This is by far the best mechanic I have come across in Las Vegas. I'm from Los Angeles and it's been a challenge to find a trustworthy mechanic. My car broke down on the side of the freeway in the middle of the night. I called AAA and the tow truck driver Lamont was amazing and I'm forever grateful for his service. He was able to identify what was wrong with my car without any inspections, and suggested that he tow my car to AA Auto Care. He told me the main mechanic, George, would be able to look at my car first thing in the morning and identify the issue. I've been dealing with electrical issues with my car since 2020 and George looked over my car and found a solution immediately. I'm forever thankful for his service, not only did he solve the issues I paid for but he also added an oil change, changed all of my fluids, and even made a new key fob for my car since I didn't have a spare. I'm now a loyal customer. If you need a good mechanic I recommend this shop to anyone in Vegas. They also have 24hour towing service. Thank you George and your team for assisting us during this trying time, and making it a great experience despite the frustrations from my car. You are the Greatest!!!!!

I ve being using this location for about 2 years now and I wish I would ve known about them sooner. George and Joe are very cool and down to earth! My truck is a 2011 and has a lot of wear n tear that they ve corrected for me. Made a huge difference in how my truck drives! She may be a 2011 but she drives like the recent models! Thank fellas/crew!

I've been using this mechanic for about a year now and I have to say Joe is the nicest person. He has never once made me feel dumb for not knowing everything he asks about my vehicles, always warm and welcoming. I feel it's more difficult as a female to deal with mechanics and that's not the case here. Pricing is great, communication is great, just all around a great mechanic that I have recommended to several people. Thank you Joe for being such a great guy!!

Brought my car in March 23rd for a diagnosis everything was fine however, A gift card that was in my side door panel has been missing since. I never thought this would happen while they re supposed to be working they re ransacking my car. If you take your car here.. take all your belongings before leaving it with them. Review the camera and contact me!!

We have used AA Auto for 5 years. They do good work and are fair in their pricing and what has to be done. Options are given for work, and the customer decides what they want/need done. I highly recommend this business.

Long story short. This place let me drive off without putting my wheel nuts back on that they took off. I had to call them to ask them about why my wheel nuts weren t put back on or at least given back to me after another mechanic shop noticed it hours later. The owner proceeded to say they looked everywhere for my wheel key but did not let me know they needed that key nor did they let me know they took it off and were basically not going to give it back to me. The owner I spoke to was rude, short, unapologetic and rushed me off the phone after asking him repeatedly why they wouldn t communicate with me that they needed that key in order to put my wheel nuts back on. He then stated that they are open on Tuesday and I can have them put it back on Tuesday morning & then hung up. It is currently Friday 12/22/23. I see they are open tomorrow (which is Saturday) This is something serious and could cause me an accident. I am appalled that this place would let me drive off without saying a word about my wheel nuts. The owner and this place obviously do not care about people and I m glad I didn t give them my service and decided to go with another place.

Joe, George, and the team did a great job! They were able to get my vehicle fixed the same day when other shops were telling me it would take a month to order the part and get fixed! They absolutely beat dealer's prices and get the job done much quicker. Only feedback I have is that whoever did the work in the engine compartment lacked some attention to detail. The air filter was installed backwards so the cover wouldn't shut and was hanging open. The battery terminal cover was not replaced and was left laying on another part of the engine, and there was a bit of a mess with the coolant, making me think there was a leak after I saw a small puddle under the car. Other than these small things, a great job.

THIS WAS NOT WORTH THEM DIRTYING UP MY JUST WASHED CAR AND CHARGING ME MORE THAN THEY SAID: This was my first time at any of their locations, which I told them. I said that I have a coupon for a $39.99 oil change. Turns out that they charged me full price after telling me they would give me the sale price. It says on the coupon that there is a free tire rotation, but they told me all of their guys were tied up...You see the pattern yet? Read on. I get into my car after they were done, and my door handle is dirty, my steering wheel is dirty, and there appears to be an oil mark on the inside of my door. They clearly didn't respect me or my vehicle as a first time customer, so I won't be going back. Maybe that was their plan. Some people that "look different" than you tend to do that in this country. Not saying it is or is not anything specific, but if you have an average of 4 stars and I have this experience as a first time customer, then please tell me what it is? Goooo America. I was done in 45 minutes, so it had nothing to do with being busy.

