So I ended up catching a flat and my car luckily could only make it thankfully to this shop. That's where I met Jovann, one of the store managers. I told him how my tire that was just popped was still under warranty at my firestone up the street. So instead of sending me away or trying to sell me a story of needing to charge me. He did me a solid and cranked my car up and allowed the car that was trailing me to take me to get my new tire & come back for him to put it on for me. I love customer service and when you find people willing to go over and beyond. Def rare, so I made sure to give him a generous tip for being Amazing. THANK YOU AGAIN JOVANN!!!

Stay away from these guys. They re all scam artists they ripped us off!Charged me $1000 to repair a check engine light drove off the lot. The light came back on. They said it was a different problem and they can t fix it. Kept my money complete scam Artists!

Stopped by the other day to get passport photos. This location is really a one-stop shop - you have everything you'd expect to find at a AAA office but there's also an auto shop next door with a shared office area.For passport photos specifically, you walk in and let the person at the front know you need a pic and they'll ask you to come around you the back. Digital camera pic against a lighted background, print, cut, and done. All in about 5 minutes.I want to say the standard price is $20.00 but if you're a AAA member, it's $9.75. I used to go to Walgreens or CVS but it's hard to say who is staffing the photo section nowadays and I didn't want to risk having my passport application returned because my pic was jacked up.

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. BETWEEN KEN AND GABE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLY. I MEAN THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FACE TO FACE. STARING WITH KEN THEY TOLD ME THE WORK WOULD BE A HR THEY TOLD MY WIFE 2 house and our baby was with her I got her a Lyft home. A man in back of ken advised they are able to pay the Lyft so yes they was able to take the money off the diagnostic. Ok I call around and got the part from Kia. I called to make sure I had the correct part have told me yes I go by the part from Kia dealer and bring it and they call me and say this is the part. I m like didn t you tell me it was the right part so now I m stuck waiting for the part have said I had to pay for the part and they didn t accept cash have stated he ordered the part so I pray he did they lie so much. However the worst part is they didn t offer anything for the inconvenience they caused. They lady in service offered me some coupons and I was able to get 50$ bc of her. I would definitely never come here it honestly makes me want to cancel my membership. Ken and Gabe will literally tell you anything and it s messed up bc you don t know you would think you can trust them but you can t. I definitely wouldn t advise coming here if I could give 0 starts I would that s how bad this service was.

I was there to renew my vehicle registration. The kiosk was right in the front lobby, very accessible, easy and convenient to use. If you need help, the AAA agents will assist you.

AAA has definitely earned my trust and respect! They definitely helped me and fix my baby and get us back on the road!! They explain and break it down to me on what needs to be fixed and the pricing!! I will definitely bring my car back to them for any service for my baby!!Jovan and his crew went beyond for my car and I, I really appreciate him and his crew!! They even surprised me with a coffee from Dutch Bros, they truly are good people!!& I am grateful for them!!Much Mahalo to you guys..

Thank you guys for assisting me with my car troubles. This was my first time at this location and I was very impressed with their service. My car was dropped off on a Tuesday and ready by Thursday. Robert G was a big help and kept me updated on when my car would be ready. John (I believe, the manager) was very friendly and greeted me each time he came out of his office. When I called back after Robert would call me, Ken was very polite on the phone and fast transferring my calls. Thank you Michael M for inspecting my car. I will be back for my oil change John. Thanks guys !

I went into the office located on rainbow in Las Vegas NV when a worker gotup from his computer, looked at me then pointed at the door and was immediately walked out of the store. I don't know if he thought I was homeless or what, but, I was wearing dress pants and a dress shirt. I in my 56 years of life have never been asked to leave a business. I was simply going to ask for or if they were still making street maps of the Las Vegas area . I wasn't even given a chance to speak. I took a break from using your services since I had also had a problem with the office in Akron Ohio with being ignored because there was a suspected shop lifter in the office. I would think with all of the car insurance companies offering roadside service for $38-$59 a year that you would be more competitive and train your office staff a lot better. I sincerely don't think I will be renewing my membership. I've received better service from the tow truck driver that's been up for 26 hours straight than here.

