This shop is a joke. I literally took my truck to get ac lines replaced. When I got my truck back , barely drove off & my bottom plate underneath the truck was dragging on the road. Thank God I pulled over & checked before it got ripped off. My headlights were not even intact, were loose & not connected right. All my beauty cover screws were all gone , I had pay out of pocket for 2 parts that went missing after I got it back and fixed what they didn't! They somehow don't even know where it went, unprofessional, unorganized, & damn waste of F.ing money & time . For me to even have more problems at the end. BEWARE OF THIS MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE! Do the right thing & go elsewhere for business. The best thing you'll do I promise you! I'm not even one to leave bad reviews, even if it's not up to my standards. But this I can't let slide, got let the public know of places like this.

I m not one to normally leave negative reviews, but this business was misleading. I showed up a little before 8:00 am (supposedly opening time.) I tried calling the store, no one was there. There were other cars and a delivery truck also waiting around with me. The worker finally came at 8:18 am and wouldn t let me wait inside because she still had to count her cash and do opening duties. Afterwards only to find out, despite all their signs, THEY NO LONGER DO SMOG TESTING! lol. The lady had red hair. She directed me to their other shop all the way in Centennial instead. Nice enough, but what a disappointing experience.

On May 27, 2022 I took my vehicle into store #500 with the intent to have my AC diagnosed and repaired as it only worked intermittenly.A few hours after leaving the shop, I called to get an update and was told that it was either a compressor or a leak. Shortly thereafter it was determined to be a bad compressor and that replacing it would correct the AC issue. I agreed to have it replaced and paid $1,250.85.The AC ran fine for 2 days. I noticed the AC was no longer functioning. I called the shop and they ask that I bring it back in, but due to military orders I was unable to until July 25, 2021. During this visit, I was told that it was a fan issue. Though upset, as I believed that the fan issue should have been noticed during the first diagnostic, I agreed to pay for the repair. I paid $811.41.Three days later, I called the shop as my AC stopped blowing cool air about 2 hours after I left the shop. I took it back in on the 28th of July and was told that the compressor was bad. After explaining that they had replaced my compressor approximately 2 months prior, they said they would replace it under warranty. I picked up my car the same day. My vehicle's bumper was hanging off when I arrived home. Again, for a few hours it functioned properly and stopped working.I went back to the shop in the first week of August, but was told that they wouldn't be able to get to it that day. I brought it back on Monday August 8th. I was initially told that I would have my vehicle back the next day. I rented a car and allowed them to work on the vehicle. I called back the next day and was told that the issue was a leak and it would be repaired that day. I called back to find out this wasn't ready. I extended my rental car another day. On the 10th I received a phone call stating that my vehicle couldn't be fixed due to a sensor not functioning properlyI have spent $2,062.26 on repairs.Service: Air conditioning

This review is way overdue. My other half was traveling from Arizona to Washington State and she ended up having issues with her Mini Roadster and I told her to pull over to the nearest shop and she pulled in here. They were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We explained I would be flying in to pickup the car and would need to know it was ready to go and all. I got there to pick it up and figure I would drive a little before driving back to Washington. I drove it and it still had issues. They knew I had to get on the road asap and jumped right on it. Not even an hour later I was on my way and no issues. I appreciate them taking care of us asap knowing we were from out of town and needed to get on the road. Thanks again to you all.

Check engine light came on on the freeway as I was going home. The next day(11/16/16) I went to Big Brand tire service (formerly AA auto care). Joe Serrano has to be one of the best managers of any company EVER. THIS MAN IS EVERYTHING YOU CAN EVER ASK FOR IN A MANAGER. The price to fix my check engine light issue was exactly what I was expecting to pay. Oscar(the tech that fixed my car), Anthony and Carlos and I think there was someone else, these men deserve more recognition than they get. Mind you they just fixed a fuel leak in my car less in May. You kings are amazing at what you do. Explained everything, very personable yet professional. They don't just tell you whatever to make a buck they tell you the exact issue. I love this place and I recommend everyone to get your car serviced here. You guys are truly the best and I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced. THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN. If this were still called AA I Would NEVER have Stepped foot in the door. I will never go to any AA again. HOWEVER since they changed their name and attitude I was pleased with service and their willingness to try and fit all of us in the day. Lady up front is knowledgeable and personable. They were fair price.