What can I say other than WOW! Had some work done on my vehicle. I spoke with a nice gentleman named George. He listen to my story from my last experience from a competitor and he said he would personally take care of the work. The car runs amazing now and was completed in just a few hours! Thank you AA Auto and staff and mainly George for seeing the human side of the situation. I recommend everyone please visit this location and ask for George.! 10++ rating!

I went in for a Fuel pump repair and came out with a defective gas tank. This shop tried to charge me $2400 to replace. I got a second opinion and was told someone damaged the rollover valve and tried to glue it back together causing an Evap leak. After some back and forth they agreed to replace the tank with a used one. A week later, check engine Evap leak is back on. Normally I dont write reviews but i'm not happy with what this shop has cost me and causing ongoing problems due to an already expensive $985 fuel pump replacement.

The Manager, David, & Asst Mgr, Sean, at the time I had some major work done were very helpful and explained & showed me what was wrong with car and explained what needed to be repaired. They sourced & priced out the parts & was able to find me a really good deal. They repaired the car & included some other minor repairs free of charge. I trust the work they did and have referred them to friends who were just as happy with the service they received. Been going here for a few years. George gives me fair prices that I research and feel is fair. And I m notorious for putting off car repairs lol. I don t feel pressured to get certain services as I know my car pretty well with different mechanics. All I can say is do your research on maintenance services and don t be afraid to negotiate with George he will work with you.This is the first place I go to cause I know they know my car well and are willing to work with me.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

George showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and after they were removed. George and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and professional. I felt that my car was in good hands and the price for all the work they did was reasonable. I plan on using AA Auto Care for all of my car services. Thank you all for such professional service. I have been going to AA Auto Care for 6 years. EVERY TIME I need something done, George give me a GREAT price and does it right! I have been referring my people (family & friends) to George at AA Auto Care since the shop at Camino El Norte! Having a 2006 Honda Accord is not all rainbows and unicorns. It constantly needs attention, love, and care. I've got 15 years experience in the car business, from Los Angeles, to Philly, to Las Vegas. And have never found anyone like George at AA Auto Care! He is 100% "MY GO TO!" He has not failed me or the people I refer to him.

Definitely impressed with honesty and quality. Took my Sentra here for second opinion after a $2600 diagnosis from dealership regarding my subframe assembly. Joe and George are both super straightforward and explained the exact problem as well as explained why dealership was trying to make me pay for much more than necessary, and what they would do instead. They fixed the issue (subframe assembly bushings) for $1100, less than half of what dealer was going to charge. In and out same day, no appointment made. I will definitely return in future. Highly recommend them.

I took my 2013 nissan altima for a brake job. I had them replace both front and back rotors along with the pads. My brakes were never fixed. I have gone back 6 times to fix the problem. They were under warranty and still not fixed. The last time I called them they said I was out of warranty and they couldn't help me. Such a scam!!...I will be calling the finance company along with my attorney. NEVER EVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Had a 2014 tuscon for about 1 year before the oil pump started to fail, and took it in George at AA auto care and after they took 1 hour to look at it he said the valves were shot and needed a new engine. After quoting me $8600 I said no then requoted a cheaper price. Took months to receive my car and engine failed from the same problem after 1 month. Warrantee covered the engine and said I overheated the engine BUT "pulled some strings to help me out" I have proof that they never replaced the first engine. After 4 months they gave me a new engine and the engine blew up 6 weeks after receiving it. George says I overheated the engine again but won't provide proof. Everytime he says he will call me back he doesn't. I've heard him curse out customers while I was on the phone. He is scamming my partner and I because we're young and AA auto care corporate ALLOWS this to happen because there are plenty of reviews having the same problem with George and his shop. DO NOT take your car here especially this location. It will cost you too much time and money than it's worth. But if you are having this issue now contact a lawyer before arguing with George because he's not smart. He will snitch on himself. I have every call recorded and I am a mechanic myself without the tools or space to do my own repairs I have proof of his deception and am taking legal action.

