I'm so unhappy that I even came here they just want money over charged us on both cars and neither one is fixed I left a nice review until I got my car back it wasn't smoking and I have to drive with windows down. Because of the smoke is coming inside my car now they basically messed my credit up because I'm not paying for a job not done period wish I never listened to a damn co worker never again run fast now I'm 5bands in the hole oh well I'm not paying for a job not done

So, they told me I had bad control arms and axle, showed me the control arm sagging I also got new front breaks and rotors an oil change and fluid flush after they put the new control arms on I asked to see them and they were sagging more than the original, I pointed it out and they played it off like no that s normal but you could see the guy knew it wasnt and told me it was warantied for two years and to bring it back if there s a problem I said ok paid the very high price for all the work and left. The next day the brand new axel they put on was destroyed brought it back they replaced the axle for free after two days of waiting for the part then 6 hours in the lobby but my car was now pulling to the right which is the side the axle was on, they said they couldn t align it, to take it somewhere else and if they couldn t align it that the brand new control arms were bad and to bring it back so it took some time to get it aligned about 3 weeks after the work was done my brand new rotors warped and are causing a major shimmy when driving. I took it to another mechanic to get aligned and told them to check the work these guys did and he said the control arms are fine but are of low quality, the cheapest you could get, the brake pads and rotors were the same.. now it s still under warranty and I m sure they would fix it which is why they get a 2 instead of a one star. But I will not take my car back there, there is nothing that has worked properly afterwards and I spent a lot of money. For my own safety I will pay someone else to get my rotors and brake pads replaced. Use your judgment, they just want to make a sale and don t care about quality or performance.Update,I took it back to get my brake fixed under warranty They said the control arms I paid $1600 for needed to be replaced which were warrantied..I spoke to a customer in the lobby about my experience as I had been in the shop 4 times to replace parts they installed days or weeks after they were installed The tech came in and said since I was talking bad about them the voided all my warranties and sent me out Truly the worst mechanic shop in town I m a school teacher I don t have $1600 to spare every bit of it went down the tube as all parts are defective and they won t replace them.Also the bad controls they put in are causing damage to other suspension parts This is one of the worst experiences of my life I will pray for these people The karma they sow is truly the worst

Can't tell you a simple price without seeing the vehicle so they can scare you into getting more fixedEdit: response to owner response.... I didn't bring it in. I called and asked specifically on a situation. This particular vehicle, this particular job. And I was told that can't be determined without inspection... no. If I ask how much an oil change is, are you suggesting an oil change can not be determined until entire vehicle is inspected? It was a simple question. I called another mechanic, got a quote and then proceeded from there. It's not hard to put it in your over priced calculator and just tell me "part is this, labor is this on this type of vehicle however if we find other things, we will inform you"

My dad took one of his vehicles to this place and the car started leaking oil. Upon inspection, the oil was not changed and neither was the filter. They did nothing to the car (except change out the sticker and reset the light) synthetic oil does not look black after driving it for less than 100 miles. I highly recommend against choosing this place due to this.Service: Oil change

Would give zero if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!TERRIBLE SERVICE. Incompetent manager.Rude office lady.They sold me a flush deal, which actually was only a top off service, for $186, and then USED THE WRONG fluids in the radiator. Went back after I took it to my normal guy to find out it all had to be redone, and the poor guy in the garage was so embarrassed by the shady work he was told to do to my car. Still was NOT done properly, unfortunately.(I did get it redone correctly with my guy, which cost me big time.)DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Response to company comment -1st off, there's no need to yell on here.2nd, you are using this same response on ALL of the bad reviews below mine, and there are quite a few. Research is your friend.Of course, my name of Customer doesn't show up in your records. That is not my real name.I can provide proof from my bank app showing I was there 01-12-2023. And paid, I know with cash and card. I'm guessing you are a new manager of this location and are trying to defend your current team/ work. This post is not the place for it. This DID happened there, and all is true. I have paperwork from that store and my go-to mechanic backing me up. Smh

