the only positive part of my experience. However, I ended up waiting for an extended period in the showroom due to construction in the building.Around 2:53pm, I received a text recommending additional services, which I accepted promptly. I was expecting my car to be ready shortly after that, but to my disappointment, it was only ready by 4:09pm. I returned to the portable building to find Albert with another customer. The wait continued, and it wasn't until 4:16pm that he called me to his desk, apologizing for the long delay.While I appreciate the apology, it's frustrating to think that my vehicle was ready for quite some time, and I could have left much earlier. I finally left ABC Hyundai at 4:25pm, nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment. This excessive wait time for a simple oil change, multi-point inspection, and filter replacement was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing.

I had an 8 am appointment and was serviced right away. I was looking forward to spending a couple of hours there, but was less than an hour. The waiting area was inviting, clean, and stocked with refreshments. The customer service was excellent. My advisor, Dominick was very professional and courteous. And all of that came with a smile. I say yes to ABC Hyundai!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

When I advised Dominique that the check engine light was on he bolted from his chair, grabbed the diagnostic tool and advised as to the possible problems pending a full test. There was not a safety issue. He was adept at handling what I confess was an agitated customer who was upset about the possibility of additional repairs. Anyway I could not leave the car over the weekend and the light went off.

I was a little disappointed because the repair on my car will take atleast 10 days to replace the engine and there is no available loaner nor rental. Hard with 2 kids at home without any car to used incase of emergency. I have to rent a car on my own to have some transportation at home. After few days my service advisor managed to get me a loaner and it works perfectly till my car was finished. The repair was good...the service advisor did a good job!! He explained to me everything that was done on my car and the needed maintenance in future.. great customer relationship.... Well done Mr Albert Rodriguez. I will definitely recommend ABC Hyundai to my friends and family.

Paul and the service team were fantastic and made the entire process simple and relatively straightforward. I know that when I plan to buy a new vehicle if the rest of the staff are as attentive as Paul then I will be going back to them to buy that vehicle.

Great service once again. The tow truck driver delivered my car, I didn t have to go until the work was completed and the car was ready to pick up. Paul handled everything by phone and text.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone in the service department at ABC Hyundai. After going through a traumatic experience with the body shop after an accident, Paul was so helpful and kept me up to date with every aspect of what was going on with my car. He helped me out on a bad situation by offering a loaner car, which was invaluable..The technician who worked on my car did an outstanding job with the repair, as my car is now driving normal after a lot of front and damage was done in the accident.I'm also really thankful for the assistant manager Justin who accommodated me on a weekend into getting another loaner car after I got a screw in the tire of my loaner.Really everyone was so accommodating and kind throughout this process. I can't thsnk everyone enough!!!! Highly recommend!

Albert was friendly and professional. He provided consistent updates to let me know when I ll be able to pick up my car. They were able to replace the part that was causing charging issues. So, I drive an hour for a recall, you check the car tell me it needs the part and you will order it. So I drive an hour home and wait for the call saying we have the part so I can drive an hour again. It's a recall you should have parts in stock.
