A small, but friendly truck stop with a very large parking lot for trucks. Located about 30 minutes from Las Vegas. Staff said police patrol the area at night to keep everyone safe.Gas prices are a little higher than others, but their coffee is good.

Nice but bathroom although clean smelled awful! Went to the abandoned casino next door, pretty cool.

I stop here for fuel because it s considerably cheaper than the state line fuel stop and they accept the same cards. The fuel islands are usually a bit dirty and small fuel spills don t seem to be cleaned up very often. The worst part is that the restrooms are usually fairly disgusting. It s a busy location with a lot of people using the facilities, but they should still do better. The coffee is good, I ll give them that.

Terrible's is the right name for this place. Filthy dirty bathrooms. All the trash cans OVERFLOWING. Disgusting negative 4 stars! Pilot/Flying J needs to remove this location's franchise!

If your coming to Vegas or Leaving this is a really cool place lots of cool gifts, photo ops thing to see and a #whitecastles . Kids and adults would love this place.

Very Convenient fuel Stop to grab Fuel, Food and supplies. Its our usual stop here to get fuel when we drive to California. We drove to San Diego from Utah and also on the way back. Always Great Service Friendly Employees. The last time my family was driving back from San Diego was Friday 11/17/2023 and stop to get supplies, fuel and used the the rest room. My wife lost her new $1000 cell phone and accidently left it in the bathroom. Samantha, an employee called me after I pinged my wife cell phone from Utah and told me they found her phone. Thanks so much Samantha. VP of Security got in touch back with me and shipped my wife's phone back. Thank you so much for that. I totally appreciate this. God bless.. You rock!

This Terrible truck plaza is very misleading!!! It s super small only has 4 restroom in which only two are actually available to public. Not sure where the 60 restroom are at I think it s on the opposite side of the 15Fwy. But it s pretty clean but small inside for sure. And a lot of the trucker fuel pumps were closed. Definitely went to the wrong one.

Difficult place to work the manager would scream at the top of her lungs at the assistant manager. She would scream at the top of her lungs to the other coworkers. One reported nothing was done.During construction of the new building a few years ago, the manager brought a gun in to the establishment that she had found out in the parking lot. She placed it in the center area where we all put our purses and she knew that I would be coming in within an hour and she put it near my purse when I got there. I had to move it around so that I can put my purse where I usually put it. It was like an 8 x 8 area. I asked about 20 construction people if this belong to them, it was in some gun case. Oh, I didn't know what it was. I thought it might've been new equipment door. I don't know if it was some sort of calibration for the pumps. I had no idea what it was so I unzipped it that's how I found out it was a fire arm. When no one claimed the item that the manager left near my purse, I called the security for Jean so they could pick it up. I was pretty aggravated about it that they were trying to instigate a problem put something near my purse, put something in my purse I told my manager what the hell does she think she's doing to me she can't keep lying. In the meantime, she recorded me I was suspended I was never given a thank you I was never said thank you for saving. Peoples lives. Thank you for turning the fire arm in and getting it off of their property out by the pumps????? I gave my two week notice. I thought my manager would kill me I mean after all it was her gun. I don't know where she got it from. I only know she put it near my purse. I didn't know if she was planning to put it in my purse I don't really know. This was shortly after the shooting in Las Vegas year or two my friends consider me a hero!!!

It IS a destination. When we were in FULL lock down we would drive out here just to DO SOMETHING.They have a great OFF leash pet play and potty area that is fenced in.HOT White Castle I mean it is worth the stop for that alone.95 Gas pumps, that is plenty.

Go to spot south of Vegas.Vintage candy and excellent selection of pretty much everything plus White Castle is a must.

Terribles is on both sides of the freeway. For truck parking go to the east side, for White Castle go to the west side. Pet station on west side. Did not see the dump station on either side which is what we were looking for.

Nice stop, lot, and decent selection for a C Store. Prices are a touch high, bathrooms are fairly clean. Only real issue is there's no hot food.

Not a nice place. Pretty sure I got zip tied in the truck lot. Noisy with cars ripping down the side road. Won t stay here again

The store has a great selection of items however no prices are indicated. I saw bar codes in front of many items are you suppose to scan to ge the prices??