Every employee was courteous, polite and eager to assist with helping me register my car, and the other employee was very polite and kind. Great attitude. I asked to be assist with checking my tires, and he did so with a smile.

I must say, the Guys at this location are simply amazing!! I had my car services there for a new radiator and the work was done in record timing. Kenneth, Jovan and Robert in the service side are phemaonal. They got us in and out in no time. We had a full radiator replacement done on our 2008 Nissan. This was not an easy job nor was I prepared for this. However they made this process simple and easy. They had my car done in no time at all. The work done on our car was done with care and completed efficiently, their customer service was out of this world. These guys are amazing!! I don t trust my car with anyone else, at this point, AAA 6440 S Rainbow service is my go to from now on. 5 stars no!, 10 Stars for Kenneth. 10 star for Jovan and 10 Stars for Robert!! You guys are the BEST!!!! Thank you so much for the impeccable service and thank you for getting us back on the road with time to spare!! You guys ROCK!!! 100 STARS!!!!

We were shopping for a new car and home insurance, ended here after making a lot of calls to different companies, and the quality of service and treatment that we received from Diana was superb,second to none very personalized service, took the time to go thru every single detail and questions that we had. We are very pleased with the prices and the services that we received. I would definitely recommend these guys, go check them out before you buy car insurance.

Terrible customer service. Once the agent gets your money, you can't get them on the phone again. I paid my car insurance for 02/23 for Nevada. Relocated to California on 03/01/2023. Set up car insurance in California on 03/04/23. California agent communicated the change to the Nevada agent. I had a refund from the Nevada policy. The Incompetent Nevada agent mailed my check to my old Nevada address. When I called to complain and requested that they send the money to my debit card, they said no. And, to further punish me for being dissatisfied with their service, they voided the mailed check without my knowledge or consent or an updated address to mail it to. I had to call AAA headquarters in California to get the matter resolved.

When we visited it was not crowded and the workers were professional, friendly and helpful. $20 for International Driving Permit and $3 Notary Public are hard to beat!

I didn't visit the physical store. I was just gifted a car from my family. My brother in law bought me a membership for AAA Roadside Service.I used the website. They have apps but I opted to use the website. It is the easiest website I've used to get my membership started it was a 1-2-3 step process. Immediately afterwards I had access to all the information I needed about what's covered, the # to call for assistance and a host of other good to know perks.I didn't interact with a live person though. It was online. Good website.

Vehicle was repaired at the AAA Auto Repair center. The starter and water pump. The starter failed within a couple months and needed to be replaced again. Worst yet the water pump failed as well and caused the engine to overheat causing engine damage. Filed a complaint with AAA corporate office and they simply submitted the complaint to the repair shop over two weeks ago. As of today the repair shop hasn t contacted me to resolve this. Will have to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair Shops and file a suit in Small Claims court. An absolute nightmare. At a minimum the repair shop should refund the full repair charge and furthermore should offer some compensation due to engine damage caused directly by the engine overheating due to the faulty water pump installation.

My car needed extensive repairs. I had been to this location before and Donnie had always taken care of me. Donnie is always friendly and courteous. This time my representative was Steve. He did a great job of explaining and arranging my service. I highly recommend AAA car service center on Rainbow in Las Vegas.

I needed. Proof of insurance for the DMV and this location was closer so I went in for the first time. Upon walking in I was completely ignored until a woman with a customer stopped and rudely asked me what I needed before directing me to stand in front of an empty counter and wait, which I was already doing. After about 10 minutes another employee showed up and after repeating everything to her I was eventually helped. The AAA on Charleston by red rock has much better customer service. There's nothing like going into a business you give money to and feeling unwelcome. It's almost enough to make me switch to a company where I am welcome to visit a branch for assistance.

Interested in signing up for a membership. Decided to go into an actual office and maybe get a sales rep a few dollars in commission for the sale. Walked in, stood there at the front and wasn t acknowledged at all. Just walked back out. Now I m looking at other options

Joe Brown has excellent customer service skills; he is amiable, patient and easy to deal with; he answered every question I had but the best was that Joe was able to give me great insurance rate so I switched to AAA.
