It was hard to get an appointment scheduled yet once I got there it was DEAD. I used a coupon for the synthetic oil change for $59.95 and then they replaced my cabin air filter ($36.42) and air filter ($26.77) bringing my total with taxes to $137.54 and it took a little over 1 hour. I have no idea what took so long considering I was very clearly the only customer they were working on. Daniel was nice but when I had called and discussed my tire light being on he had told me they could check it for me, when I got there in person he told me they don't do diagnostics for dashboard lights because they don't have the tool for it and could only put some air in the tires for me. For $137.54 I could have gone somewhere else and had the tire patch done along with the oil change. Even as a AAA member, the "savings" weren't worth it. I will not be returning because I didn't feel cared about as a customer despite being the only customer they were managing the entire morning.

Awesome service that I have come to expect from AAA. Daniel the service writer even helped us locate an economical hotel for the time it would take our vehicle to be repaired. Super kudos to all there!

These guys revived my 22yo Durango R/T! From diagnosis, thru finding the required parts, and finally the repair, they got Blue back on the road! They have my vote of confidence and my future business. Thanks to all involved in the process.

went in for a check engine light diagnostics, came up as a purge valve repair. 2600$ later I got my car back, having gas tank dropped and new fuel pump assembly. never offered old parts to view, and according to Manual purge pump is on top of engine ????? maybe I'm just paranoid since I'm a senior woman

My vehicle was towed here and the process was great. From AAA road side assistance to AAA auto repair staff. Gladly paid my diagnostic fee because I needed my car fixed and they made sure it was fixed properly. This is why I like going to AAA there work is guaranteed. I could have gone else where and paid less but realistically. Cheap does not always mean good. Thank you mechanics and staff

I was very impressed with the whole experience from the beginning with Mike in the front desk to Frendindo. They checked out my car and called to let me know what they found before doing any work. Great experience overall.

Misdiagnosis, quoted over $2,100 for whole AC system. Which they insisted needed replaced because of blockages. I declined service and fond a new shop which fixed the leakage and replaced hoses, which fixed the problem. These guys are scammers which prey on people with little knowledge of cars.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Worse customer service ever! We never saw them take our car into the shop to look at it but came out to tell us we needed a new engine. When we questioned them about it, they kicked us out of the shop. Be careful with these people. I don't think they can be trusted.

My van broke down on the freeway last month. The tow driver recommended them, and I am a triple A member. They charged me $144 to diagnose my water pump and wanted $1,800 to fix it. My regular mechanic charged $900. So they have a fancy facility and some fancy dealership prices.

AAA came they sent me his telephone number because he was in the wrong location the communication is wonderful and said I needed to wait an hour he showed up 10 minutes later wonderful company!

As a long time AAA member, I needed my vehicle towed to a repair shop after a vehicle breakdown. I trusted AAA to tow my vehicle to a reputable shop. Unfortunately, they sent me to these guys. While they did repair the problem, I think that charging $145 just to diagnose the problem is a ripoff. Whatever happened to the days when a reputable repair shop would diagnose a malfunction, repair it, and charge a fair price for their work? Shame on AAA for allowing these companies to traffic off their good name. North Rancho Auto Repair Center are thieves, and I recommend avoiding them.Service: Transmission

Took my car there 3 times over the summer. Every time I went there wasn't another issue ! Spent over $3,300 at the shop. My car is now leaking oil worst than when I originally took my car in. After 3 visits I do not trust them. Took my car to another shop. The manager there reviewed all the invoices and discovered the work that they claimed to do was never even done on my car. I was charged for parts and labor yet the work was never done. The same mechanic work on my car. Long story short I'm waiting to speak to the manager at AAA to get my money back. To fix all the issues it's going to cost me another $1,900! This car was for my 16 daughter . They made the car worse ! Not only that her safety was at risk ! Along with my 5 year old son. Please avoid this shop . Hopefully I can get resolution and not have to take legal action. Manager was not available in Saturday so I have to wait until Monday to even get an answer.

Terrible, cost me over $700 for a mis diagnosis. Told me I needed a whole new motor. And all it needed was a timing chain and guard. There lazy can't believe there associated with AAA. Adrian and Mike the managers are douche Bags 4 real.

I feel like this is the first honest car repair shop that I have found. They give us honest assessment and they tell us exactly what it's going to cost. They are so upfront that I I'm completely unused to this time type of treatment. I highly recommend this place.

When my car wouldn t start recently, even with the help of a AAA truck, I okayed having my car towed to a brand new AAA repair facility closer than my usual repair shop. It was also appealing to be offered a 10% discount on labor. I was shocked when I was charged almost $800 for a new battery and negative battery cable. According to the manager of my normal shop, that was at least $ 300 more than I should have been charged. I regret having my car repaired there.Service: Battery

Very happy with this company even though I did not have them do any work after they told me what was wrong with my vehicle and they gave me their opinion. I still paid for the diagnostics and work they did to determine the problem.

SUPER POOR VALUE: Total oil change charge was about $30, and got another charge of $25 for LABOR for changing air filter. A LABOR charge of $25 for changing air filter is ridiculous, SUPER POOR VALUE. Not recommended. Please read additional reviews on YELP .com and you'll see why this place is not recommended.

Was quoted 6500 for a transmission, found a place nearby that quoted me 2900 ... Very friendly staff ,my only issue of course being that the price was too high .

Don't go here! They are scams! They tried to rush me to get roters and break pads that I didn't need (1,200) I went to Midas and they said my car doesn't need maintenance for another 30,0000 miles I wouldn't recommend this place0!Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change
