BEWARE of USA Auto Service at Boulder Hwy & Major. My grandson dropped off his vehicle for an oil change, which he has done several times before, and a short time later he received a call from their mechanic which told my grandson that his engine didn t have any oil in it and they would have to conduct a full diagnostic scan of the engine, which doesn t make any sense as you don t perform an expensive diagnostic scan to check for an oil leak. My grandson returned to the shop and the mechanic showed my grandson that there was no oil on the dipstick. This is an old trick that crooked mechanics use by simply not pushing the dipstick all the way down when checking the oil. My grandson knew that his engine had oil in it because he checked it just before taking the vehicle in for the oil change. The engine doesn t leak oil and the check engine light has never been on. Fortunately my grandson knew that he was being scammed and he called me. I came over and checked the oil, which was normal, and we immediately left. I know things are tough for small businesses but this is totally unacceptable and we will never go back there again. Beware.

Very friendly staff and extremely courteous and attentive. Completed smog test earlier and staff was all very helpful and accommodating. Thank you to Alex, Miguel, and Marcel for making it a very easy process with the best smog test price around!

Don't let the negative reviews fool you like I almost did. Everyone from the receptionist to the mechanic has been nothing but respectful, ethical, professional, and helpful. If there's a problem of any kind, please speak with Marcos. He will go above and beyond to help his customers like he did me. I can't thank him enough. I would absolutely recommend USA Auto Service #7 to anyone in need of repairs to their vehicle. If your skeptical, just walk in and speak with someone or ask for the best valued oil change in town. You definitely will not regret the decision! Thank you Marcos for going above and beyond to help me keep my vehicle on the road in such tough times. I appreciate you and all of the employees here. You have found a life long customer!

Horrible service, smog tech noticed my car would not pass smog b4 starting the test just to charge me 4 the test. Just bad business.

Definitely not going back here I was told the rack n pinions on my dodge needed to be replaced and it would cost me 10k. I told them I have a warranty and they said okay we work with warranty companies. I left my car there hours went by I called and was told the manager was speaking with the warranty company and they won t cover the repair. I picked up my vehicle and paid $100 for diagnostic which my warranty covers and was told they declined the claim. Next day I called my warranty company and was told no one called them no claim was started and they keep notes on every vehicle that a claim is started for. Furthermore if my Rack n Pinions needed replacement it would be covered. I called back spoke to Brenda she claimed she would speak to the manager and call me back. Of course she didn t. I took my vehicle to Tobin dodge and the seat track was the issue not the Rack nor Pinions. It s ridiculous definitely won t return to this place again

BEWARE! My father had been using this neighborhood shop for the last few years. In December they decided to steal nearly $600 from him, an elderly disabled veteran. They said the van didn't pass smog and needed repairs of almost $600. Charged him upfront for work they would do two days later when the parts came in. Two days later no work performed. Now three months later still no work performed. Disputed the charges with the credit card company and they lied and said they did the work.

Beware of this place, they are a scam, especially to our elderly!My Mom who is almost 70 needed her brakes done. She bought her own parts and needed them installed. USA said they would charge $150 for the labor. So my Mom ended up taking her car there, when she arrived Marco the"owner" informed her that the brakes would not be under warranty and she'd be better off getting brakes from them which would cost roughly $800.00. My mom didn't have the money, so Marco told her not to worry that USA could set up payments, my Senior Mom agreed without knowing she was being steered to apply for financing through snap which is a complete rip off. Those $800 brakes would of cost my mom $2500. Anyways, we later found out that my Mom was denied credit, then Marco and front desk clerk did something on the computer to get my mom approved. USA ended up charging the cost of the Brakes to that account and then charged my Mom $150 for labor on her personal debit. They also didn't have the parts and told my Mom she would need to return once parts came in to complete the Brake job. Once my Mom informed my husband and I of what happened, we immediately stopped the $150 charge and filed a complaint but it wasn't easy getting everything reversed and canceled. Between numerous calls to that finance company, calls to USA & arguing with Marco about what happened and taking advantage of our elderly Mom we were finally able to cancel the order and refunded what they charged my Mom. Well, here we are again and USA auto illegally stored my Mom debit card information and keep trying to debit her account $150 for labor that was NEVER done! This is the 2nd time they tried to steel my mom's $. The bank also informed us that USA sent them an invoice that showed work done which is completely false!! It was the estimate and what they charged the finance company. Now my elderly Mom is fighting the bank, overdraft charges & numerous calls to USA auto and talked to Anthony several occasions who has lied about getting a general manager involved.So we are now taking action.Shame on you USA Auto for taking advantage of innocent people.Your shady business have caused my Mom so much stress, confusion & hardship.You should be embarrassed and ashamed!!

I brought my car to this shop after reading some of the reviews and was apprehensive but they were able to fit me in after I spoke with the new service manager Anthony about some of the reviews and he assured me they would take care of me. Other than issue's locating a necessary part, they got me taken care of. I had one issue with my grill not being reassembled correctly.I Called Anthony, and they got it taken care off first thing this morning and we're willingly to make it right.This shop is clearly going through a positive transition with the new service manager Anthony. Thank you to you and your staff for taking care of my car.

