I would NOT get anything done in this location. I went for an oil change and ever since my car that has had non-issues. (Update they found a razor dropped in the engine & my belt was tapered with!!) Not to mention they left all the windows down and the keys in the car when we walked up to pick it up. I asked the lady if they watch the cars when they leave it in the parking lot & said no. ***Don t be fooled by the response I have a receipt to prove this was the location.

So happy I checked the reviews prior to going! The bad overrides the good and honestly the good reviews seems fraudulent. I needed an oil change for my BMW and was quoted $60 full synthetic which is really cheap for my vehicle, that was red flag #1 and along with the reviews is all I needed.

Yup the bad reviews are true. I don t waste time leaving reviews but just leaving one here for those newbies looking to get their car fixed. The salesman in the back butters you up then rings up work not needed on the vehicle. They fixed a few things but looking at my car now there were things not needed that supposedly got fixed. Always better to fix your own car and see what you actually fix on your vehicle. Instead of spending thousands of dollars spend a few hundred and buy your own tools. DIY all on YouTube.

The service was great, the price was even better. We went for an oil change and though they were busy we were in and out very quickly. The cashier was polite and friendly and kept great conversation.

Place is a rip off, billed for work that was not done as verbally said they would do, staff lie right to my face about work, missing invoice for money spent there, nothing itemized missing and not listed on money spent for work and parts, spent over 4.000. Missing 2,000 accounted on invoice, only given invoice backe for 2,000 , nothing listed on work and parts and cost, will investigate more and sue in making, one person who worked there supervisor left to another location, heat is on. Charlie will locate you. All scams to get your money and shabby work,, great talkers and say what u need to hear.

Receptionist Susie is always amazing! The manager Mike made me feel so comfortable. No hard upsell. He really genuinely cares its awesome! I highly recommend them!

Went for a smog and waited about an hour and a half. Called ahead of time to get an idea of the wait and was told only two people were there for smogs so would be fairly quick. Definitely not the case. The suuuper long wait wasn t worth saving the 20$ ish dollars over someplace like JiffySmog which could do it in less than 5 minutes. There were not enough chairs and ended up having to stand in a corner of the crammed and crowed waiting room. The woman at the desk was nice however the mechanic was a jerk and tried telling me my brake pads were nearly gone entirely (I was just there for a smog, my car didn t even get taken back in the shop??). Regardless, I had my brakes inspected last time I was at Sun Auto (2 months ago) and was told they re still then they re nearly new as I ve only had the car a year. Definite scammy vibes, will not ever go back.

Best service in Las Vegas. I would recommend them to everyone. I began using them because they were on DMV's list of legitimate and reasonably priced repair shops. And now they're the only automotive repair shop I use.

ZERO STARS! This place is a total rip off. They bilked me out of over 1K. The GM, Mike, is a fast talking con artist with zero ethics. Went in for a smog check and got talked into replacing my engine mounts. I just took my car to a real repair shop and they showed me that my mounts were never replaced...they are the original mounts. It seems Purrfect just cleaned & shined them up so they looked new. Absolutely ridiculous! My bad for falling for this con. Hey Mike, give me a call if you want to discuss this further! Unfortunately, places like this will survive and continue to rip people off.

The worst customer service I ve ever experienced. It took more than 2 hours oil change. They yelled at me when I asked when it s going to be done! Rude, unprofessional and slow. It s discount rate, but still not worth it.

Worst smog experience I ever had in my life! DO NOT GO THERE FOR SMOG OR ANY SERVICE!!! Waited 25 minutes for smog and when they noticed me getting impatient and one of the worker gave me an attitude and on purpose they denied to do a smog because they claim my ob2 sensor was hanging (which it wasn t before I came there) wouldn t be surprised if they broke it on purpose just so won t pass.

I called around for a smog and they were hands down the cheapest I found in my area. I came in and was in and out in less than 15 mins with a courtesy tire rotation. Not to mention great customer service.

They were so great, I got quoted 1,000 dollars by Toyota dealership to replace splash guards on the bottom of my car. He told they really weren t necessary and it s only recently that cars have had them. His honesty saved me a ton of money. Grateful there are people like that out there!

STOP!!! FIND ANOTHER SHOP! They play a lot of games here esp MIKE & VINNY & will always try to upsell on things u don't need....and somehow it'll end up being around $1,750 anyways...& then when I complain it miraculously dropped to $950 out the door. If u still decide to go...just remember u've been warned.

I m giving everyone a heads up don t come here these people are fraud. They will lie to you to do service not required for your car. I don t know how these people are still in business but they messed with the wrong person for scamming me. Save your money and time run far away from here.

Be wary of this place. Manager is a trained saleman that will overload you with information and will test your mechanic knowledge to see how far he can take it and will quide you towards using their financing plans. I went in for a diagnostics for a error code and they quoted me 2.5k in parts and labor needed. All things I had recently done in the last 6 months, all new parts. Even told me my engine could blow up from over heating, when the car gauge reads perfectly fine temps(brand new temp gauge btw) over $200 for spark plugs, becouse they do a "tune up service" lol. Be very careful here.

Great experience with smog, tire rotation and oil change. The cheapest it's ever been for me. The workers (such as Rocky) were super helpful and fun to talk to. They also didn't try to push anything on me either but we're just proffesional.

Beware of this place! They do smog check for $9.99, but they will ruin your vehicle if you don't let them fix your vehicle as per their recommendation.

Went in because my ac stopped working. They (salesman) quoted replacing the blower motor a price of $900. I got a second quote and they replaced the relay fuse for $100.00 my ac is blowing great. I learned the guy that calls you out to go over your car is a commission salesmen.
