By far they are extremely fair and honest. I have very little trust with mechanics but they definitely earned my trust by being fair and honest. Prices are definitely good and I would have no problem referring anyone here. This gives you that old fashion 1950 s feel of good old fashion hard work at a good price.

I was introduced to George by Tony (who owns the lovely gas station next door) because my brothers car needed a new engine. I thought our only option was to sell the car but Tony said it could be fixed. Tony helped arrange the tow to Georges shop. From day one George was kind, considerate and so so honest. He was determined to get it going. He ordered the engine, gave a breakdown of the cost and worked with us every step of the way since it was a costly repair. The car is now fixed with a new engine and drives better than it ever did! These guys are caring, considerate and will get your car fixed as quickly and as *honestly* as possible! 4 months ago I purchased a vehicle for an extremely inexpensive price. I knew it needed some work. I was taking my car into Meineke for repairs. Don't get me wrong, they did a good job diagnosing some problems that were happening with the fuel system, but they never fixed it to where I could get it to pass smog and register. I kept having the evap system failure occurring. After 4 tries, the smog people finally told me I needed to take it to a G2 certified mechanic to get it tested and repaired. Derrrr, why didn't tester 1,2,3 tell me this. So I looked up A1. I took my car here and they tested it and found that the evap canister was leaking causing a P0442 code. My car was too old to get the part from a conventional car parts store. I had to order it personally and bring it to them to put it on. Needless to say, it was 3x the cost for the part. A1 did an outstanding job of correctly identifying the actual problem, repairing it and guaranteed it was the issue. I haven't had any problems with the car since and she passed smog, registered and I'm legal eagle again. The mechanic, the lady up front and the food truck in their parking lot are amazing!!! I will only take my car here for any future repairs. If you own an older vehicle and can't seem to get it to pass smog, go here. Go nowhere else. They will get you back on the road with an honest price, and excellent work. Thank you A1 for finally getting my nightmare of endless repairs to stop.

Man, I am impressed with this shop! I was referred to this shop by my family member who had a great experience with getting new tires and having their oil change done. Went in here because I had rough idling and my car was shaking at stop lights/stop signs. My car is older and is getting up there in mileage so I wanted to have it checked out. George, the general manager here, took excellent care of me. His mechanics confirmed I needed new motor mounts and I was due for an oil change. I feel George gave me a very fair deal on all the parts with labor etc. I know nothing about cars and he broke things down in a very easy to understand way. They even detailed my engine as I paid for a full service. Engine looks brand new and my car feels so much better now. What I specifically liked is that George shows you in person what parts are bad and details what all was done to your car from beginning to end. No upselling or pushy services here. All together I would highly recommend this shop and listen to any services they recommend. Thank you George and the mechanics who worked on my Toyota! Check the photo out! Liana is very rude and disrespectful she never smiles and over charges people and talks down to her employees . I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they fire that nasty female she should never have been hired she gives a bad look to that company . Her mechanics are nice and friendly but then comes her and the experience is ruined. The last time I went was to ask questions about a service which I talked to that rude disrespectful lady first before almost walking away I spoke to a Mexican gentleman who was very helpful as the lady just stood there giving dirty looks and talking down to the employee helping me. I will definitely report to whoever is higher and possibly report to the better business burea

This place is amazing! I had the nicest people attend me today. I forgot the kind lady s name but Anthony did my smog check, it was the quickest process ever! They have great prices & everyone is so kind. I will definitely be coming back for all future services.

WHO EVER THIS LIANA IS NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP.. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND NASTY TO THE CUSTOMERS AND THE EMPLOYEES.. HER ATTITUDE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. NO WAY SHE SHOULD BE RUNNING ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS.. I COME FROM A BACKGROUND OF 28 YEARS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.. AND THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED.. SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIGURE THIS OUT.. Used A1 for the first time today. Kris B my tech showed up right on time. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I went into this telling myself I d just get an estimate but I was so impressed by him I had him do the repairs. He explained everything when he was done as well as showing what I needed to know about my garage door repairs. I highly recommend A1 garage doors. Professional, clean and helpful!