Do not go here for your Air Conditioning needs. They may do other things well and maybe their other locations are good, but not this one. We went here once to fix what was wrong and it worked for a few days then stopped. We went there a second time thinking that they would correct it without paying again we were wrong. We were told there was no leak. We went back a third time, now told there is a leak and it would cost us almost $800. And now there is an high pitched sound coming from the car that was not there before and was told they didn t do anything to the car. Are you kidding me? We will not be back.Service: Air conditioning

Charged me for a service I didn't need; did not acknowledge my issue nor try to determine issue with my vehicle; sent me to Hyundai dealership because they didn't want to take the extra time in determining issue that was explained to then. Just wanted to make a quick buck by fixing the starter . Brought vehucle back after car doing same issue. Will never bring my car to this shop again. Very incompetent

I am giving 5 star because they gave me such a good prize about fixing and pudding the new thermostat, the other auto shop was gonna charge me 600 and this place charge only 130 , also they were willing to do it right away, they fixed my car in less than couple of hours ,it s my new favorite place.People are very nice also

So I came here to get a basic oil change. They had a pretty good special and they re a new business so I try to support a new business. I waited about an hour which is normal that wasn t a problem. Two weeks later I said I needed an oil change again and my car was making a weird clicking sound so I went somewhere else and they didn t put barely any oil in my car I thought it was weird because I didn t have the equipment necessary as it was but literally two weeks later my car has no oil and they put nothing in there. I don t know if they were trying to get me to come back and create more issues and at this point, I don t even know what else they could ve done to my car I would not go here. Yes there oil changes are cheap but you get what you pay for and they did not put any oil in my car I have children my car could ve blown up it s not safe don t get your oil changed here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The only reason I m giving a star is because a few of the mechanics are good at what they do. Now if you come across Dawn run he misdiagnosed my kids dad car. He tried to fix a gas leak with sealant the only reason he didn t was because it wouldn t dry I don t think that is safe at all. He took a payment before the car was worked on. His customer service skills were horrible he refused a refund, which I don t understand no work had been done yet. He blamed the mechanics for his error definitely not a man of honor. I wouldn t take my car there especially if you have to deal with him. If you are able to deal directly with the mechanic that would be your best bet! Beware Of Dawn!!!!!

Let me share with you why I will never use your business again. For the last year and a half I have invested over $2500 in all preventive service from oil changes every 3000 miles to new valve covers, serpentine belts and hoses, tuneups, smog checks and everything recommended. While the five management changes were disturbing while Terrance managed your facility and was a mechanic he delivered superb service. This past Saturday I stopped in and asked not as a freebie but to pay to have all my fluids checked and my air pressure checked as well. The receptionist was hesitant even when I said I d be happy to pay for the service and after she wrote it up she walked out and was talking to one of the service techs as he opened the hood of my car and they continue to just talk.I walked out to thank them with my two senior dogs in arms and explain how important it was that I would be safe in driving to Southern California with them this week. Without so much as looking he told me everything was good. Even when I read asked him to check the tires he said they were fine. Yesterday while coming back from the movies the change engine oil soon light came on. I have lost all faith and trust in this USA location and took my business to Sansomes on Stephanie and Patrick at 7:30am this morning.I had given great reviews in the past when Terrance was there and worked on my car and I trusted him. You ve lost my trust and my business.

Kudos to Brian, he was SUPER helpful, and went beyond his duty, to help us out & get us the most cost efficient option for our vehicle repair. They were also able to get the work done 2 days earlier than most shops who quoted us, Which was extremely helpful in the midst of the holidays! I went here for an oil change and 2 weeks later the light was back on and my car was making a clicking noise so I went somewhere else and they didn t even put barely any oil in my car. My guess is they were trying to get me to come back sooner to get more repairs they pretty much stole my money gave me no oil and put me in danger of my load up an app. Do not go here and do not get oil changed here unless you want to get ripped off.Service: Oil change

I went usa auto to get my check engine light checked out and the manager informed me that I needed a fuel pump and catalytic converter and both had an life time warranty, but the paper work didn't state it was life time but if I have problem just come to him lol. When I hesitated about the price of the work he told me that he would change out all of my fluids in my truck & do the smog for free. When I picked up the vehicle the fluids were not changed and he was mia when I came to get my smog check.