Very unsatisfied with the service I was told that brakes and rotors were done and not even within 30 days it feels like my rotors are squeaking in my brakes are squeaking. I didn t took them back again and was told that because I break hard I have lines in my rotors and I need to pay another $200 for the labor but the rotors are under warranty. I m very unset about this especially when a customer like myself just pay almost $600 for rotors and back brakes

I had a GREAT experience at this car shop! The mechanics know what they're doing and they offer great prices for their services! I would DEF recommend this car shop. They earned this 5 star review! Bravo!

Minus the price, lol, my experience at this AA Auto shop was great! Angel is very fair and great at keeping me informed on the process of my car getting fixed. They finished the job when they told me, so I wasn t out of a car for long. He was upfront about everything, friendly, and I felt that I could trust him. He was also able to tell me how the damage was caused and gave me a bit more information on my car when I asked. I will definitely be returning for oil changes and other automobile problems (hopefully none) I might have in the future!Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

**Highly recommended**I am new here from a new state and one of my fears was not being able to find a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. I am very satisfied with my services I received. I needed a new battery and alternator, they didn t ADD any new service didn t recommend to replace things that didn t need to be replaced, I had my car fixed before noon! I appreciate the honesty and very fast work done.Services: Brakes, Battery

I am absolutely shocked at the positive reviews because I wouldn t ever recommend this place to anyone. I went in for an oil change, which was fine. They had some recommendations of some things they claimed needed fixing. However, after taking my car to another reputable shop I learned all I need was 2 front tires and an alignment, which was a fraction of the cost they were trying to get me for. Dishonesty never wins!!!! We work too hard to have someone purposely misdiagnose and charge that outrageous fee. Please look at my pictures Service: Oil change

I've been to this location a few times. Today I called and spoke with Angel he was very upbeat and friendly on the phone. Gave me estimated wait time for smog. When I got to shop it was clean and nice as always with a coffee station inside as well as a vending machine that fully stocked. They did the smog and also put air in my tires because my light came on a few days ago and haven't had a chance to do it myself. They always take good care of my car for our changes and some minor repairs I've had.

I took my car there because I got in my car one morning and I had no brakes! I just had brakes put on my car at a meineke establishment 2 months ago & had to take it back the day after, "they forgot to bleed the brakes lines". I swore I would never take my car there again. So that morning I had no brakes I remembered the AA Automotive around the corner. I had my car towed there Jay was very nice & professional. It was discovered one of my brake hoses was not connected!!! My car had no brake fluid, it had squirted out the rear right & was all over my tire rim!! Incompetence can get people killed!Thank you, thank you Jay for getting my brakes fixed & safe!! AA Auto is my new professional car care. Highly recommended.Service: Brake service & repair

They don't ask before recommending type of oil you need they just gave me what they wanted and when i questioned my invoice they gave me attitude and stated that's what i need to have, also they gave me my car back with the tire pressure light on when they supposedly check the tires if light is on, when i told them about that they only put air on one tire and didn't bother to check the rest. I would recommend going to the one across from here which is walking distance from that office.

Dont get sucked in by the coupon. Will not honor free tire rotation. On top of trying to upsell unecessary service or state straight up false information.

Got alternator did came back to get car and my air was blowing hot they told me to come in the the next day came back they told me I needed a new compressor lmao unbeknown to them my compressor was two weeks old took it to Cadillac and they found that they were inside the fuse box bending pins so that it would blow the fuse when turned on stay clear of these shady dudes they like playing with your time and money