Brought my truck in to get a vacuum seal test, took three days for a diagnostic (after getting charged for a new thermostat), it ran worse when I picked it up than when I brought it in. Spent the evening getting it up and running so I could go to work, out $300 (before the uber costs of me getting back and forth to work). Then tried a $1200 charge for a new timing belt.They still never checked the vacuum seal. I fixed that myself watching a YouTube video.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a rebuilt engine installed and shop rebuilt transmission. This shop did an excellent job replacing my blown engine with a rebuilt engine! My car purrs like. Kitten and I have had zero issues! I honestly don't know where to begin. From the first time I went here, the service was always great. I spoke to the shop manager George and explained my situation with my vehicles. He took the time out to explain exactly what the problems with my vehicle were. Unlike most other shops, he was 1000% honest about the cost of parts and labor, and they didn't try to upsell me for an unnecessary repair. I also wasn't pressured to make a decision right there on the spot, but if one was needed to be made, I know its in reliable hands. I still reccomend them to everyone I know. He was willing to work with me on the time and repair where needed. I ve Been Through The Vegas Summers Driving Around With No A/C & I Have Kids . Driving With No A/C Is Unbearable Sometimes & A/C Repairs Cost So Much I m Usually Not Able To Afford It. But With The Help Of George & His Team They Were Able To Repaired My A/C For An Affordable Pricing & They Offer Payment Plans. We were driving to Las Vegas to attend the Marine Corps Aviation Ordinance annual Reunion and the Service Engine of our vehicle light came on. We found out it needed new spark plugs and wires. We went to several places but they were over charging us probably because we re from out of town. We found this place and they were more than willing to help us at a great price! They knew that we re not from here and they worked on the car ASAP even if they were busy! We thank our lucky stars! I highly recommend this place to anyone from out of town or locally.

Came in for two vehicles(my car and husband s) to get a couple services done. Chuck greeted us kindly and was very professional with how he explained what would be done and why it was necessary, rather than just giving us a bill with no explanation. This alone was huge for us as customers. Overall, a great experience thus far. We will continue to come for regular services and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you guys for stepping up and filling the void the previous company lacked in.

Went in for a simple oil change. Owner said we needed back brakes and refused to let us leave. We did need them done. He originally wanted to charge us $600 but only charged us $400 after he ASKED US HOW MUCH MONEY WE HAD. Made us pay BEFORE back brakes were done so he could order the parts. Took 5 hours for the brakes to be done and as we were leaving. Tells us we need more work done. Very VERY comparable to the previous owners, Reliable. We came back with the last part, a brake hose, and he wanted to charge us an additional $200 just to jack our car up and replace the part. The whole time we were there multiple people came in and said they had previously been at their shop but are now experiencing problems. Don't take your car here!

A1 Quality has been the best mechanic shop experience I ve ever came across. From a friendly welcoming by Chuck #2 when I walked through the door, followed by an embracing and informative conversation by Chuck #1 ending it with an amazing repair job by his loyal head mechanic getting things done in a timely manner! George the boss makes you feel like family, he been workin on my car for a while I had so much wrong, every as a father he understood and was actually kind of mad how I was treating my car at first lol He gave me a family price every time, the mechanics make you feel like you are at home, I appreciate everything you guys have done there and would highly recommend anyone with a family, because that s the atmosphere . 100% recommended and they can count on me as a life time costumer I ve always used mobile mechanics in the past because my my past experiences have been awful with 5 or more shops because they always try to over charge me and they always try to have me take the most expensive route even if it s not needed and with a1 quality repair the experience was very different honestly I ve been taking all me cars there for the longest and George is always very helpful , and friendly also the mechanics always get the work done fast and perfect I ve never had any issues with my car repairsServices: General repairs & maintenance, Smog certification
