This shop is amazing. Courtesy looks at your engine, recommendations for what's next, etc. I had after-market wiring on my headlights that the dealership proposed to fix for $1400. These guys showed me what to order and to bring in just the bulbs at a higher wattage (not the whole casing) and it worked (after checking the Fuses were sufficient to handle the load). Less than $100, and my lights are perfect. I saved $1300 by using them.

Wanted to thank James for exceptional service. Had an unfortunate situation while out of town and they were able to get our car up and running as soon as possible. If anyone ever finds themselves in a similar situation I would highly recommend James and his team. Great customer service.

Hands down the best experience with an auto mechanic ever! We were on vacation and felt the car shaking on the downhills. Called up Tanager and said he could fix it. Offered to drive us back to our rental. Next day, car was fixed as he said right on time. But now, it was snowing and we aren t experienced at driving in the snow. He took payment over the phone and then dropped the car at our rental. Such a thoughtful, professional experience.

Thank you Tanager St Auto for helping me get back home! When my car s ignition switch needed replacement, the mechanics here were able to take a look the same day and have it repaired by the next. This is all in the midst of winter storms and a very busy season. Friendly service and very reasonable cost, thanks again!!

These guys helped us out in a major pinch. First place we called couldn't even see us for two weeks. They were able to diagnose and fix my friend's car within just a couple of days. Don't be afraid to call them to check for updates :). Thank you again!

I had a worn track bar bushing on my truck make it unsafe to drive as I was on a road trip passing through the area. Rigo let me ship a new bushing to his business from the lift kit company and changed it for me the next day it came. Super service and great guys. Highly recommend.

A man named Adolfo was fixing parts on our Subaru and he did a horrible job. He used silicone on hoses that you can use clamps for and long term they ended up breaking and the car started leaking. He also used zip ties to hold parts of the car together as well I don t recommend letting him work on your car.

Tanager St. Auto Service provided prompt and efficient service at a reasonable price when we had a flat tire passing through Incline Village from Texas. I scheduled an oil change here, dropped it off in am, made it clear that I needed to wait for it and I would just go and get a coffee. I hadn't received a call in over an hour and a half so I walked back and they still hadn't touched it. No one expects to wait hours for an oil change and their delay was not communicated to me. They then told me they could do it right then but I'd have to wait another half hour, or I could reschedule for an "earlier" time in the schedule. This is the closest shop to me but I won t be coming back.Service: Oil change

Got us in quick cause we were on the road. This is like the only shop in incline. 108 an hr which is not worth it. I've been at Cadillac dealers that charge less. Paid 400 to get brakes installed and an oil change and I brought my own parts. I feel it was over priced and they didn't even fill my coolant overflow or washer fluid. Not to mention the massive greasy hand prints all over my vehicle. Go to southlake for cheaper prices and the same service.

Terrible experience. Car in shop to replace damaged undercover. Car came back with a front passenger side rim cracked and tire won't hold air. Shop denies responsibility and offers no remedy. Nice guys helped us fix what we thought was wrong and didn't charge us for the quick fix. Plus they were the only place that took the five minutes to help when everyone else said they were to busy and no openings until next week.
