Had damage on my fender/Quarter pannel for my Genesis Coupe and Art took real good care of me. He took care of some small blemishes on my paint and buffed my headlights which had some discoloration for free. I was super happy with the results! I also got my car back a day earlier than quoted which was nice!

My highest recommendations for 1st Vegas Auto Body. I contracted with this shop for a bumper replacement. The work was flawless and the price fair. I especially appreciated the shop working with my tight schedule. This is a shop I would patronize again! Thank you, 1st Vegas Auto Body!

When I got rear-ended on I-15 in Las Vegas in my brand new Toyota "Camay" I didn't want to take my car to just "any" shop. The Toyota dealership recommended 1st Vegas so I assumed they would do a decent job. My accident involved filing an insurance claim against the person who hit me. The insurance company hired an accident recon to inspect my car to determine the magnitude of the accident because I was claiming injuries. This inspection was scheduled to take place at 1st Vegas and they took my rear bumper off so a fair inspection and evaluation could take place. I was assured and trusted I was in good hands and knew I wouldn't be taken advantage of. 1st Vegas knew exactly what to do and how to deal with the inspection.I did end up at 1st Vegas again because someone hit my car in a parking lot while my car was unoccupied. They left the scene and I had to deal with my own insurance company to cover this loss. 1st Vegas took great care of me. They looked at the repair estimate from my insurance company and actually pointed out to them that my bumper and grill could not be "repaired" as indicated in their estimate, but that my bumper and grill had to be "replaced".They are very professional, are well experienced in dealing with insurance companies and are equally trusted by insurance companies, which you want in a repair shop. MAJOR BONUS: If you have a repair you need and you don't have insurance or don't want to file a claim with insurance, they will take that into consideration and work with you on the cost of repair. They really care about "people" and their clients and although I hope I don't ever have to go back and see them again, in the event that I do, I will be excited to go!!! So glad Geico has 1st Vegas on their preferred vendor list. Involved in a hit & run during Thanksgiving week is unpleasant, especially when you are from out of state (FL) and can only go on reviews & recommendation from insur co. First impression: extremely knowledgeable & professional staff. Also very understanding of my situation to return home/work as quickly as possible. Parts are still slow to ship, even with approval to expedite. 1st Vegas staff worked diligently to complete my repairs, when I picked up my Volvo - I was grateful that my car was ready - but I was stunned at how beautiful my car looked !!Would recommend 1st Vegas above any other body shop.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Body & Trim

The staff was very nice, professional and communicated with us throughout the time my RV was in for body work. We even got a tour of the hi-tech paint garage by the manager where they do all the spray/finish work. There are only 7 like this in the whole Valley! Cool stuff. The staff is amazing. They are professional, offer great customer service, go above and beyond for their customers, and they do top tier quality work! I got into a car accident and they repaired my car quickly. They handled the quote, insurance claim, and everything else as well. Recently has an accident and needed vehicle repaired. Kristina and her staff made me feel comfortable and assured me they will handle everything. They contact insurance company, arranged for towing and rental car and even arranged for transportation for rental pick up. Took less then two weeks to repair my heavily damage vehicle. The facility uses quality product not no unheard of or generic brands. If you car has been damaged or just needs a little touch up and TLC, contact Kristina and her staff. They will make sure your very well taken of.

I took my car to this body shop today to fix my side mirror and I can t describe how happy I m with the service. The stuff was super nice, offered me coffee while I was waiting, everybody was friendly and nice. They went the extra mile and also painted a scratch for free. I m definitely coming back to this place for oil change and other services I need for my car. Best body shop

EXCELLENT! Highly Recommend!!! Took my 2017 Ford Escape in for a FREE auto body repair estimate, spoke to Kristine on the phone (Very Sweet) decided to go in same day because it was near me. I fell in love with the whole staff..everyone was so helpful, explained the whole repair process, they were able to help me with the out of pocket deductible which was a big plus, they also work with my insurance company(Geico). I decided ti do it next morning, they even had my rental ready when I arrived in the morning.Today I pick up my car and I SWEAR It looks brand new...they even cleaned and washed it for me..OMG I am so impressed. They were right on schedule 5 days as they promised and they kept me updated whenever they spoke to insurance company.HIGHLY Recommend !!!!!Thank YOU 1ST VEGAS AUTO BODY SHOP !!!

Everytime I have damaged my car this is my go to place and forever will be . They are truly amazing . They know exactly what they are doing and my car comes out spotless every single time . Their hospitality is wonderful and very welcoming . The way they explain the process is spot on and you don't have to wait weeks for the cars to be ready . I HIGHLY recommend 1st Vegas auto body shop . Definitely the best place in town .

We took our car for estimate to this body shop for second opinion . We had already an estimate from different shop . Price was very comparable so we decided to repair our car in this shop . They did great job on our Mercedes . Car was done on time and service was excellent . People in office were very nice and helpful . Will highly recommend this body shop to everyone .

Before going here, I went to four different places in Vegas for a quote. The other places quoted me more money and said it would take a week to fix my car, while 1st Vegas Auto Body Shop got the job done in two days, and my car looks brand new again! Not to mention they quoted me at such an affordable price compared to other auto shops. The people working there are honest and kind, and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone.

Took my car here after being in an accident. The staff was very helpful and handled everything with the insurance and made everything so stress free. Our car was fixed in no time and did an excellent job. Couldn t even tell it was in an accident. Would highly recommend.

Steve was great! He did a diagnostic test and troubleshooted my issue which was showing as 02 sensor bank 1 this sensor was good and fpund this issue to be bank 2 sensor. He also kept us updated with everything he was doing. I will recommend this place to my friends. Thank Steve!
