I had my very first car accident a month ago and needed my bumper repaired. I chose A&K Paint because they were closest to where I live and had great reviews. My car got towed to their shop. I got a call immediately from Bill stating they received my car and verified some personal information. Bill updated me with a phone call twice a week! I never had to call them because he always kept me on the loop. I have a BMW and the sport edition grill was backordered so they made sure to update me that theyre trying a different route and that i would be agreeable to it. Their honesty showed how much they truly care about your car and you as a customer than just a dollar bill sign. After a few weeks, my car was ready. WOW. I missed Bea so much. My cars name is Bea lol. She looked just as beautiful as the day I got her. The paint was 100% match. The grill looked great! You honestly wouldnt be able to tell that my car was ever damaged. We met the owner Ali and hes such a sweetheart. All of the staff were so friendly and top of the line customer service. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HARD WORK THAT YOU ALL DO! There is not that many compassionate workers anymore nowadays and I feel like I hit the jackpot with A&K. Ali said they do other services as well and even have warranties on their work. I will definitely think of them first if I ever need any services on my car or my families cars.

First photo is after and second photo is before. Ali, was really helpful and did an awesome job with my car! It looks brand new! Prices were good and I would recommend going to Ali if you need your car fixed.

THE BEST BODY SHOP IN TOWN!I was in an accident and this was a preferred shop that goes through Geico. Even though it was out of the way I chose to go here because of the reviews and they did not disappoint! All the staff are extremely friendly and professional. They are all knowledgeable and know what they re doing. They got the estimate done in short amount of time and called me with updates on my car. Once I received my car the they even gave me a complementary Carwash & vacuum! I can t recommend this place enough!! They made this whole process extremely smooth for me.

My 2020 Nissan Rouge was involved in an accident, front end damage, however the air bags did not go off. A&k body shop got the work, this happened Jan, 10 24. We got our car back one week ago with the WRONG bumper!!! Not a Nissan bumper. Bring it back they say, Ali the guy there says they were gonna glue it!!! Lmfao what? Glue?? Not happening, if they want their check signed they better get me a Nissan 2020 bumper!! Stay away from this place, trying to save money for their pockets!!!Scammers

On September 2nd, my car was caught in the heavy rain and flash floods here in Las Vegas. My 2013 Scion FR-S had stalled out in the rain and I thought my dream car was gone forever. My insurance sent me to A&K Body and Paint. By September 21, A&K had updated me my car needed a new engine and all should be good. It took about 2-3 weeks for the shop to receive the new engine from their vendor. On October 26th, A&K gave me a call letting me know the car was ready for me to pick up. After driving the car for a while I noticed an issue with the car overheating on idle. I gave A&K a call and let them know of the issue and they said I could bring it back next day for them to look at it. They fixed the problem which was with the radiator fans not spinning which was causing the car to overheat on idle. Car has been driving perfectly and idling perfectly for the last few days. I am very satisfied with A&K s service. They had no issues with me calling twice a week for updates on my car, and they always gave me as much information about the status of my vehicle. Thanks to them, my dream car is back in my driveway! Would definitely recommend this shop!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop!! They recently did the body work on my Tesla Model S and the work was just superb. They exceeded all of my expectations. But honestly, that was expected right?!? The reason I am writing this review is because the owner and his people go above and beyond in every way. The owner even offered to stay past shop hours when I was having trouble with the car rental company and was running late to pick it up. Thank you Ali!! When my husbands car was hit in a hit and run and unfortunately was deemed a total loss we were referred by GEICO to this shop after speaking with multiple employees I will always come back to this shop for any repairs needed. Very honest straight to the point .

Very Awesome Job and people!!! Well done Ali and Arnold. I'm a type of person I wouldn't trust any body to touch or just trust someone to work in my vehicle not unless I know the mechanic. I'll definitely highly recommend this A&K BODY &PAINT

My car was on the verge of being totaled, and the guys over at A&K made it look and run like new! I dealt with Bill for the time that my car was in the shop. He would give me updates once or even twice a week if needed. Very helpful staff and owners, I had plastic repair done on my bumper, and they took care of many additional marks and scratches it turned out beautifully not perfectly because the Damage was worse than expected, they were honest and up front explained the issue and costs of replacing my bumper versus just repairing it, overall I am very happy with the shop and will use it again if I ever need body work in the future

I brought my challenger in after an accident. They gave me the estimate right away and had my car finished when they said it would be done. I didn t have to worry about anything. And when I picked it up they fixed my scratches for free from something that wasn t even related to the accident. I would highly recommend this body shop to all my friends and family. Special thanks to Fernando, Ali, and everyone else who help get my car back in new condition. Even though it took longer than estimated. But they keep their end of the bargain. They are doing an honest business. Will recommend to other friends.Please keep up the good work and continue helping the neighborhood out.