I walked into USA Auto today and the employees were at my service immediately, the work personnel all very friendly and curtious, Brenda was sure to get the service tech to take me right in. The service they offer is above exceptional...would recommend to anybody to utilize their services...you won't be mislead or disappointed...

These guys are the best, our car broke down this past weekend and no mechanic was available or would not help but I called them early Monday and the manager Marco answered and he told us that he could look at it right now, we were able to tow our car there and they got us in right when we got it there and replaced our fuel pump and did a tune up and such a great price. They are fast friendly and reliable. Shout out to the staff there especially Janet and Marco we appreciate you all so much. We will be back!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

While in Vegas NV I had a VW Bug that needed all kinds of repairs. I took it to USA AUTO SERVICE ( # 7 ) 704 S Boulder Hwy Henderson Nv 89015. Marcos Mgr. And the entire crew and office Mgr. were absolutely wonderful and understanding they made me feel secure that the Bug would make it to Texas without any problems, they were so right! You will not be disappointed at USA AUTO SERVICE # 7 . I highly recommend them. Price was very reasonable.

We brought the car to this shop because it broke down while we were on a road trip. They told us the job would take 10 hours of work, and they would try to have it finished by the time our vacation was over (5 days later). Not only had they not started on the car until then, but they didn't see a need to call us to let us know ahead of time so we could alter our travel plans, leaving us stranded without a car. They didn't finish working on the car until two weeks later. And on top of this, they made us pay up front!

The place is a scam. I went in to get my car diagnosed and they came up with 2 issues and said it would cost $700 +. When I started to ask questions they couldn't clearly explain what it was that was broken. Obviously that seemed suspicious so I brought the car to a AAA dealership. They told me the engine light was on because a old code that needed to be cleared. They even waived the diagnostic fee as it was such an easy fix.Recap, this place lies to you in order to try and scam you. They said the repair would cost $700+ In reality it cost $0.

Very honest and reliable mechanic. Taken my truck there multiple times. They use a system that sends you quotes through text that you sogn and agree before they start the work. I really liked that system.

My car was making noise and drove it here because I had used them for smaller things that needed to be done to my car in the past, they got me in quickly and helped me not stress out. It was 2 days before Xmas eve. Thank you for nothing.. this place stole my catalytic converter and this was the last place that did work on my vehicle. DO NOT bring your car here.

I brought my car in when my clutch surprisingly blew out while on vacation (I am from out of state.) They were very helpful and very understanding throughout the whole process. There was an unfortunate issue with the part being on back order so it did take longer than expected (they did work as hast as humanly possible to get it done as soon as the part arrived) but they were great with keeping me updated and explaining any issues! John helped me out the entire process and was completely transparent and honest with what was happening. They were VERY helpful and very honest and fair in pricing. I am very grateful I chose to trust them!

My mother-in-law had them look at her car and they told her car would be done in a week and when she goes back to find out why she hadn t heard from them they tell her the manager broke part putting it on and that they didn t have an idea how long it would take to repair. She mentioned to them that she was leaving town to move by July 1 and I feel that they should ve contacted her to let her know the progress/problems that occur. Totally unprofessional place

I took my Kia Optima Hybrid to this location to get a diagnosis for an oil leak on 3/1/21. I was called by the manager and was told I needed my oil pan gasket replaced, intake manifold and oil filter housing replaced and an engine flush. All in all he said it would cost me $1100.I couldn't afford that so my mother-in-law and I went to pick it up. As we were waiting for the car, a mechanic came up to us and told us that NONE of that needed to be repaired and to take it to another mechanic and let them know to check the engine oil dipstick. However, I was still so afraid to take it in to find out it would be way too expensive.Eventually, we took it to Towbin Kia and they diagnosed my car completely different! Turns out the mechanic was RIGHT! The USA manager was trying to upcharge us for repairs that didn't need to be done. The oil pressure switch was leaking. They fixed it for free. My car is perfect now!Please be careful and never trust what a non-mechanic manager tells you. The truth is NOT on their agenda. I am truly grateful for the mechanic that spoke up to let me know. I lost $50 for this FALSE diagnosis by USA Auto. I don't want this horrible experience to happen to anyone else!

Pablo is awesome. I brought my car in because my power steering went out. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I left with my car up and running smooth, and feeling like I've been friends with him for years. A very good guy, will be bringing my business back to him if I ever need to.

Bring lots of money, they might fix your car. They changed lots of parts appx $600 worth, but did not fix the problem. They wanted another $400 to replace a cooling fan and harness which was probably the real cause of the overheating. I didn't give the extra 400 , I left.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I had to go back so many times with so many different managers. Juan finally got it right and did the repair at the right price. If you just talk to him, you'll get a good price.

I love this place Everytime I come they are fast and efficient and never try to sell you auto repairs that aren't needed!!! Don let me know there would be a little wait he was spot on with his timing he didn't want me waiting any longer than needed since my kids were with me... There prices are always great and they even have coupons to help out a little more! They also make sure you understand what is needed for your vehicle and even show you what the problem is, I highly recommend this place!!

Went in for an oil change.Good price.Sat there for 20 min not a single person was working on anything.In fact the guy out in the shop seems to have left for some reason. The receptionist was the only other person here.Since they seem not to have much of a plan on working. I also left.
