I was mishandled at A2Z Auto by Artur despite the great reviews and referrals. I was given a previous loan estimate from another dealership diagnosing my car. I sent in the estimate which Artur gave me his word he would look over my car to confirm what the problem was. After he confirmed, I left my car at his shop. Upon pick-up I realized that the same issue I had with the car was not corrected. When confronting Artur, he was unavailable and was out to lunch. He was not able to come back to inspect the vehicle. I left the vehicle at his shop in hopes to be fixed just to have him turn around and tell me " I did what you told me to do" as if I am a mechanic. I gave him the estimate and he confirmed what the problem was... The blame was then on me to pay over 2k for the vehicle after it was not fixed. I do not find this to be a good honest shop because of this and I will not be returning nor recommending him to anyone.

Great Service Arthur is Good Honest guy! He is always trying to help and get the job done as efficiently as possible. He did my custom drop kit that gave us lots of trouble but he got it done highly recommended!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Dec 2023.Needed to replace OEM radiator on my F30 N55 w aftermarket and most places won't do it since not OEM part but A2Z does! Arthur is a Bentley certified master mechanic and super nice and honest. They do high level work at great value pricing. Was referred to them by my go to muffler spot, 6651 Muffler!!!! Best experience dealing w an auto repair shop. This is now my go to auto shop!

Art and crew are awesome automotive technicians! Art has always gave me honest diagnostics and repairs through the many years i have used him!. They have done everything from axles swaps on my jeep to coolant issues that haunted me for months .. i wouldnt think twice about sending anyone i know to him which i have done btw.... thanks for the many years of great repairs art!!

Artur is the man! Service is impeccable and prices are unbeatable. It great knowing you can fully trust a mechanic to do the work to the highest standards while still be completely honest and on the level. I will not trust anyone else with my Audi!

Artur is the owner and he has been helping me for years. I challenge you to find a better company or pricing. I have referred many friends to this company bc he has earned my business. Very honest and fair guy! You will love him

Let me just say after my experience with a turbo replacement, I will never take my car anywhere else. HANDS DOWN!! Artur is very thorough, HONEST, respectful, and efficient. He had to do more than either of us expected and still educated me on the repairs and communicated with me every step of the way. If you re looking for a trustworthy shop where you know you will leave with the issue fixed and your car running better than before, this is your place! Thank you so much again for everything!

Been using A2Z for a while now for all my Exotics, Art has always done a fantastic job. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my cars. Quick turn around and excellent work. Always willing to explain what the issues are and good options. Highly recommend his shop for ALL makes and models. Couldn t be happier

My experience with Arthur at A2Z has been a PHENOMENAL experience. I would recommend this mechanic shop 10/10. If you have ANY problems with your car I would definitely look into this shop and see if they can meet your needs because they most likely will !! Very accommodating and highly friendly attitude and comfortable atmosphere.

I cannot say enough great things about A2Z Auto Exclusive.The owner, Artur, is the most knowledgable and skilled mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of working with.The level of professionalism was top notch for unbeatable prices. The shop is clean and organized.My Mercedes s600 was limping when I brought her in, and she was returned to me a brand new car for 1/3 of what I had intended on spending.I would recommend this shop above any other in Las Vegas, for anyone seeking a mechanic for european cars.

This is the best place for a foreign car in Las Vegas and i say it from expirience with "the other places" and especially if you have Mercedes dont go anywhere else!
