Went in to get some minor repairs ended up being over charged for work that wasn't even mentioned on initial service visit. Steer clear of this place, they'll rip you off.

5 star service from start to finish. All repairs were completed within a timely manner and correctly. Monthly storage fees are fair and other add on services are reasonably priced. Would recommend to friends and family.

Its a proper facility with several high priced vehicles that are stored inside in AC. We have 2 vehicles there for the foundation and they are also hooked up to trickle charger. Our RV is maintained by their mechanics, and we've had some issues with it from the private sale we did where seller was not so honest. They have completed almost all of the items on the list and we are excited to get the RV on the road when we get back from our current humanitarian mission.

I am a little disappointed with how they did this transaction. 1st of all, our RV is brand new, and the problems that we got were since we bougjt it. When we saw the cost breakdown of the repairs they said Thor did not cover all of the repairs and just covered $800. I felt that this was sketchy as I believe that if it's under warranty I should not shoulder anything for the problem. I paid 1,300 for the repairs that Thor apparently did not cover which should ve covered because it was warranty. I did not want to pay it but had no choice because they will not release my RV. Stay away from this business.

Have had my golf cart for 2+ years and still hasn t returned or repaired anything. Hired an attorney to get it and my $ back. Literally the worst company of all-time. Literally insane.

Excellent service and facility for our RV. Very reasonable rates for full covered storage. They also clean and can service if needed. Call ahead to pick up outside and drop off. Super helpful staff!

Really helpful and got the repair we needed quickly. We waited in a very nice customer area with TV, drinks and comfortable seating and we were there about two hours... really good facilities with great customer service and prices. Highly recommend!

They don't work on RVs older than 2005. All I wanted was an oil change in a 2003 Newmar Mountain Aire.

I love the quality of work these guys performed. The body work and paint exceeded my expectations. Competent diagnosis on a generator issue and A/C system.Why only 3 stars? I currently have 5 jobs I d like them to handle and I just don t get any type of updates. When I email the service coordinator, I generally get no response. If I do, it s after a follow up email. I m looking for another shop, which pains me, but if I can t get stuff scheduled, the service quality is irrelevant. So sad.Update: won t be going back. Absolute chaos and lack of feedback. On a Friday at 4:30 as we were planning to depart for a vacation (already delayed 1 week cause they didn t finish the work), they refused to give the keys until I paid them >$14,000.! They claimed that my extended warranty company was unresponsive (company disagrees) and 24/7 was done! As this was being dumped on me, I noticed advertisements for my warranty company on the conference table! Ironic. I paid the $14,000 and will never return.

Exceptionally Wonderful Service!! While they didn't have a spot for my car initially, they contacted me as soon as one became available so now I'm ready to Go Nomad for the rest of the Year knowing that my baby will be well cared for while I'm away!!Thanx Rebecca and everyone else who was So Very Friendly and Helpful!!

came to pick up the car, asked one lady to give a glass of water, she made a stupid look and refused, so that you understand +40 on the street, I really hope that when she needs a glass of water she will also be refused. change the employee to a friendly one

We can't say enough good about this place! From our first phone call with Mo to our check out with Luke, the service was excellent. These people are so kind, helpful, accommodating, and honest, and they do what they say they'll do and in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. They were a Godsend for us when we were in Las Vegas in our motorhome.

Took over 8 months to "repair" my RV. Hardly any repairs were done. Double charged me for awning and did not refund. Reported for unfair business practices.

We have had three different shops work on various RV s over the years and have not had the level of service we experienced at 24/7. Their staff, from the front office to the shop technicians are friendly, honest, and qualified.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

For several days, we were trying to solve an electrical problem between our caravan and the car. After a few tries from different places without success, I stopped at 24/7 MotorCoach Center to ask for their help. Despite the smallness of our trailer we were welcomed to this place like never before we were. And it was when we brought our tiny trailer into this huge Alibaba cave warehouse of all-important vehicles that I realized that at 24/7 MotorCoach Center There are no more important customers than others. And, they found the problem and we left delighted with the service we got there. That's why I take the trouble tonight to write this review to thank these people and highly recommend them.____________________________________Depuis plusieurs jours, nous cherchions � r�gler un probl�me �lectrique entre notre roulotte et l'auto. Apr�s quelques essais de diff�rents endroits sans succ�s, je me suis arr�t� chez 24/7 MotorCoach Center pour demander leur aide. Malgr� la petitesse de notre roulotte nous avons �t� accueilli � cet endroit comme jamais alleurs on ne l'a �t�. Et, c'est lorsqu'on a fait entrer notre minuscule remorque dans cet immense entrep�t comparable � une caverne d'Alibaba de v�hicules tous d'une grande valeur que j'ai compris que chez 24/7 MotorCoach Center, il n'y a pas de client plus important les uns que les autres. Et, ils ont trouv� le probl�me et nous sommes repartis enchant�s du service obtenu � cet endroit. C'est pourquoi je prend la peine ce soir d'�crire cet avis pour remercier ces gens et les recommander fortement.