Only issue I had was that they said that they were going to charge me the higher amount for my smog test totalling almost $30 when it was clearly posted on the wall that for my year vehicle it was to be charged the lesser amount $9.99. Only after I asked why I was being charged the higher amount to the person that was helping me at the counter did they come back to me a few moments later asking me to sign a new w/o with the lesser amount being charged to me. I hope it was a simple mistake that was corrected and not something that is regularly practiced at the shop....??

Each team member took excellent care of me as a customer. Customer service oriented, friendly, clean shop! Extremely helpful & affordable repair ! Young lady at the front has good customer service/manners ! She is a sweet heart !! Will be returning for future repairs ! Highly recommend this shop . I found a coupon and used it to get a $9.99 Oil change and inspection here at USA Auto Service #6 at 1425 N Boulder Hwy. I received polite and honest service from the shop, I met Don who sat with me and went over recommended future repairs with options to save on some labor costs. The technician took me under the car to show what he observed that will need attention and other concerns. This is a 20+ year old minivan so just imagine! Don used a no-pressure sales technique that I greatly appreciate. I will return to this shop based on my experience.RO#14871* when writing reviews, use the address, RO#, and Service Center # also the managers name within for accuracy. They constantly send out flyers to my home address, finally decided to use their smog service went to three locations and none including this one had smog check available using multiple excuses such as my new smog tech will be starting today however not sure when he ll be by (really it s 4:30 pm you think he d showed up by now. Oh and another excuse I only have one tech and he s running a diagnostic, it takes but 5 minutes max to do a smog check, last but not least we just opened a month ago and don t have DMV certification yet, really why is their a flyer which states $9.99 smog check visit our new location on Wow really a waste of time classic bait and switch company!!,

Mark was very professional, kind and thorough. Mark found a couple of issues, while smogging our vehicle, that needed to be resolved. I would recommend this Auto service to family and friends without hesitation.

They seemed to have fixed the car fine. But i did not like how when i went to pick it up they told me some of the fluids were more expensive than than the $200 i was quoted to change them. And tried to charge me $50 more.I had over $900 work done. And WAS planing to bring in my van for same fluid change.Not cool.Why is it so hard to find a good mechanic outside of a dealership who charges a fair price?

Went for a smog check, they stated it was $10 when I called. When I arrived, they stated it was $50 because my car was older. I went to this place for several years now, and payed $10 every time. Now they are trying to rip me off. Stay away from this shady business. They stated anywhere I go it would cost more. Took it to Smog Busters and they charged the same as any other car and took the coupon.

So a couple weeks ago I went in for an oil change and had a check engine light on one of the employees notice that the check engine light was on and he offered to diagnose it. He came back a few minutes later and told me I needed an O2 sensor. He change the O2 sensor and two weeks later the check engine light comes back on so I go get it diagnostic from a different shop And it s the same O2 sensor that the guy supposedly changed. I went back to the shop that originally changed my O2 sensor and there was a new guy in there I am pretty much he said he s not going to honor fixing my O2 sensor because it s not in their system and I need more work done if I don t get the other work done then he s not going to change my O2 sensor again. I will never go back there again as long as that mfa in charge. If I could give negative stars I would

The shop entered the mileage incorrectly into their system, which caused CARFAX showing mileage inconsistency, I called the shop back and asked them to correct it, but the shop refused to fix it. My vehicle s value is dropped because of their clerk s error, and I have to take the hit! Bad customer service.

Go see Ray for an honest mechanic. They fixed our Journey while our dealer is still waiting for parts Ray and his crew were able to find and install all in the same day. They will give you great service. You guys are the best! Thank you so much! We will be sending business your way