I ve taken my car to multiple places for multiple issues. At the end of the day, nothing gets done or fixed until I ve taken it here. I ve put way too much money into this junker of mine, but I can t afford a better car yet. In the meantime, George and Joe have kept my car reliably on the road. They have both taken the extra time to educate me on the things I didn t understand. When something has been off with a repair, they get me right in to fix the issue- ie when the brand new water pump was defective (out of their control). It s really the only shop that I feel has a genuine concern for me and my family s ability to get where we need to go safely.

I just had a terrible experience here yesterday. I got manipulated into getting a bunch of services i didnt really need. They made me feel like i needed to get all these things done immediately, and i went in for a simple oil change. I expected to get in and out paying 40-60$ for maybe 20 mims and now im in debt 900$ and i lost my whole day. I asked multiple times for just the oil change but they kept pressuring me to do all these things. I said i couldnt afford it and they kept adding services. I feel like an idiot and I realize i should have been more careful but I definitely feel like i was taken advantage of. I dont think i will financially recover from this any time soon.

I went in for an oil change before my trip to Phoenix the next day, thankfully they were able to show me how my transmission, radiator and rack & pinion systems were leaking. Suspension coils were 200k miles old as well as the spark plugs.Thanks to my new found mechanics, we were able to make our trip the next morning and make it back safely.Service: Oil change

I needed a new motor and brakes. The estimate was $5000 and George said it would take 1.5-2 weeks. I paid $4050 upfront. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called. They hadn't even started. Gave me some excuses why.Long story short, here are all the issues I had:1. They had my car for 4 weeks.2. First time I picked it up the brakes were still my old ones but they charged me for new ones. The car died on me after 23.5 miles.3. Second time I went to pick it up, the brakes still weren't changed and there was fluid leaking from the motor.4. Third time I went to pick it up, brakes were finally changed, motor was still leaking.5. Fourth time I went to pick it up, I made it 2 blocks. I turned on the AC as I was driving and the motor started shaking and I lost power.6. Finally got my car back the 5th time they told me it was ready.7. I had a full tank of gas when I dropped of the car, they returned it to me below empty, didn't say anything.8. They left McDonalds garbage (with receipt) in the front and back of my car.9. The final invoice was $4050. George charged me $5050. The math on the invoice is incorrect and he refuses to refund the extra $1000 he charged. He insisted it was correct because that was the agreement for the ESTIMATE. He charged me the estimate and not the actual price.I don't know if the mechanics are actually licensed or not but DON'T GO HERE. You might get caught in a nightmare.Services: Engine repair, Brakes

I love this place! John, the manager, is a wonderful guy. I haven t gone anywhere else for anything not even a tune up.I found them when my battery and alternator needed to be replaced. My car had rejected a couple alternators but John said, She s a good car and I believe in her. I m gonna try again. And sure enough she took it and we ve been rollin fine since!If you have a sentimental love for your car, AA Auto is the place to her!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had my AC compressor replaced here. They took the splash guard off and never put it back on. I ve called and been there in person to discuss the issue. Both times they ve taken down my information and said they would get back to me and haven t. I understand mistakes happen but I won t be coming back to a shop that can t own up to it and resolve the issue.

The employees are always so nice! David, Joe, and Audi were all there when I last went in for my oil change, and they got me in and out within 20 min! They're always so social, and make their customers feel well taken care of! I have been there on multiple occasions, for both oil changes, smogs, and some other services, they have always been so great to speak and talk with! I would recommend checking them out when you need some help!!Service: Oil change

I went to them for a smog check. Typically I have a great experience with them but this time I went about over an hour before they were supposed to close. The man at the desk just rudely tells me he s not taking me because he wants to close soon. Nice way to lose a customer!