My wife s car was struck by a reckless driver. It took her almost 4 months to get it back. It was nonstop excuses saying that it was almost ready. When we got the car back, they didn t bother to put things back or fully fix things. Im not even sure if it s completely fixed honestly. Im hearing noises I didn t hear from this car before. Was in a car accident back in JUNE (we are now nearly into October). Day after day, week after week, month after month, I STILL HAVE NO CAR! The excuses that are made for the car not being done is completely ridiculous & frankly surprising that a body shop is making the mistakes that they are. Granted, my attorney has been asking for proof that I gave them permission to work on my car (which I never consented to). They have restored to avoiding my lawyer. It also apparently takes them an entire week to get a key reprogrammed.Save yourself the trouble & go ANYWHERE else. Will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

These guy's are amazing. Ali is such a great guy and you can tell he loves what he does. He is one of the very few in Las Vegas who is truly honest. His staff are also amazing and his wife is his office manager. It is a family business and they have small town values in a big city. I truly recommend this place for your vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I had a truly great experience here at A&K. Ali and Arnuld were very attentive, and seemed to genuinely care about my happiness. I was certain my Cherokee would never be the same... A&K went above and beyond to make sure it was even better than it had been prior to my collision with a deer. I'm just passing through, but I'd make a special trip back if I ever need body work again. Thank you for putting a smile back on my face... Road Trip recommencing!

A-MAZING! The staff and everyone was is nice and explained everything. My car was in an accident and the other drivers ins was paying for the repairs, I honestly thought that it would take a few weeks, it only took about a week! My car looks brand new. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to ANYONE!!

I recently went here for an estimate for some paint/bodywork and to have them check the frame of my truck. While I cannot personally attest to their work I can say that their customer service and business ethics are clearly exceptional. I came on on a busy day and watched them deal with more than a few unreasonable people as well some pretfy nice customers. It's clear that these people go out of their way to both help their customers and to do the right thing for people.It was refreshing to see and I look forward to working with A&K in the future.

Guy was super helpful. He fixed something inside my car i broke months before when i asked him about it and he did it for free. Got in a crash a month ago, they were a little slow fixing it but the work looks impeccable i must say. Would recommend.

I have a brand new 2017 Chevy camaro that was bagged into I took my car into them on Monday going into the shop they made me feel super comfortable and like I was family they even helped me set up my rental car so that I had no issues when I went to go pick it up. Ali and Authur called me and gave me updates with me car and it was ready when they said it would be which was the following Monday. I love how he takes so much pride in his work and doesn t except anything less than 100% perfect. I have a lifetime warranty and my car and new paint job looks like brand new you can t even tell anything happened and again they were so loving and caring and just all around AMAZING people I will recommend them to ANYONE in vegas and they will only be the ones touching my car!

I got recommendations from my tow guy to come to this shop because I had was in an accident and didn t really have a mechanic on hand. He told me they fixed Government cars so I accepted.Arnold is so nice and willing to help out as much as possIble and Ali is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work.I will definitely be coming here from now on!Great staff!

My car was vandalized - driver's window smashed. No valuables in the car so the vandals popped the hood, cut the battery cables and stole the battery! After police report, the tow truck took my car to A&K Paint & Body. I was very pleased with the work they did on my car. Thank goodness for my insurance.

WATCH OUT!!! This man was trying to fight me because I didn't want to use his business I wanted my car back. He had my car for an entire week but yet he couldn't even give me a estimate I told him that I wanted my car back but he told me he can't give me my car back because the bumper was off well why was the bumper off if he wasn't even looking at my car yet he told me he had the right to call the tow truck and impound my car. He was spitting in my face this man is just so disrespectful. After I told him that I was calling the police for theif he hurry up and gave me my keys back. I would never use this business again. He was very unprofessional and couldn't give me no updates about my car.

Wonderful amazing customer service !!! Everyone is incredibly professional, timely and perfectionist !! My gorgeous new Benz was rear ended by someone & they took care of EVERYTHING & I just got it back & it s absolutely PRISTINE & PERFECT in every way !!Thank you Ali the shop owner & Arnold for your exemplary customer service !!
