Just got my front brakes done at 360 auto, came right home to write a review! This is for all my single mommas (or dads) on a budget. This place was awesome, the women at the front desk was nice and friendly, I was able to get an appt. on the day I needed, since this was the only day I had childcare, they were much more affordable, the tech was pleasant, honest and friendly! He could have just told me to do my back brakes too even though I didn't need them, but he didn't, he said they could wait for a while. You all have no idea how stress free I felt just needing to do the front brakes and having a bit of extra money left over. Thank You for being honest with your customers 360! keep up the good work! us single mommas on a budget appreciate it! I will be going there from now on for my vehicles maintenance.

I was taking my c240 to a mechanic that specializes in MB. They told me I needed front pads and rotors to the tune of $800 +. I thought, of course, that was INSANE!My son has been taking his Corolla to 360 auto so I called them for a quote. It was $ 340. WOW what a difference.But. That s not the best part!!! I dropped my car off and got a ride home. I received a call about 40 minutes later asking my why I was getting brakes. I was told these brakes were looking just fine. They asked what the car was doing and I explained what I told the other mechanic. No, that s not a sign of faulty brakes. I could come and pick up the car. They didn t even charge me for their time.They could have just changed out the brakes and I d never know the difference and would have been happy to have it done at a reasonable price.THEY DID NOT DO THAT!! THEY WERE HONEST!!!I live on SS and I am a female. A perfect target for a scam. They did NOT do that. HONEST!! Reasonable prices and great work. The trifecta of a great auto shop.Take your vehicle there. You will not be disappointed.

really honest guys who could have absolutely pulled a fast one on my several times and instead told me nothing is wrong. Also gave tips on how to maintain my car, which gives them nothing but saves my a headache in the future. Will be going there as long as I live in the vegas area

Highly recommend 360 . I was referred to 360 by someone. It was hard to find an "honest" mechanic in Vegas, most are dishonest and try to gauge you and add on unnecessary work/fees (especially dealerships) . Until I came here-I'm so glad I did ... I couldn't be happier with everyone here at 360. NO hidden fees, NO dishonesty just ethical, honest, friendly, professional, knowledgeable . I refer people to 360 based on my experience - they go above and beyond to make sure that you are well informed about any issues, and that you leave feeling safe and that your car is in good hands and condition when you get it back .. Thank you 360..

Hi! 360 Auto is such a great shop! The value, prices, courtesy and quality is high. They said they can t work on my car anymore. In a miscommunication they didn t understand that I didn t want to pay for a $350 shock adjustment and didn t get a voicemail or text for that. I paid trusting that they understood what I wanted and didn t notice a payment detail. I looked at my receipt at home and was extremely upset. After a stressful weekend of waiting for resolve, I finally got to talk to them and they honored me and credited me the 350 but said they have to add an AC and transmission diagnostic fee(around $100) which I accept, but they feel they can t do business with me anymore and work on my car, a/c repair etc. So grateful they did right by me but so disappointment that our relationship is discontinued. Be sure to always get a quote and details for any shop you have work at so this doesn t happen to you. choosing them for car repair is a safe bet!Thank you and God bless! These guys are the best and ALWAYS fair. Ive been dealing with them before they opened their shop and NO ONE ELSE touches my cars!!! I had to ad that they will always make sure you are driving a SAFE vehicle. They will give you the best price possible and honestly you can't beat them. The entire family/staff are the best!! Juan is the absolute best. I am horrible when it comes to car problems and Juan has had my back for everything that has come up for my wife and I in recent months. My frontier needed alignment and my wife's A/C compressor just died and Juan took it on that week. So grateful to this shop and will be dealing with them exclusively from now on.Services: Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

Love these guys! Took my car here for a tire alignment. I trust no one with my cars, I usually do everything myself however I don t have a whole tire alignment set up, yet. I was recommended here from a friend. They treated me so well and took care of my car. I recommend these guys to everyone!They don t charge you an arm and a leg either. They are honest, humble and efficient. Keep it up guys!

I have been going to them before they had a shop! Their dad started out working on my car and then his sons! The best mechanics in Vegas! They are overly honest, I love it! I have sent or brought so many cars to them, because you can trust them. The sister is awesome too! I m so happy to have them as mechanics! I have been a customer of 360 Auto Care for some time now and I can't brag enough on this business. My own father was a mechanic and ran his own successful automotive business and repair so I am quite particular about what to expect. This is a shop above all shops because they take their repair and performance to a very high level of which is rare. These are technicians you can trust and rely on. When my father passed away I didn't think I would ever find a shop I could trust. I absolutely do trust and respect their work. Let me start by saying I have been taking my cars to them long before they even had a shop and they have ALWAYS been honest and reliable. I cannot say enough about this place. Very honest and kind family, we went for rotors and brakes and they showed me rotors were still in good condition and it was just our older tires. Taking my other car over next week for a belt and belt tensioner.

This is a great Auto Shop business. You can trust Juan and his team to do an excellent job on your vehicle. There very honest and straightforward. Overall I m glad to say I take my car to Auto 360 Care for any type of vehicle service my car needs.

We finally found our family mechanic. amazing and honest service. We originally went to Firestone and they charged us an extra $600 more than 360 auto for same service. Juan, Rick and their pops are the only people I would ever trust to work on my truck. They're very friendly and helpful in explaining what exactly is going on with my vehicle. I send everyone I know to them because they really are the most trustworthy family of mechanics I've ever had the privilege of meeting.

I just went to these guys spontaneously through a recommendation to have my front brake pads changed. These guys may have been the friendliest people I ve had the pleasure of meeting, and they changed my front brake pads efficiently and in record time, let alone for a killer price. Very happy I decided to come check this place out. Highly recommend!

We took my mom's car here because we just weren't sure what was causing the issue she was having. They were extremely thorough and weren't willing to just start changing parts based on what we told them was happening. They made sure to take the time to get the problem to happen again so they could get it fixed correctly the first time. We really appreciate the fact that they didn't trust start replacing parts and run up my mom's bill. It's hard to find hard-working and honest auto shop, and we are grateful we found 360 auto shop. It's family owned and operated. We will definitely bring our cars here again.

These are the only people I trust with my car! I've been going to them for years now and highly recommend them to anyone that has ever had trouble finding and honest mechanic, not to mention their prices can't be beat!! 5 out of 5!!