How can they name a place, "Terrible," when everything is so good?! LOl! Your one stop for everything! 95 gas pumps, White Castle, Krispy Kreme, Beef Jerky, bulk candy, coffee, alcohol, snacks, souvenirs, and so much!

Wednesday, March 29, 2023.Busy gas station, but with so many gas pumps, restrooms, open cashiers and snack options it doesn t feel overwhelming. They have a Beef Jerky and RedBull lounge where you can sit and charge your phone or work for a moment.The on-site White Castle restaurant was open for indoor ordering, the drive thru was closed.Bathrooms are clean and they have Las Vegas merchandise for everyone.My favorite thing here were the dried fruit snack isle options and the milkshake and smoothie station.

Lovely place with the best baked ziti you will ever find in a truck stop, period. The eclectic decor will also please you, although dinging 1 star for the one-holers.

Usually stay at the pilot..was to crowded..came 10 miles up..found Terrible's..loved it..staying here from now on..big parking lot for truckers. Clean store & restrooms..Guy was nice too..

I give it 3 stars just for the fuel prices.Store wise doesn't deserve any stars.I think the only reason this store continue open is for the fuel prices better than other fuel stations but the store needs a big improvement in all the areas.

I mainly stopped here for the white castles advertising since I'm from east coast. The restaurant closes at 4pm and opens at 9am. Never encountered a restaurant like that for a vegas area in the summertime. The other threes stars came to staff welcoming you to the store. Good jerky selection for this country boy. Clean store and nice selection of souvenirs with food and drinks.

Dozens of signs posted throughout the store that say no mask no service , but the only real health risk are the bathrooms. They clearly haven t been cleaned all day.

Just another "no name" casino and truck stop along Interstate 15 in southern Nevada. Trust me when I say this is not going to be the location highlight of your road trip. Best advice, in and out!

This place shut the doors back in 2020 when pandemic hit. Hasn't opened since then. But the parking is great foe truck parking but they closed the lot too.

The cashier knows nothing and just keeps saying that is great but is zero help.The Manger is rude and doesn't seem to know what he is doing or how to figure it out. He doesn't listen to any of the customers. Just he's right and if you don't like it you can go somewhere else.

Filled up and went inside to use restroom. There are 4 individual bathrooms. One was clogged. When the #4 bathroom became available amd I headed to the door the female employee told me it was an employee restroom. There was no sign on the door. That left only 2 for the line to have to wait for. The employees could simply cut the line when they need to use the restroom and open up another one

Yep. My pal and me were headed eastbound and down through the mojava dessert (mo Java mo better) and stumbled into this TERRIBLE (lol) truck stop. Wow! Young tot inside crying excitedly about the Skittle selection was a welcome sound to my ear. It was like walking back in time to a casino, they even had a few casino machines in the back right corner. First things first we went to the doo doo room and whaddya know but it s got two themes - smonkey and the bandit and looney tubes - my two favorites!!! Plenty of room in the garbage can in the bathroom, so I could use paper towels ad nauseum. My pal got a couple of donuts (he was cryin about eating something healthy, this should do the trick), but me? I got nothing! He went over to the casino box in the corner and selected one that had a Buddha on the cover. There s gold in the hills, but he presented Buddha with a crisp dollar bill and lost it in one fellow swoop. I guess that s just his karma. My old lady back home gave me a stiff covfofo budget and now we ll have one less dollar to put towards that refreshing brown material. So it goes! So we go. Out back in the parking lot there s a port-o-let, but they got good real thrones inside so do that instead. This place is not terrible, except for the false advertising, they should take more pride in their work and call themselves Fantastic s . Stop on in if you need a donut, skittles, or just want to loose a dollar. Anyone else going to open mic Denver 8/29?

The mature women is gem. Quick, johnny on the spot and her answers are precise. There seems to be a long line for the restrooms at this place. They are clean, private and painted with nostalgic art of Actors. The place is clean and well kept.

3 single restroom always a wait no food and piss poor coffee.
