I called on 1/31 for a 2/2 scheduled appointment for my RC200t coupe. George handled the maintenance efficiently! I was very pleased and happy with the service that George provided. He s very professional and delivers quality work and would gladly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest and trustworthy person to do the job! Highly recommended!Absolutely stellar experience and very happy client!!!Hands down!!!

Saturday 03/16/2024 my husband and I came for the 10,000-mile service for my RX350h, and Alberto Araujo warmly greeted us and checked us in when we arrived. Alberto s customer service was excellent! He offered us a loaner car and was very thorough in explaining what would be done with my car. We truly appreciate his exceptional customer service!

Just a warm welcome, professional and detailed experience! I showed up at my scheduled time and the service agent was waiting for me and took me to their waiting area(s) 3 of them all with refreshments, TV and comfortable seating. David my service agent explained what they would be doing to my car and an hour later he returned with the paperwork and a clean washed car.Not many other businesses with this type of attention.

I had an outstanding experience with the Service Dept at Henderson Lexus. The service manager Stephen always does an exceptional job in making me feel valued as a customer. Stephen goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and gets me in and out as soon as possible. Big thanks the Stephen, his service team and technicians for their first class level of customer service and satisfaction.

Stephen went above and beyond with our last car service. We always have a great experience when it s time to service our vehicle. However this service we ran into some issues with the car, Stephen remained in contact with us throughout getting the problems with the car resolved. We are satisfied with repairs and service received by Stephen, it s important to know you re in good hands whether you have an issue or not with your vehicle.

I have been going to Lexus of Henderson for over 9 years and David Torrella is one of the main reasons. His team at the service department always ensures great efficient customer service. They are professional and make you feel confident your vehicle is in great hands. They always make me feel that honesty and integrity are their goals when it comes to caring for my vehicle. I would not go anywhere else.

The Service Department At Lexus of Henderson are Awesome! The staff especially Tyler Heishman, the Service Manager are very friendly and caring. From the moment you drop your car off. You feel that you are in good hands. They run things very efficiently. This is my husband and I first Lexus car. We did not know what to expect. So far, we are very happy with our car and the excellent service from Lexus.

Tyler was very professional, welcoming and courteous! He was an awesome agent! However, I dont like the fact that agents text instead of talking to you on a phone to explain to you the problems with your vehicle! There were several things wrong with my SUV and I disliked the fact that I received these long text messages. So impersonal!

Checked in on time and George explained everything to me that the techs would be looking for during my initial 5000 mile service. Said it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. George came back to get me in the waiting room about an hour later. The car was washed and ready to go. I always get great service from Lexus of Henderson.

George was GREAT!! I have my usual Service guy, but he wasn t available. George stepped up and got my LS 500 serviced, cleaned and back to the pristine condition I expected. I don t leave reviews much, BUT this warranted a mention .

I went for my schedule service staff was very friendly. George was my service advisor, he told me what services needed to be done to my vehicle. My vehicle s services was done within the time frame. Highly recommend getting services done here!

There was some confusion on what time I was going to pick up the car that caused a check out processes to be a little longer then usually. But over all it wasn't that bad. Service was good. And the car runs great!

Great service team, always takes care of me and my vehicle. My only recommendation would be to explore additional notification options to contact the customer when their vehicle is ready for pick up. Highly suggest sending Text Notifications for when vehicle is ready for pick up.

Service consultant STEPHEN D. is the best in the business. He listened to my description of the car problem, coordinated a repair, it was finished in a timely manner, it was repaired CORRECTLY, had the car washed, AND saved me money with a $ off coupon.
